[1:12]Luqman chapter 31 in the quran and as we mentioned Surat Luqman

[1:17]was revealed in Makkah and the chapters that were revealed in Mecca

[1:24]they are different from the chapters that were revealed in Medina and

[1:32]that the chapters that were revealed in Mecca focus more on ideology

[1:36]focused more on the belief system proving the prophethood of rasulullah proving

[1:46]God and convincing the community of idol worshippers to let go of

[1:52]the idols and turn to allah subhanahu wa'ta'ala to start believing in

[1:58]God so this is one of the major differences between the Meccan

[2:03]chapters and the medinan chapters the ones that were revealed in Mecca

[2:11]they focus more on the belief system so here we see the

[2:13]the verse says have moved on to talk about the creation of

[2:23]allah subhanahu wata'ala and using the creation as a means to convince

[2:27]people to let go of the idols who have not created anything

[2:31]who the idols they are created by the people and let go

[2:39]of these idols and believe and worship and Allah believe in God

[2:45]and worship allah subhanaw taala allah subhanaw taala in these verses in

[2:50]the quran and several places in the quran points out that not

[2:56]only did God create but allah subhana wa ta'ala knows about the

[3:01]intricate details of his creation a lot of things that the quran

[3:05]points out to that science just discovered in the last century or

[3:13]two centuries so the quran discusses certain things that even the people

[3:18]at that time they had no idea about but allah subhanaw taala

[3:23]knows his creation Allah is the creator and Allah subhana Allah knows

[3:27]the creation the best so we see that throughout the Quran especially

[3:36]in the Meccan chapters the quran uses many ways and methods of

[3:41]convincing people to believe in God and worship allah subhanaw taala and

[3:47]let go of their idol worship one of the most important arguments

[3:52]that the quran uses to convince people to come back to God

[3:58]and worship allah subhana wa ta'ala and let go of the idols

[18:10]creation and to look at the signs of allah subhanaw taala because

[18:13]it's the signs of god that will lead us to God and

[18:18]these signs of God that allah subhanaw taala discusses in the quran

[18:27]have just discovered right now maybe there are certain things that the

[18:31]quran is talking about that we have not even discovered right now
