[1:06]in the name of God the most beneficent and the most merciful
[1:11]all praise is due to the Lord master of all the worlds
[1:16]and peace and blessings be on All His prophets and especially the
[1:22]final Prophet The Prophet Muhammad My respected brothers and sisters in Islam
[1:36]you grave worshippers you sh who commit sh by the graves you
[1:42]sh who visit your imams how many times at one stage or
[1:48]another have you heard these lines indeed it's a dream for all
[1:54]of us if we are able to perform the visitation of the
[1:58]prophets of Allah subhah wa ta'ala wherever they may be and of
[2:06]course of the imams of theah of the of the sh all
[2:09]of the great rightous ones the Saints the martyrs the truthful ones
[2:16]who have served the religion of Islam in one way or the
[2:18]other you'll find that if you come to any Muslim and you
[2:22]talk about the great personalities and especially the prophets of Allah subhana
[2:27]wa taala that they yearn to visit where they are buried there
[2:29]are Muslim Muslims from far and wide Who every year dream of
[2:32]visiting the grave of in the Holy Land of Medina and this
[2:38]was always the case for many years for indeed for many years
[2:46]it has been the dream of Muslims worldwide to be able to
[2:49]visit Mecca and Medina if you go to an Indonesian Muslim or
[2:55]an Egyptian Muslim or a Sudanese Muslim you'll see them saying that
[3:01]I cannot wait to go on omra but part of the omra
[3:03]eventually will be that they may leave Mecca to go to Medina
[3:07]or they may leave Medina to head towards performing omra in the
[3:13]holy land that is Mecca and along the way they will be
[3:17]able to visit the shrine of Al and yes it's a shrine
[3:22]whether we like it or we don't because of course the Muslims
[3:27]and all their subgroups when they come to the grave of alai
[3:30]they will see that an edifice has been erected around the grave
[3:36]of and the first two calips we don't just see for example
[3:42]soil with a rock on top no we see that there is
[3:47]what seems like a golden edifice that's been erected and that in
[3:50]some parts of the sh World it will be known as a
[3:55]that has been erected around the area where that particular personality has
[4:04]been buried and this could be seen in the sh world and
[4:08]the non world I had the honor of visiting the shrine of
[4:12]Z one of the oldest shrines in the history of the religion
[4:16]of Islam in Cairo others visit the shrines of s nafisa others
[4:25]may go to ABI one of the companions of the who is
[4:28]buried in is others go to the sites where the prophets of
[4:35]Allah are buried and one knows that before Isis bombed The Living
[4:38]Daylights out of the area yunus alam's grave was in the city
[4:43]of musul but of course the Shia are the ones who are
[4:48]known for having these mazars more than anyone else the Shia of
[4:57]course will visit Mecca Medina but alsoa and MH sham and other
[5:05]parts of the Islamic world to go on honor the family of
[5:11]the Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaih from one angle because he's the one
[5:15]who said hold on to the Quran and my and from the
[5:19]other angle because of the fact that whoever loves them loves him
[5:22]and whoever loves him loves Allah subhana wa tala and that whoever
[5:25]angers them angers him and whoever angers him angers Allah subhana wa
[5:29]taala any human being in this world you will see that they
[5:36]want to make sure that their dead are honored while we may
[5:39]disapprove of cremation that might be for a particular religion they believe
[5:43]that's a reverence there's a certain reincarnation that might even take place
[5:47]there are other religions that have their graveyards some on the outskirts
[5:53]of town and in Islamic history we had our graveyards in the
[5:57]center of town to remind us of death and of course in
[6:02]Mecca you have the burial site of for example Abu Talib and
[6:10]in Medina you have and the burial sites of the martyrs and
[6:18]the great Scholars of the religion of Islam but sadly as we
[6:21]all know a number of these have been bombed and a number
[6:25]of these have been destroyed and so when some people come to
[6:28]us on this night and my condolence to all of you on
[6:31]the sh of when you see people who come to us and
[6:35]say that why do you people visit why do you even go
[6:41]to honor these people who have passed away you people are committing
[6:45]this is also because there is no evidence that it was done
[6:49]by why do you even sit by their graves there is no
[6:53]evidence of this why do your woman even go to visit the
[6:59]graveyards and they go tobala and they go to NE this is
[7:01]also Innovation these questions are being asked by people outside of T
[7:04]but also by people within Tash and naturally when you see in
[7:11]this first clip videos such as these on YouTube the ultimate aim
[7:14]of such videos is to try and make it clear to people
[7:19]that the sh are the mus and dare I say not just
[7:22]the Shia these videos may be aimed at people of t as
[7:24]well and even people who are outside of the world of tasa
[7:30]and maybe Sunni but who does not subscribe to Sala thought when
[7:33]we play this clip we'll see that refers to some of the
[7:42]practices that may be performed in order to push away the whole
[7:44]idea of visitation of the sights of the Holy ones if one
[7:50]does not practice that which does not fall into polytheism please play
[7:54]clip number one what I read in her question was going to
[8:01]mazah 's graveyard in in what I if I understand this correctly
[8:05]in some so-called Islamic countries they have what is known as Mazar
[8:11]and a Mazar is a tomb that is built over a grave
[8:18]and people think that this is a saint or a Pious person
[8:24]and they go and pray and they may sacrifice some animals for
[8:28]this uh uh so-called Saint and they may put candles and they
[8:33]may um put forward their requests and needs in pieces of papers
[8:42]and may give uh uh sacrifices of different kinds and buy things
[8:47]and food Etc such acts would be considered part of shik that
[8:53]leads to associating others with Allah going to the graves and making
[8:58]TA or uh uh touching them seeking their Baraka or sacrificing for
[9:05]the saint this is all shik these are Deeds that can only
[9:09]be attributed to Allah asking the saint to facilitate things for us
[9:15]in this duny or to prevent harm from coming our way is
[9:21]Major shik whoever does this is not a Muslim anymore even if
[9:24]he prays fasts and performs pilgrimage because he Associated others with Allah
[9:29]Allah does not forgive any forms of associating others with him Allah
[9:39]does not forgive people who associate others with him and he may
[9:43]forgive any other sin to whomever he wishes as stated in two
[9:50]places in the Quran so going to such Saints or to such
[9:58]Mazar is completely prohibited for men and for women going to someone
[10:04]who's dead and asking him and telling him that I have this
[10:08]problem I'd like you to solve my wife is disobedient my son
[10:15]went astray I have debts I'm losing my job I'm Ill asking
[10:20]anyone other than Allah is shik if you go to a deceased
[10:25]if you go to a dead person and ask him to do
[10:27]something for you that only Allah can do do this is considered
[10:32]to be major shik and this is not permissible at all as
[10:36]you can see from that clip the impression is given that this
[10:42]is the way that the non salafy practices when they go towards
[10:51]the visitation of the holy sites but for us the visitation of
[10:56]the Holy sights is a practice of and that practice can be
[11:03]seen in Islamic literature join me as we open some of the
[11:06]books of Islamic literature to see how would visit the sites of
[11:12]sh for us to be able to also see that the prophet
[11:15]peace be upon his family would visit the site of those closest
[11:21]to him how those closest to him would sit by the graves
[11:24]without anyone coming and moving them from those places and also for
[11:30]us to be able to understand in one way or indeed another
[11:34]that there is the possibility that the sahab were all recognizing the
[11:39]visitation of those who had come before them now first and foremost
[11:44]did go to a place like the make a clam about the
[11:51]want to have mosques built over it and to have edifices erected
[11:56]over it if we come to sah Muslim all of you you
[12:01]join me at home come with me to sah Muslim over here
[12:05]the English translation of sah Muslim compiled by IM AB Hussein Muslim
[12:12]in ha volume two from Hadith number 1161 to 2262 all of
[12:18]you could see over here a Hadith edited and referenced by translated
[12:24]by in Canada final review by who by Abu let's continue over
[12:32]here all of you could see first edition June 2007 supervised by
[12:37]Abdul malikah we come and see daram global leader in Islamic books
[12:46]very clearly over here my dear brothers and sisters come with me
[12:51]to page 504 let us see ifas performed the Z of the
[13:01]graves and especially of when we come over here what do we
[13:08]see if you look on the page 504 the book of funerals
[13:14]J chapter 35 what is to be said when entering the graveyard
[13:18]and supplicating for its occupants I enter a graveyard I want to
[13:23]pray for those people who are buried there come and see what
[13:29]it says 974 it was narrated that said the messenger of Allah
[13:35]s every time it was her night with the messenger of Allah
[13:39]used to go out at the end of the night to and
[13:44]say peace be upon you oh Abode of believing people what you
[13:51]were promised will come to you soon after some delay and we
[13:54]if Allah Wills will join you soon oh Allah forgive the people
[14:00]of let's see the Arabic she says this is the used to
[14:18]perform so you know when we go to visit or or MH
[14:22]or or sham or wherever we visit there is a z that
[14:29]we read and our Zara normally begins let's see what he would
[14:37]recite when he would perform of who have passed away or of
[14:42]those who are buried in what would say come with me over
[14:51]here look over here very clearly what would he say [Music] notice
[15:18]over here my dear brothers and sisters recites a by and that
[15:29]Zara his wife wording is clear that the promise of Allah subhana
[15:33]wa ta'ala is true you will see this very soon and inshallah
[15:38]we will join you as well oh Allah forgive the people of
[15:45]this Z that does is the of becomes a because in of
[15:54]the battles of the religion of Islam are buried in a number
[16:00]of the greatest personalities are there so what does he do like
[16:03]what anyone should do when you go to visit the holy personalities
[16:10]you say as we say for example I send my salams Allah
[16:19]would send his Salam someone says butas Allah never went tobala that's
[16:22]quite obvious considering carala have happened 50 years afteru alh died but
[16:27]for the people of his time who died as sh in similarity
[16:34]in one way to the sh ofal the sh of for example
[16:39]like better than would want them honored come with me over here
[16:46]to the next Hadith come with me to the next Hadith my
[16:49]dear brothers and sisters where you'll see how follows and his reaction
[16:58]the same page as all of you can see over here page
[17:05]504 come to Hadith number 22561 03 it's given us the chain
[17:09]of narrators until eventually we come over here to the Hadith what
[17:14]does it say it says thatb said one day shall I not
[17:21]narrate to you from me and from my mother he the narrator
[17:22]said we thought that he meant his mother who had given birth
[17:27]to him he said said shall I not narrate to you from
[17:29]me and from the messenger of [Music] Allah we said yes she
[17:37]said when it was my night while the messenger of Allah was
[17:42]with me he came in and he took off what and he
[17:51]took off at that moment his took off his sandals and put
[17:55]them by his feet spread the edge of his waist wrapper on
[17:59]his bed and lay down he waited until he thought that I
[18:02]had gone to sleep then he he slowly picked up his R
[18:07]slowly put on his sandals opened the door slowly and went out
[18:10]then he closed it slowly I put my sham over my head
[18:15]and covered my head and WRA my waist wrapper around me then
[18:17]I set out following him until he reached where he stood for
[18:24]a long time then he raised his hands three times then he
[18:27]set off so I set off then he hastens so I hastened
[18:31]then he jogged so I jogged then he ran so I ran
[18:35]then I reached home before him and went in no sooner had
[18:38]I laid down but he came in and said what is the
[18:43]matter of AA what is the matter OHA why are you out
[18:45]of breath I said it is nothing he said either you tell
[18:50]me or the subtle one the all aware will tell me I
[18:55]said oh messenger of Allah may my father and mother be sacrificed
[18:58]for you and and I told him he said so you were
[19:02]the person that I saw in front of me I said yes
[19:07]he gave me a painful shove on the chest then he said
[19:11]did you think that Allah and his messenger would be unjust to
[19:15]you I said whatever the people conceal Allah knows it yes he
[19:21]said jiel came to me when you saw me he called me
[19:23]but he concealed it from you and I answered him but I
[19:26]concealed it from you he would not enter upon you when you
[19:28]were not fully dressed I thought that you had gone to sleep
[19:33]and I did not want to wake you up and I was
[19:36]afraid that you might be frightened he said your lord is commanding
[19:38]you to go to the people of Al and pray for forgiveness
[19:46]for them oh messenger of Allah I said what should I say
[19:53]to them oh messenger of Allah he said say the following lines
[20:12]this narration is an interesting narration for a number of reasons would
[20:21]go to visit the ma that is the holiest of sights which
[20:26]has had the footsteps ofai daytime and night time if I go
[20:33]toala now I could visit the shrine of his grandson IM Hussein
[20:38]in the daytime and in the night time notice then how stood
[20:43]for a long time come back here look what it says he
[20:48]stood for a long time then he raised his hands three times
[20:51]when a person wants to stand by today you are told move
[20:58]please move quickly quickly sh R quickly you'll always have someone who
[21:01]in some days used to lecture you even about why you're committing
[21:04]sh and that person may put his hand up and say oh
[21:08]it's because I believe you're asking the person who's buried there be
[21:11]it imass or IM you might be asking them for Dua but
[21:16]besides the point used to stand there for a long time and
[21:26]then would recite in because you read the words again you see
[21:31]it clearly exactly like how we do when I come to the
[21:46]shrine of IM Hussein or when I come to the shrine of
[21:48]IM or what do I say I make it clear that the
[22:08]person who I am sending my salams to I swear by Allah
[22:11]that he established Salah he is a servant of Allah and that
[22:16]he obeyed Allah and his messenger until his death Came Upon him
[22:21]therefore inah Muslim we see very clearly that would go to visit
[22:33]and recite and he would stand in for a long time and
[22:42]that would be amongst those who would have done the Z of
[22:45]J because sometimes when we say there are angels around the grave
[22:50]of IM Hussein people say this is all your and your exaggerations
[22:55]oh we reply no informs we go to the are around the
[23:02]grave of the holiest of people further than that would go to
[23:07]visit the grave of his mother come with me to the next
[23:15]page over here again sah Muslim again volume two if we come
[23:20]to sah Muslim volume two page 57 you'll see that Al went
[23:28]to visit the grave of his mother now unfortunately as we had
[23:33]shown in previous episodes you'll find that there are those who try
[23:35]to say that his mother is in Hell whereas we the sh
[23:40]believe she's firmly in heaven but you see if you come to
[23:42]page 507 come to this Hadith chapter 36 the prophet asked his
[23:47]Lord for permission to visit the grave of his mother it was
[23:49]the that abuur said the messenger of Allah said I asked my
[23:52]lord for permission to pray for forgiveness for my mother but he
[23:54]did not give me permission and I asked him for permission to
[23:57]visit her grave and he gave me permission therefore would go to
[24:04]stand for a long time at he would make sure that he
[24:12]sent his salams to those who are buried in J I ask
[24:13]you why are you talking to people who cannot hear you if
[24:17]the dead are dead and they cannot hear your words why are
[24:19]you saying Salam to them some said this is from the door
[24:23]of I'm saying peace be upon you at the end of the
[24:27]day for us you may have your conclusion I my conclusion but
[24:30]for me visiting the sites where people are buried who are the
[24:35]highest of martys and of and the and the is part of
[24:45]the of and that's why if you play this clip clip number
[24:48]two you will see that ham in contrast to Hamza y makes
[24:56]it clear that not all believe there is a problem performing Z
[25:00]of the righteous Z of the sh of the companions of so
[25:06]why would there be a problem if I visit IMI or Imus
[25:12]inal please play clip number two of Hamza YF so the is
[25:18]somebody should be visited now most of the not only encourage visiting
[25:24]the who are alive but also the who are dead and that
[25:31]means that if you're for instance in Medina you go to bak
[25:35]and you visit the the the and you and you give them
[25:41]and and the prophet Sall used to visit uh and he visited
[25:49]the the the and he said I used to tell you don't
[25:57]visit graves because of the what the Arabs used to do with
[26:01]the graves but once they were purified of all that they were
[26:04]given permission by the prophet to visit the grave uhhuh what do
[26:09]you you you should make Dua for them you know and uh
[26:15]and ask to uh benefit from their knowledges one of the uh
[26:21]Ahmed Baba Tim who's great scholar from uh Timbuktu who was actually
[26:25]taken as a slave to Morocco and and when he got from
[26:29]Morocco uh he was he was so much more learned than any
[26:34]of the scholars in Marakesh that they realized that they'd made a
[26:40]grave mistake Hamza Yu highlights there that a person can never generalize
[26:44]and say that all sunnis are against going towards the graves and
[26:47]going on Zara and talking and sending salams to those who are
[26:53]buried in the grave we believe that the person who is buried
[26:55]in the grave yes the body may have gone under the Earth
[26:59]but the soul remains alive and on top of that we believe
[27:04]and we have no doubt in this belief that that person can
[27:08]hear our and replies to our Sal and so when I go
[27:11]to and I say I am adamant that Imus can hear me
[27:21]for he is say without a doubt if you come to another
[27:27]reference over here you'll see even further how clear this is come
[27:31]with me over here the sun ofb ma the sixth correct tradition
[27:36]of the prophetic sunah translated by Muhammad M Sharif English Arabic text
[27:41]volume to all of you could see over here the year of
[27:45]the publication is what is 2008 come with me over here to
[27:52]page 50 and you'll see again the prophet peace be upon him
[27:55]and his family making something abundantly clear for all of us to
[27:59]see over here in this section when you come to this area
[28:07]50 page 24 look what is teaching towards his companions so that
[28:12]they know visiting the graves all of you could see 471 1569
[28:17]it's narrated on the authority of Abu H that he said the
[28:20]messenger of Allah sallallahu alaih said visit the graves since they remind
[28:24]you of the Affairs of the hereafter what does the Arabic say
[28:31]my dear brothers and sisters very clear that the Hadith makes for
[28:41]all of us to see that there is what that you will
[28:48]be reminded of what of the Hereafter again come back Hadith 1570
[28:52]same section it is narrated on the authority of that the messageer
[28:59]of Allah Sall Al gave concession to visit the graves in the
[29:03]next Hadith what does it say on the authority ofb notice here
[29:08]thatu Al said I had forbidden you at first to visit the
[29:15]graves but now you could visit them since they caus one to
[29:18]abstain from the material benefits and luxuries of the world and remind
[29:23]him of the Affairs of the Hereafter the ultimate kna in the
[29:27]visitation of the graves is that I am reminded of the Hereafter
[29:33]I am reminded that my day could come at any second and
[29:36]the more holy the personality the more I have of the moral
[29:39]Exemplar to live up to further than that if you come here
[29:45]you'll see an interesting point for us the Shia can woman go
[29:48]to visit the grave of Hussein Alam yes of course there are
[29:52]certain legal conditions in terms of the biological aspects and the monthly
[29:56]cycle but generally speaking you'll find that woman can go go to
[30:00]the graveyard and especially the graves of the IMs of yet when
[30:03]people go to Medina they'll see that many women are not allowed
[30:08]to visit why because of this Hadith so you come back to
[30:11]the of ma the book of funerals 25 52 come over here
[30:17]what do you see 49 it is forbidden for woman to visit
[30:20]the graves it is narrated on the authority of who it's narrated
[30:27]on the authority of ABD Rahman the son of who as you
[30:34]could all see my dear brothers and sisters you will see that
[30:38]this is narrated on the authority of ABD rman the son of
[30:46]Hassan babit from his father that he said the messenger of Allah
[30:50]sallallahu alaih cursed such of woman as visit the graves who you
[31:02]could all see over here that he did on when we see
[31:11]this firstly sometimes people will be surprised when they see because when
[31:17]the do why you doing but in the of is doing very
[31:23]clearly on LED people to the conclusion that is doing on woman
[31:34]who visit the graves no here is talking about those who visit
[31:38]the graves frequently they don't stop visiting the graves and their actions
[31:43]might even lead them to wailing and to going against for example
[31:49]the teachings of the holy prophet peace be upon him and his
[31:51]family as you can see from the word zat this is talking
[31:56]about excessive visitation and even certain excessive acts that may take place
[32:04]because of this otherwise we know very well that went towards did
[32:08]not say to her how dare you come near the graveyard on
[32:13]you because you visited and we know that in the previous Hadith
[32:21]when had said that in the beginning I had forbidden you from
[32:26]visiting the graves but now I allow you that H is for
[32:27]all and not just for men and thata had visited the grave
[32:34]of her brother ABD rman as he been narrated in numerous sources
[32:38]so for us what do we have of spoke to those people
[32:45]who are in the graves by offering that Zara stood there for
[32:48]a long time and that the applicability of woman not being able
[32:53]to do that Zara is something not agreed upon and that as
[32:56]Hamza y shown there are a number of in the history of
[33:00]the religion of Islam who have all made it clear that Zara
[33:02]can be done by both men and of course by women and
[33:07]that's why you'll see if you come to sah alari my dear
[33:09]brothers and sisters come with me over here you'll see sah alkari
[33:14]the translation of the meanings ofari Arabic English volume one one to
[33:24]875 translated by Dr Muhammad M Khan where is this Dr Muhammad
[33:30]M Khan formerly director University Hospital Islamic University M daram Publishers and
[33:37]Distributors Riyad Saudi Arabia printed in July 1997 printing supervised by ABD
[33:44]Malik muah you come to me here to page 275 there is
[33:51]this Hadith which is used and it's only fair that we mention
[33:54]this Hadith the Hadith if you come over here to page 275
[33:59]48th chapter is it permissible to dig the grave of pagans of
[34:05]the period of ignorance and to use that place as a mosque
[34:08]notice the wording is it permissible to dig the graves of pagans
[34:12]of the period of ignorance and to use that place as a
[34:16]mosque and the saying the pro of the Prophet Allah cursed the
[34:18]Jews because they built the places of worship at the graves of
[34:26]their prophets some will say that because you built mosques around the
[34:31]shrines of IM Ali and IM Hussein you are like the Jews
[34:35]because what have the Jews done over here come back please Allah
[34:38]cursed the Jews because they built the places of worship at the
[34:41]graves of their prophets if the Jews had begun to worship those
[34:50]prophets then without a doubt that is an act of sh and
[34:53]there is no doubt that at that time that there were people
[34:59]who were practicing certain things in ABIA certain things in parts of
[35:03]Arabia where the Jews and the Christians had fallen into sh and
[35:08]if that does happen to any Community irrespective sh or non can
[35:14]I now as a sh prostrate to a creation of Allah subhana
[35:19]wa ta'ala no I cannot I can prostrate in thankfulness to Allah
[35:26]subhana wa ta'ala for being able to to visit the grave of
[35:30]this personality that there's no doubt about but I cannot do sujud
[35:34]to the personality I do sujud always ways and thankfulness to Allah
[35:39]subhana wa tala and ultimately when I come and recite a Zara
[35:43]by the grave I always will make clear ultimately you were obedient
[35:56]to Allah chosen by Allah and that's why I follow you therefore
[36:00]When someone tells me that the Jews they started to make their
[36:04]places of worship with mosques around them at the end of the
[36:10]day my dear brothers and sisters if a person is going to
[36:13]go to Medina knowing thatas and abak and Omar are buried in
[36:19]the vicinity of M and that person is doing sud literally when
[36:22]you're in the lines of Jama they are literally to your left
[36:25]hand side or when you are doing for example to the we
[36:31]know that is and his mother and others are buried around it
[36:34]you have to be careful of your neara and I would hope
[36:39]that Muslims honor each other and make excuses for one another rather
[36:42]than always wanting to call each other out for being amongst Those
[36:50]who commit sh if you come over here again you will see
[36:52]my dear brothers and sisters that theah of would make sure they
[36:58]visited the grave of other sahab to honor them and to ensure
[37:02]that their name remained High the Battle of how many sahab did
[37:07]we lose and people would frequent to the grave of Hamza and
[37:10]others the likes of F and others look over here my dear
[37:16]brothers and sisters to this famous work which you all know the
[37:21]English translation of the Sunan of Abu daud compiled by IM Abu
[37:24]da volume two from number 1161 to 2174 edited and referenced by
[37:34]translated by final review by who by Abu KH where first edition
[37:40]if we can see July 2008 supervised by who supervised by Abdul
[37:49]Malik mujahid come with me here to page 497 when we come
[37:58]to this section we come to the rights of and okay this
[38:02]isth number 2403 this is narrated by who from R of course
[38:12]that is who that is said I never heard narrate anything from
[38:21]the messenger of Allah except for one Hadith he was asked what
[38:28]it was so he narrated said we left with the messenger of
[38:33]Allah s intending to go to the graves of the martyrs of
[38:42]the battle of where did we come we came towards this particular
[38:48]area which you all know as and when we descended into it
[38:57]we saw some Graves on one of its slopes so we said
[39:01]oh messenger of Allah are these Graves the graves of our Brethren
[39:04]he replied no these are Graves of our companions then we came
[39:10]to the graves of the martyrs he said these are the graves
[39:12]of our Brethren theith is notice in the comments the messenger of
[39:21]Allah s used to visit the graves of Martyrs and pray for
[39:25]them he called the martyrs my brothers a title of honor and
[39:32]the others my companions when Martyrs have died for the religion they
[39:40]are held in the highest of levels the highest of esteem their
[39:46]reverence is the highest reverence do not count those who have died
[39:51]in the way of Allah subhanahu wa taala as being dead rather
[39:56]they are alive receiving sustenance from their lord every Muslim knows the
[40:04]verse from Al Iman and all of us Muslims have recognized the
[40:08]position of the martyrs we understand that these Martyrs are the greatest
[40:12]of personalities and that these martys they are held in the highest
[40:21]of positions in the eyes of Allah subhanahu wa taala that Allah
[40:25]subhah wa ta'ala wanted to make clear that when the mar passes
[40:31]away you don't just look at their grave and say well who
[40:33]cares they're dead they're of no use anymore no that Marty's position
[40:38]is a position which is so high in the eyes of Allah
[40:46]subhah wa ta'ala that Allah subhah wa ta'ala wanted to make clear
[40:49]that their risk is with the Lord their risk continues the people
[40:57]people are attached to them the people recognize exactly what it is
[41:05]that they have stood for and you will see this verse all
[41:10]of you know it so well all of you could see Surah
[41:14]3 verse 169 reckon not those who are slain in the way
[41:28]of Allah to be dead no they are alive with their lord
[41:35]being sustained next verse rejoicing in what God of his grace has
[41:39]granted them rejoicing for those who have not yet joined them from
[41:41]behind them that no fear shall come on them nor shall they
[41:46]grieve they rejoice in the Grace from God and His Bounty and
[41:48]in fact God suffereth not to be lost the reward of the
[41:53]Believers that is the position for us of sh as they were
[41:59]led by S alaih and Hamza and of course IM aliam and
