[2:13]brothers and sisters why is it that the Shia do not respect

[2:22]muaah and the in general why is it that the Shia curse

[2:28]muaah why is it that the Shia have no reverence for muawiya

[2:36]whatsoever this is of course in St contrast to the Sunni world

[2:38]who in some cases refer to him asir mua or as khif

[2:45]muaah and they are very proud in certain cases say mu of

[2:52]course I don't want to generalize on the whole Sunni world or

[2:55]the whole of Sunni history because I think that there may different

[3:02]shades in terms of one's reverence in the Sunni world to mua

[3:05]if one was to examine the past thousand years or so there

[3:11]have been some who may have desisted away or rejected praising him

[3:15]but did not want to necessarily revile him or speak negatively about

[3:20]him but you find that generally speaking today in the world while

[3:25]the Sunni world is ready to say that mua and IM Ali

[3:29]are both in heaven the Shia very clearly in their readings of

[3:36]Islamic history stay far away from muawiya dissociate from muaah and even

[3:41]within Shia literature no one can deny that we are very open

[3:44]in the way that we reject muawiya his leadership and of course

[3:51]his stands especially against the family of the Prophet peace be upon

[3:58]open about our beliefs so that a our own Shia understand why

[4:03]we believe what we believe but more importantly as well so that

[4:19]not only in Shia literature and Shia historical works but also within

[7:31]who hates hates IM Ali it doesn't matter for us if it's

[7:35]another companion of hating Ali is a sign of NF not just

[7:40]hating Ali is a sign of NF imagine cursing IM Ali cursing

[7:47]Ali say someone hates you but does not publicly curse you but

[7:51]cursing IM aliam for us we make clear L on that person

[8:30]IM aliam someone says you cursed the sahab actually it was the

[8:32]sahaba who were cursing each other and that's a problem that many

[8:35]people don't realize that the sah were the ones who would abuse

[8:47]they would never ever curse each other on the contrary if you

[13:24]Hadith 1298 what does it narrate narration has come from who has

[13:44]insults which I still have not narrated to anyone we have IM

[14:01]Ali insulting or doing the cursing ofman andman cursing IM Ali cursing

[14:10]this ultimate decency of the sah is something unbelievable but I go

[14:16]back to that Hadith no one loves you but a Believer and

[14:21]no one hates you but a hypocrite whoever insults IM Ali falls

[14:24]under maaf whoever curses IM Ali falls under and that's why you

[14:32]will find that that is our barometer of course you're reading you

[14:36]don't mind making different Frameworks do not curse my sah but if

[14:43]KH curses ABD it's okay if mu curses it's okay if curses

[14:46]IM it's okay no problem no problem all of them are going

[17:10]the army of alali so we know that the other side was

[17:16]wrong three we know for certain that mua AB sufyan may Allah

[17:19]be pleased with him and with his father was the brother in-law

[17:23]of the Prophet Alam meaning that the prophet was married to his

[17:29]sister umh the mother of the Believers and that he was one

[17:35]of the scribes of the W so whenever the prophet received revelation

[17:39]of the Quran mua was ordered to come and write these verses

[17:43]which is an honor that is not given to any Tom Dick

[17:50]or Harry fourthly we believe that the companions are in Jenna and

[17:57]that they are among those whom Allah had his pleasure uh uh

[18:01]be upon them Allah is pleased with them and they are pleased

[18:04]with Allah so it would be illogical for us to go and

[18:15]try to sort out what had happened and talk ill about one

[18:18]part or party and talk good about the other they had a

[18:27]dispute and whatever were the reasons uh uh were there were among

[18:33]their armies people who did not want peace and he who initiated

[18:37]and ignited the fire of War which caused to what we know

[18:45]does this mean that they are this or that no they are

[18:50]Companions of the Prophet we must love them and respect them and

[18:54]we believe that they did what they uh had done out of

[18:58]good intention and Allah is the judge you need not go a

[19:04]further uh uh step after all of that the wonderful world of

[21:39]messenger of Allah sallallahu alaih say to him when he appointed him

[21:41]in charge during his absence when he went on one of his

[21:43]compan campaigns and Ali said to him oh messenger of Allah are

[21:48]you leaving me behind with the woman and the children the messenger

[21:50]of Allah said to him does it not please you to be

[21:54]to me as Haron was to M except that there will be

[21:59]no Prophet after me First Merit why I will never curse Ali

[22:04]is because I heard the prophet sayi you are to me like

[22:13]Aaron was to Moses second and I heard him say on the

[22:16]day of I shall give the flag to a man who loves

[22:21]Allah and his messenger and Allah and his messenger love him we

[22:29]were all hoping for it but he said call Ali for me

[22:31]he was bought and he was suffering from an inflammation in the

[22:35]ice he put some spit in his eyes and gave the flag

[22:37]to him and Allah granted him Victory when this verse was revealed

[22:44]also the third Merit let us call our sons and your sons

[22:46]on the event of mu the messenger of Allah called Ali F

[22:53]Hassan Hussein and said Allah these are my family tells MUA when

[22:59]mua asked him why don't you curse do you know this whole

[23:01]idea of mua asking him why do you curse they said mua

[23:06]wasn't saying to him how comes you're not like the rest who

[23:10]curse mua is saying to him what stopped you what tawa do

[23:16]you have in Allah that stopped you from being like the rest

[23:21]cuz remember the framework is always they say it's objective subjective ultimate

[23:25]decency you have to fit them all in like their best friends

[23:29]so they say mua wasn't saying to him you should curse or

[23:32]why aren't you cursing I want to know what's the secret to

[23:38]you not cursing what is it I want to know what is

[23:40]it mua you don't know your mom knew your grandparents knew in

[23:48]the days of and you didn't know your dad knew you should

[23:52]know about you should know about you should know about this you

[23:56]need to tell you that becomes Theif of the Muslims I saw

[30:07]what he insulted Ali when he heard IM Ali being mentioned Muslim

[30:13]and do not mention they just mentioned mua asking him why do

[30:19]you not curse whereas IB ma those two words show you mua's

[30:26]mentality when it came to IM Ali don't you people say that

[30:28]the sh curs the sah I'm showing you in one of the

[30:34]six works that mu insulted IMI what do you say mua insulted

[30:40]IM Ali do you still say mua you still sayif mua you

[30:47]still say both of them are in Jenna for over 50 years

[30:49]on the pulpits of bay IM aliam was cursed left right and

[30:56]Hadith of the 10 grand Paradise the man had heard cursing IMI

[31:04]then he mentioned IM Ali as those 10 who are granted Paradise

[31:55]occasions within their Hadith this isn't just one of them this particular

[32:01]section highlights how IM Ali they were very ready to curse because

[32:08]he's otherwise he wouldn't ask him why are you cursing Ali unless

[32:13]it had become a trend that was common and common and continued

[33:17]him to insult Ali but s refused he said if you refuse

[33:23]to do it then at least say may Allah curse Abu t

[33:37]that was the behavior of mu and his children you think yazid

[33:43]came out of nowhere yaid came out of nowhere yaid came out

[33:47]of an upbringing of hatred to generally and IM in particular your

[34:10]own books do on IMI and we live rentree in your heads

[34:15]about our your own books are doing and saying that the were

[34:27]doing and ordering the to do of IM this is the history

[34:32]you're proud of you painted a picture that after Al everything was

[34:39]Rosy his daughter dies within a few months his son-in-law is cursed

[35:49]how looked at mu now this is something amazing this chapter in

[35:54]my opinion throws Al under the bus to try and protect mua

[35:58]how What's the title of this chapter it's intriguing title one of

[36:03]the most interesting title I've ever seen chapter 25 page 460 of

[36:07]sah Muslim volume 6 what's the chapter called whomever is cursed reviled

[36:11]or prayed against by the prophet when he does not deserve that

[36:16]it will be purification reward and mercy what does that mean someone

[36:24]curses when he doesn't deserve it it will count for that person

[36:27]as purifying him if I stopped my lecture series on this and

[36:34]I retired from lecturing as long as I was able to show

[36:40]this chapter title it's enough for me to die as a sh

[36:43]and can't wait for the day of judgment for my love of

[36:45]and my respect for him come come look at the chapter title

[36:50]come you Muslim Muslim open your heart open your mind open your

[36:58]intellect come who whoever is cursed reviled or prayed against by the

[37:01]prophet when he does not deserve it what does that mean that
