[7:18]made so many new friends with whom they can form long-term friendship

[7:22]of learning and growing together in a safe environment so this place

[7:28]close to our homes is providing a safe platform in all three

[7:31]areas of Seoul mind and body development so just in last one

[7:40]year in addition to the Muharram programs Ramadan programs Friday prayers there's

[7:45]of course Sunday School then there is a set prep classes happened

[7:51]here science fair Happened Here regular snack and chat at the park

[7:55]you know snow sledding youth programs etc etc I'm missing many of

[8:03]the activities that has just happened in the last one year I

[8:06]mean the constructive and healthy activities that we can do using this

[8:10]platform is only limited by our own imagination and drive so I'm

[8:18]not good at fundraising but we do need funds to close at

[8:24]this land and build it later on so let me ask for

[8:29]a modest small recurring contribution commitment like many of us or if

[8:34]you have already given a bigger amount so the recurring amounts of

[8:41]a small donations it can be easily set up at Zell a

[8:45]small amounts paid regularly by more number of peoples add up to

[8:50]a large amount so the little drops will make a river so

[8:55]let's do that on an individual rather than family basis consider it

[9:00]as a donation basket that floats around in every program that's coming

[9:09]Youth who are starting out their new part-time jobs and starting out

[9:13]their life to get their financial discipline in order it is imam's

[9:20]right but it is for our own it is for our benefit

[11:56]one day one of the companions rasulullah came to him or he

[12:08]came to rasulullah and this man used to serve the prophets he

[12:13]used to do some type of service for rasulullah for a period

[12:19]of seven years you have served me for a long time how

[12:28]can I repay you and this shows where he seeks to compensate

[12:39]anyone who does him a favor asks the man how can I

[12:47]repay you this man according to the Hadith he was a smart

[12:52]a smart man he didn't answer immediately he tells rasulullah give me

[12:57]time to think about it because this is a great wish you

[13:01]have from the holy prophet he's saying is is telling him tell

[13:06]me what you want and the sky is the limit so the

[13:10]Man Comes the next day and rasulullah tells him how can I

[13:14]compensate you the man tells Allah I want you to ask Allah

[13:22]that I enter Paradise with you I want to be with you

[13:29]in Paradise where did you come up with this the man he

[13:33]said I thought very hard that if I ask for wealth and

[13:40]children whatever I have from this Dunya will come to an end

[13:43]the moment I leave this life the moment I die everything separates

[13:47]from me your children and your wealth and all of your belongings

[13:52]you're separated from them so I figured that the best thing to

[13:58]ask for is to be with you I want to be with

[13:59]you Yara in Paradise puts his head down and then he tells

[14:07]him you got your wish your wish is granted however there's one

[14:14]condition I ask one thing of you and that is I ask

[14:21]you to foreign you want to be with me in Paradise then

[14:24]you have to be a person who performs sujud frequently in your

[14:30]whole life try to be a person who constantly thanks Allah and

[14:34]prostrates to Allah here we see that sujud prostration becomes the reason

[14:44]this man goes to the highest ranks in paradise and we also

[14:52]see that sujud prostration is the reason why Iblis was kicked out

[14:56]of paradise you make the intention to prostrate to Allah then Allah

[15:04]will elevate your ranks and if you choose to be arrogant and

[15:10]do not do sujood to Allah then you will be kicked out

[15:15]of the mercy of Allah now we as Muslims we have ibadah

[15:22]we have prayer the prayer is formed of many parts you're standing

[15:26]you do canoch you do you do sujud but according to the

[15:33]narrations the closest the ABD is to his master to Allah is

[15:37]while you are in the state of sujud when you have the

[15:43]highest part of your body the most respected part of your body

[15:46]your head and your face you put it to the ground out

[15:51]of humility before Allah and there's the psychology of sujud where it

[15:58]grounds the person it makes you humble and it brings you the

[16:05]humility that everyone is supposed to have before Allah and of course

[16:11]in our prayer we pray a prayer that has sujood in it

[16:16]now you see this is something unique with the Muslims even though

[16:20]the Quran shows us that Isa used to do sujud Musa used

[16:26]to do but we the Muslims we are the lucky nation that

[16:29]has this practice continue it continued in our prayers where we pray

[16:35]a prayer of sujud and according to the Hadith there is a

[16:40]philosophy of doing two sajdas when we go down we do two

[16:43]sajdas the first sajdah is to remind us that we were created

[16:50]from this clay you raise your head and to remind you that

[16:53]you were created from this clay and the second sajdah when you

[17:00]go down this is to remind us that we are going to

[17:02]go back to the soil Allah speaks about Earth and Allah says

[17:13]from it we created you and to it we shall return you

[17:19]and from it we shall raise you and resurrect you now my

[17:25]dear brothers and sisters one thing the Shiite school of thought the

[17:29]followers of the Elizabeth something unique with the followers of the Elizabeth

[17:33]is that when we do sujood what do we do sujud on

[17:38]we do sujud on the Earth on the soil and this is

[17:46]something that differentiates the Shia the followers of the Elizabeth from the

[17:51]other schools of thoughts were a part of our sujood in order

[17:54]for the sujood to be correct to be a go to some

[18:00]mosques you see some mosques have the turba have the Earth the

[18:02]soil that you do sujood on and you see others they do

[18:07]sujud on the carpet on something that is not from the earth

[18:10]however if we go back to rasulullah and the way the prophet

[18:16]ordered the Muslims to pray he ordered the Muslims to pray on

[18:20]the soil and on Earth he says the Earth this Earth has

[18:31]been made for rasulullah and for the Muslims a Masjid a place

[18:36]of prostration you do prostration on the earth and it is a

[18:40]form of Purity a form of tahur on the Earth one of

[18:52]the companions you all know the name of Jaber he was one

[18:58]of the first to visit the grave of Imam a companion of

[19:03]rasulullah going all the way to Imam al-baq jabber he narrates this

[19:09]Hadith from rasulullah he says we were with the prophet and the

[19:14]ground was very hot the Earth was scorching hot so we had

[19:20]to pray with the prophet so to cool the Earth so that

[19:22]when we put our forehead on it we used to carry a

[19:27]pile of soil a pile of soil in our hands we would

[19:31]hold it in our hands while we're standing while the prophet is

[19:34]reciting Quran and then when we go down to the sujud we

[19:39]would put that pile on the ground and then we would do

[19:41]sujood on it what does this Hadith prove this Hadith proves that

[19:46]you have to do sujud on the earth otherwise the sahaba they

[19:49]could have put their Abba they could have put their turbine they

[19:52]could have put their clothes to do sujud on but they knew

[19:59]that they cannot do sujud on anything except the Earth and this

[20:03]is one of the conditions that we have you can't do sujood

[20:08]you only conduce on anything from the earth that you do not

[20:12]eat and you do not wear anything from Earth so a piece

[20:17]of wood a piece of rock the leaves the grass all of

[20:20]that is from Earth something that you do not eat and you

[20:25]do not wear and of course this Hadith by jabir is mentioned

[20:28]in musnad Ahmed and sunnan so there are many Sunni sources that

[20:34]discuss the sujood of the Muslims and of the sahaba now from

[20:42]amongst the places that it is recommended for a person to pray

[20:48]on you have several places you have Masjid al-haram the Kaaba the

[20:54]greatest mosque and there according to the Hadith the Salah is worth

[20:59]one hundred thousand prayers you pray in Masjid al-haram Allah will give

[21:04]you a reward for prostrating and doing sujud and praying and Masjid

[21:09]al-haram another place is Masjid and Nabi when you go and you

[21:13]visit the prophets and you pray the prayer there is equivalent to

[21:19]ten thousand ten thousand rakas and there are many places where it

[21:28]is recommended to pray in for example you could either pray at

[21:30]your home or you could pray in the Masjid which one has

[21:32]more which one has more reward praying in the Masjid is much

[21:40]more rewarding than praying at home and in the Hadith there's no

[21:45]Salah for the person who's the neighbor with the Masjid now of

[21:49]course that doesn't mean that your prayer is not accepted but the

[21:54]reward of the prayers multiplied many folds more many times more if

[21:59]you are praying in the Masjid Allah wants us to honor the

[22:03]Masjid Allah wants us to pray in the Masjid you go to

[22:07]some mosques you see no one prays in this mosque except once

[22:12]a week once a week people gather and they pray this is

[22:14]Haram one of the things that will complain to Allah on the

[22:20]day of judgment is a Masjid that is left alone that people

[22:23]are not praying good we need to make it a habit especially

[22:27]we the followers of the island we who claim to be followers

[22:30]of the Island Bait many times we see there's neglect to the

[22:33]Masjid neglect and praying in the Masjid while to be honest you

[22:39]see the followers of the other school of thought every prayer they

[22:42]pray in the Masjid every prayer you drive and you see the

[22:45]parking lot is full and every prayer is being prayed in the

[22:53]Masjid so we need to show our commitment to praying Jamaica and

[22:55]to praying in the Masjid now from amongst the places that the

[23:02]sujud and the prayer in is highly rewarded and highly recommended is

[23:08]on the soil of karbala on the soil of the grave of

[23:15]Imam Al Hussain and there are many blessings regarding the soil of

[23:21]karbala and there are many narrations that insist on the believer on

[23:25]the meaning to do sujud on the turba on the soil of

[23:31]the grave of Imam al-hussein or the soil that is surrounding the

[23:35]grave of ABBA Abdullah in fact the Dua praying and supplicating next

[23:43]saying the reward is multiplied and one day the Imam he falls

[23:54]ill he takes one of his companions he tells one of his

[24:00]companions he tells him oh Abu Hashem I want you to find

[24:03]someone from our Shia someone from our followers give him money let

[24:10]him go to karabala and pray for me next to the let

[24:12]him go and pray for me next to the grave of Imam

[24:23]and he tells him go here's money from Imam alhadi go and

[24:30]pray for Imam al-hadi next next to Imam Hussein Bilal he was

[24:51]an Imam why would you go and pray next time when he

[25:36]Allah likes to see the meaning there are places that Allah wants

[25:42]to see the Believers pray and from amongst those places is and

[25:48]surrounding the grave of the Allah so we see that the imamsalam

[26:03]they insisted on the ziara of Imam Al Hussain and there's an

[26:12]insistence on the soil of karbala not just visiting Imam and Hussein

[26:16]but you have to have an attachment with the turba with the

[26:22]soil of karbala and we see that the discussion regarding the soil

[26:27]of karbala began much before the martyrdom of Imam Hussain ad Ahmed

[26:31]he mentions the Hadith that we mentioned in the beginning of maharram

[26:35]where jibrail comes to rasulullah and he tells him and he tells

[26:44]him your son Hussain is going to be killed and here is

[26:50]a he gives them some of the soil he gives them some

[26:52]of the soil of karbala and rasulullah gives it to him and

[26:57]she tells it and he tells her when you see that this

[26:59]turns into blood when you see that this turns red into blood

[27:05]then you will know that my son Hussein has been killed so

[27:08]you see that there's this discussion on the soil of karbala 50

[27:16]years over 50 years before the martyrdom of Imam he has a

[27:32]book in which he collects the ahadith the narrations that are supposed

[27:37]to be mentioned in bukharian and Muslim using their standards but they

[27:43]did not mention them so he says regarding this Hadith he says

[27:52]according to bukhari according to the standards of bukhari and Muslim but

[27:59]they did not mention it why because obviously if they mention it

[28:02]then that means you're going to prove the story of Imam and

[28:05]Hussain and the value of the soil of karbala and this goes

[28:11]against their belief and their ideology another time we see there's a

[28:19]discussion on the soil of karbala is in a Hadith from after

[28:23]safin he passes by karbala and he says he cries for this

[28:36]soil and then he says there will be a group of people

[28:44]that will be resurrected that will be raised from this turba from

[28:51]this soil and they shall enter Paradise without accountability so we see

[28:57]rasulullah spoke about the Torah of Imam Hussein spoke about the turba

[29:04]of Imam and Hussein and the imams of the island all of

[29:08]them they discussed the soil and the turba of Imam al-hasan and

[29:15]it became after Ashura became highly recommended to do sujud to prostrate

[29:20]on the soil of karbala the soil of the grave of Imam

[29:28]Hussain from Imam he says on the soil of Imam al-hussein it

[29:39]will pass through the seven layers you know when we pray there

[29:46]are hajjub there are layers sometimes these Slayers they stop our prayer

[29:52]from reaching its highest potential but the prayer on the soil of

[29:56]karbala will pass these seven layers that block the Salah from reaching

[30:03]its highest potential and some people say this look how extreme this

[30:51]upon Ibrahim because Ibrahim brought to hate to us and this is

[30:57]why we do salawat upon the family of rasulullah and upon rasulullah

[30:59]himself because they brought the religion of Islam to us and this

[31:07]is why we remember Imam Al Hussain love so we said it's

[31:16]recommended to do sujud on the soil of karbala another recommendation it

[31:20]is recommended to do and the narration says that before the martyrdom

[31:38]of Imam Hussain used to go to the grave of Hamza the

[31:43]uncle of Allah and she made prayer beads she made a subha

[31:49]out of the grave of Hamza the uncle of the prophet and

[31:55]the imams of the al-bait after the martyrdom of Imam Hussain they

[31:59]began to do the same this time with the soil of the

[32:04]grave of one time one round seven a hundred times you say

[32:25]a stuck for Allah or alhamdulillah will give you the reward as

[32:35]if you have done this Seventy Times Allah will reward you because

[32:47]Imam Another Blessing of the soil of karbala is that it brings

[32:54]ease to your life it brings health it brings shifa and it

[33:00]brings safety and a Hadith from Imam he says in the soil

[33:10]of the grave of Abdullah healing from every disease and it is

[33:23]the the greatest medicine the greatest antidote why today some people they

[33:37]probably think of this Hadith and they think of this that you're

[33:40]being way too extreme have you seen the medicine that you're taking

[33:43]have you seen the the pills that you take from the Pharmaceuticals

[33:49]sometimes they bring something from this animal sometimes they bring something from

[33:51]another animal they bring it from the earth they bring it from

[33:57]Life they bring it from the trees they bring it from all

[34:00]things all around us of course the the grave of Imam and

[34:04]Hussain and the soil that is mixed with the blood of Imam

[34:08]this is the most sacred of all soils and the shifa my

[34:14]dear brothers and sisters the real shifa comes from what from the

[34:16]medicine that you're taking or from Allah it's from Allah if God

[34:23]wants this medicine to work it will work if God does not

[34:28]want this medicine to work it will not work even if you

[34:30]take it your whole life is the one that puts the healing

[34:39]power in the soil of the grave of Imam a fifth benefit

[34:44]or a fourth benefit from the sujud on the soil of karbala

[34:51]and the attachment with the soil of karbala is that whenever you're

[34:55]carrying the soil of karbala with you that means you're carrying the

[34:59]principles and the values that Imam Hussain stood for that means your

[35:03]Salah your salad s person with a complete Iman on the day

[35:10]of Ashura the enemies and they also prayed but their prayer brought

[35:16]them further away from God their prayer did not help them why

[35:20]because they were missing the key component in faith and that is

[35:31]this is why the meaning the Shia they carry the soil of

[35:36]karbala with them wherever they go my grandfather Ayatollah said he left

[35:43]karbala for over 30 years over 30 years he was in Los

[35:48]Angeles he left karbala and one time a channel they came and

[36:36]attached to Imam and Hussein and one of the ways that we

[36:39]can attach ourselves to Imam and Hussein is through carrying the turbav

[36:44]Imam al-hussain with us through doing sujud prostrating over the soil of

[36:50]karbala and yes this is a soil that has shifa this is

[36:56]a soil that Allah has put the blessings in and the values

[37:03]in because all of the values and the principles of Islam they

[37:06]were manifested on the day of Ashura and karbala that's where Islam

[37:11]survived yazid that is where the name of rasulullah survived that is

[37:17]where the Quran survived that is where Salah survived so yes the

[37:22]place where Salah survived I will do sujud on that land I

[37:25]will keep an attachment to that land because that land I am

[37:30]indebted to that land because if it was not for the sacrifices

[37:33]that took place on that land I would not know what my

[37:38]Salah is I would not know what my Hajj is I would

[37:39]not know and any of the values are so yes Allah in

[37:46]the soil of Imam Hussain that great honor that great love were

[37:56]even the soil of the grave of ABBA Abdullah becomes a place

[38:02]of healing becomes medicine for the hearts and for the souls yes

[38:07]when we remember Imam Hussain we revive our souls and Allah says

[38:15]it's not only the souls it's the bodies that will also be

[38:17]protected through the turba of Imam and the imams of the adult

[38:27]Bates they would refer to karbala as the narrations talking about the

[38:34]soil of karbala discusses means confused and farat is the river because

[38:42]they tried to erase the memory of Imam and Hussain they tried

[38:45]to erase and remove the grave of Imam and Hussein the same

[38:49]forage that Imam and Hussein did not taste from that water on

[40:30]Iman you need to have the faith if you don't have the

[40:32]faith it's not going to do anything because it's all about the

[40:35]intentions and third the Dua Under the Dome of ABBA Abdullah is

[40:42]an accepted this is and this is something that is known with

[40:50]all the Shia one of the poets over 500 years ago a

[40:56]poet by the name of ibnel Arandas this poet he died in

[41:03]year 1436 Common Era he has a poem talking about these attributes

[42:51]farat and Hussain has to see the flowing water of the Euphrates

[42:54]and he and his children do not have a drop of water

[43:01]is this the justice that Imam and Hussein was given yes my

[43:05]dear brothers and sisters let us turn our hearts to karbala On

[43:09]A Night Like This on the last night that we will be

[43:12]remembering Imam Hussain and this modulus after he was killed on the

[43:23]day of Ashura after the battle came to an end ordered for

[43:27]all of those who were killed in his army to be buried

[44:49]they not bury them what should they do the woman of many

[44:54]Assad they go and they tell their men if you do not

[45:00]bury these Martyrs We will bury them ourselves so the men of

[45:03]many assets they gathered they were ready to begin digging and they

[45:07]wanted to begin the burial process of Imam Hussain suddenly they saw

[45:16]a Darkness approach from the direction they were afraid at first they

[45:23]tell him who are you he tells them I am here to

[45:28]bury my father he tells them what they have to do he

[45:34]tells them to dig one big grave they buried the ansar and

[45:40]the Companions and then they dig a grave he takes a grave

[45:43]for him then he begins to gather the body image body was

[45:53]so mutilated that he had to bring a piece of he had

[46:00]to gather the body of ABBA Abdullah then he carried the headless

[46:09]body and he placed a Imam in his grave he placed the

[46:12]Imam in his grave when a Boatman is buried when a Muslim

[46:17]is buried they put the right cheek on the soil by Imam

[46:20]hussain's body was a headless body image buries his father then he

[46:29]takes the small body of Abdullah and he places it on the

[49:22]make Fatima tazara proud of you this will make proud of you

[49:27]for supporting the modulus of Imam al-hussein and attending the modulus of

[49:32]Imam Hussain alaihissalam may Allah bless you all and inshallah we continue

[49:37]to serve about Abdullah inshallah we continue to have the honor of

[49:41]serving Imam al-hussein for as long as we live I wanted to

[49:47]also express my gratitude to all of the individuals who made this

[49:51]modulus happen we have many volunteers we have a Hassan our dear

[49:55]brother Hassan we have brother wasam we have Khalid all of the

[50:01]brothers all of you that made this message happen to the tech
