[4:42][Music] alhamd mam [Applause] [Music] [Applause] ald Allah subhanahu waala has ordered
[6:11]me to love for and he has informed me that he loves
[6:17]them Ali Salman Abu and mik the first of our loud salawat
[6:30]in honor of Muhammad [Music] a second even louder in [Applause] of
[6:48]a third with your loudest loudest voices in honor of the IM
[6:53]of our time IM [Applause] respected Scholars brothers and sisters Abu gari
[7:11]attended the first F mjus Abu alari was the person who was
[7:20]of those who sold the seeds of the lovers of in Lebanon
[7:24]Abu Al gafari was the pioneer of resistance against Injustice and against
[7:30]against dictators in Islamic history no doubt if you want to see
[7:36]one of the greatest personalities when it comes to the defense of
[7:42]the cause of and a person who inspired Millions today to defend
[7:45]the rights of the followers of then without a doubt it's the
[7:52]great companion of today you see many in the world who are
[7:56]amazed when they see that the Shia of am are the only
[8:03]supporters of the causes against Injustice when you see for example many
[8:08]today are bewildered that why is it only the Shia are the
[8:11]ones who are supporting those who are oppressed how many times do
[8:16]you hear people saying that only the Shia are supporting the cause
[8:20]of Palestine how many times do you hear people say that it's
[8:23]only the Shia who are supporting the cause of the Lebanese the
[8:29]plight of the oppressed in the these lands many even non Shia
[8:32]find it difficult at the beginning to admit that it was only
[8:38]the Shia who were raising their voices and who were ready to
[8:40]lose their lives as and I think each and every one of
[8:44]us who's watching this lecture will have come across somebody of our
[8:48]friend Circle who may not be a sh but may turn around
[8:50]and say that I've got to give you props it's the Shia
[8:54]whether from Iran the Shia whether from Lebanon the Shia from Iraq
[8:58]the Shia from Yemen who have laid down their lives for the
[9:02]cause of the oppressed the reason it's clear is because of the
[9:07]fact that the sh have within their history certain personalities who taught
[9:13]us the importance of resistance against Injustice from the Pioneers that are
[9:20]the prophets of Allah subhana wa ta'ala and of course the holy
[9:22]prophet at the helm of them and the IMs of but at
[9:27]the same time the companions of the those Companions of the are
[9:34]companions who stood up against all forms of Injustice and were an
[9:41]axis of resistance as an example to each and every one of
[9:43]us we know that part of human nature is to resist when
[9:48]you are being oppressed a person does not have to be a
[9:51]Muslim for them to resist when they are being attacked at the
[9:55]end of the day I can find someone today who's not a
[9:57]Muslim but who when their family are being attacked or for example
[10:03]when their Community is being attacked or when their honor is being
[10:08]attacked or when for example their property is being attacked they will
[10:13]without a doubt stand up and resist you find therefore that each
[10:16]and every one of us has a different level of resistance there
[10:21]may be some of us who may be able to resist only
[10:26]with our hearts that our heart May bleed when we see a
[10:30]certain situation I may find that there may be people in the
[10:33]world today who their hearts bleed when they see the oppression that
[10:38]takes place for example against the Lebanese Community can they for example
[10:43]fly to Lebanon and support maybe they can't but from when they
[10:46]are in their houses you may find that they may say that
[10:51]my heart is at pain when I see someone who I admire
[10:54]as a leader get killed someone who I admire as a scholar
[11:01]gets killed someone who I know my friend circle is now displaced
[11:04]or has no shelter or has no food whatsoever that person on
[11:12]the first level May resist with their heart then there may be
[11:15]a person on the second level who may resist with their tongue
[11:18]that they may speak out against the injustices that take place against
[11:25]their Community or against their religion there may be injustices of two
[11:30]types one type maybe Injustice is from people outside of my religion
[11:35]someone who may be a non-muslim may be unjust towards the Muslim
[11:39]Community sometimes no I may see injustices within the Muslim Community where
[11:45]one Muslim oppresses another Muslim therefore a second group May resist with
[11:50]their tongues a third no a third may even give their sons
[11:55]away in resistance may give their families away in resistance why do
[11:59]we have this three different types of resistance because not everybody can
[12:03]do each one of these I cannot come and judge somebody who
[12:09]may on the face of it not seem to be speaking out
[12:11]because their heart may be the one that's bleeding or maybe angry
[12:14]at what taking place then there may be others with their tongues
[12:19]then there may be others with whatever they have even their lives
[12:22]of course we see that there is a difference between when a
[12:29]mum for example leads a resistance versus a nonm at the end
[12:32]of the day if one who is chosen by Allah subhana wa
[12:37]ta'ala orders you to resist then you have to resist automatically one
[12:42]who's not May guide you to what to do in that moment
[12:45]you may find for example that there may be a scholar who
[12:49]says it is obligatory for the people of this country to resist
[12:52]but not my followers outside of this country then there may be
[12:56]another scholar who says no it's obligatory on all my followers wherever
[12:59]they may be to resist at the end of the day that
[13:03]person is a scholar provides us with guidelines abari was one of
[13:12]the pioneers of resistance of every type with a heart that bleeds
[13:17]with his tongue as well as being willing to give his life
[13:20]even if it meant that he had no friends at the end
[13:25]never will we forget the famous Hadith of the holy prophet peace
[13:28]be upon him in his family when the holy prophet peace be
[13:33]upon him his family told Abu you will live alone and you
[13:36]will die alone and you will be raised or resurrected alone and
[13:43]you will enter Paradise alone why because when a person resists the
[13:48]oppressor or resists the oppression it's not something easy to resist at
[13:52]the end of the day I'm living in my comfortable World everything's
[13:56]going smoothly for me if I resist I may lose my income
[14:04]economically my life may be destroyed I might even Lose Friends Abu
[14:08]gafari had a unique status in that he resisted number one the
[14:13]non-muslim attack against Islam but also the Muslim attack on Islam number
[14:20]two on his CV he has a resistance against who against the
[14:27]qur against the first Khalifa against the second khif against the third
[14:33]Khalifa and against mua it is very rare to see in Islamic
[14:36]history a person who has that CV there may be someone who
[14:41]has the CV that they resisted against who they resisted against the
[14:45]qu but not against Abu Bakr there may be someone who resisted
[14:50]against Abu Bakr but not against Omar there may be someone who
[14:56]resisted against Omar but notman there may be someone who resist isted
[15:02]against but not mu there may be someone like Abu who taught
[15:07]us that I do not care who's in power if I see
[15:12]that they have been unjust to either or to the followers of
[15:20]that I will not rest at all and that's why in the
[15:25]context of what's happening in the world today nobody deserves more praise
[15:30]on this the first night of f than abari because not only
[15:34]does f relate to him but also the Shia of Lebanon that
[15:41]we see being oppressed the very base of that in Lebanon was
[15:45]abari let us tonight examine the wonderful biography and lessons of this
[15:52]lover of Al Muhammad and this Pioneer of resistance against Injustice and
[15:59]this Defender of the cause of let's do this in the following
[16:07]stages number one was Abu a convert to Islam or was he
[16:09]always on the path of Islam number two what were the characteristics
[16:13]of Abu that led to say that Abu is from us the
[16:23]number three how did Abu make a stand against the qur number
[16:30]number four how did he stand against the first Khalifa blatantly and
[16:35]openly number five how was he the first to attend theis and
[16:42]these malalis that continue until today number six how did Abu make
[16:47]sure that he spoke out against number seven how did he speak
[16:52]out against B afan number eight how didan kick Abu out out
[17:00]of Medina and forced him to go towards the Syria Lebanon area
[17:05]number nine how did Abu graduate Scholars of the Shia in Lebanon
[17:12]and especially in the areas surrounding beut and which mosques today are
[17:19]named after Abu because of how he instilled T in lebnan finally
[17:27]how did Abu die alone and how did he teach us that
[17:31]sometimes you may be the greatest personality in the religion but there
[17:35]may be only a few people in your janaza and how did
[17:39]he highlight to us that the main thing is the Legacy you
[17:45]leave behind may bring up soldiers A Thousand Years Later let's examine
[17:50]this and dissect the topic in complete depth Abu gaari was the
[17:54]fourth or the fifth Muslim that is a huge honor as at
[17:59]the end of the day to be known as the fourth or
[18:02]the fifth believer in the religion of Islam is not an easy
[18:05]feat it means that you came towards the religion at its most
[18:08]difficult time we find that certain people say Abu was a convert
[18:15]to the religion of Islam Abu was not a convert Abu was
[18:18]always one of the purest Believers in Allah subhana wa ta'ala there's
[18:23]a difference between someone who's prostrated before idols and someone who was
[18:30]always a believer in Allah but then someone might say but hold
[18:33]on I thought anyone who's the fourth Muslim must be that they
[18:38]were an idol worshipper and then they became a Muslim no there
[18:42]are a group of people who remained on the path of submission
[18:48]to Allah even though their tribe may have deviated remember all these
[18:52]Arabs who were living in an around Mecca all of them used
[18:55]to believe in Haj they used to believe in ibraim they used
[19:00]to believe in the Oneness of God but their definition of that
[19:06]Oneness unfortunately became deviated that they started to worship idols for example
[19:10]some of them unfortunately went towards immorality what was the immorality of
[19:15]that time some of them were drinking even though the abrahamic path
[19:21]was not of drinking some of them were gambling even though the
[19:25]abrahamic path was not a part of gambling some of them were
[19:30]were committing Zena even though the abrahamic path was not a path
[19:36]of committing Zena or committing adultery but there were a few people
[19:40]who were living there who were not affected by the peer pressure
[19:43]of the time cuz sometimes when a person gambles it's not because
[19:46]they believe gambling is right it's their mats who are telling them
[19:49]listen we're all going to have a little bet why don't you
[19:54]join us sometimes a person at that moment feels now I'm the
[19:57]odd one out if I don't I have a little gamble then
[20:00]everyone will call me boring you're one of these religious ones when
[20:04]a person drinks sometimes why does the person drink and I'm talking
[20:08]even about the non-muslim the non-muslim at the beginning is peer pressure
[20:12]not because of their love of that drink peer pressure says we
[20:15]can't have a good night unless we drink I can't have a
[20:21]good night unless I get smashed how many times do you hear
[20:24]those lines what do you mean you can't have a good night
[20:25]unless you get smashed at the end of the day if you
[20:27]have a good night and you can't remember it then what was
[20:31]the point of that night but you found that in Arabia there
[20:34]were people who had not come out and said for example no
[20:40]they had not said that but their behavior was like they had
[20:43]believed it one of them was IMI names his son after believed
[20:56]in the Oneness of God even though everyone else was committing what
[21:04]never lied never committed Z never drank never gambled but he had
[21:10]never said muhamed but his behavior was of someone pure I think
[21:18]even us in our lives you'll always come across one non-muslim who
[21:21]sometimes you look at them and you say I'm telling you this
[21:23]guy is more trustworthy than some of the Muslims I know true
[21:29]that person might not a Muslim but their are of Islam their
[21:32]trustworthiness are of Islam even the care they show maybe more than
[21:37]a Muslim shows even they may say to you I never drank
[21:40]therefore abari for us is not a convert to Islam abari one
[21:49]may even say is one of theifs those who followed an abrahamic
[21:52]path that was there in Arabia but were not affected by the
[21:56]drink were not affected by gambling were not affected by idolatry and
[22:02]according to ourth that he had come towards the path of Purity
[22:11]already believing in a final Prophet a few years before Allah alai
[22:17]announced the religion when s alai began the religion and announced it
[22:23]the news had gone to certain places of the places that it
[22:27]went was where to Ben gafar Ben gafar were made up of
[22:31]The Good the Bad and the Ugly some of them were Highway
[22:36]thieves who you wouldn't mess about with Abu was of those tribes
[22:39]but he was of the best of them and there are different
[22:45]reports as to how he how he came to Islam some mention
[22:46]for example that there was a miracle involved others mention that his
[22:51]brother had gone to alai had met him and came back to
[22:58]Abu and gave him the most glowing report when he had met
[23:03]Allah had said to him just how impeccable the holy prophet was
[23:06]so then Abu came and we are told in certain Traditions that
[23:12]Abu was the first to say Salam to because straight away as
[23:18]soon as he met him he said to him and replied in
[23:26]their little conversation Abu found that to be enough for him to
[23:33]come towards the path of the religion of Islam who had taken
[23:39]him to meet someone he would remain loyal to for the rest
[23:45]of his life who IM AB from that age had seen something
[23:49]special in and had seen special in war in AB in which
[24:00]way listen to what theith says that I quoted at begin of
[24:07]the lecture what does he say he says Allah subhah wa ta'ala
[24:11]has ordered me to love four and Allah has informed me that
[24:21]he loves them who he mentions Ali Salman ab and mikd question
[24:25]here these are all Companions of yes they are so why the
[24:32]accusation that you sh do not respect the companions of Allah Salman
[24:36]is a companion or no Salman is a companion of Al AB
[24:42]is a companion or no do ask anyone the Sunni world today
[24:46]is Salman one of the sah yes Sal AB is he one
[24:53]of the yes is he one of the s yes yes is
[25:02]he one of the yesd is he one of the yes is
[25:12]he one of the yes is he one of the yes is
[25:23]he one of the yes is he one of the yes all
[25:35]of these and more admire them respect them adore them someone says
[25:41]but I thought you sh do not respect the sahab no we
[25:46]say that the of all of them when you're talking of those
[25:50]especially out of the because sometimes they put IM Ali with the
[25:57]sah those out of theit these are all fallible human beings every
[26:03]of is a fallible human being they may make mistakes some of
[26:09]them their level of tawa is what some of them their level
[26:11]of tawa is higher than others and the end of the day
[26:17]there are those whose level of tawa is comparable to a prophet
[26:20]of Allah subhana wa taala someone says to me what do you
[26:24]mean if you look at someone like his level of ta said
[26:32]ab's tawa is like that of who is like that of when
[26:41]now I see that AB is the same as that of who
[26:46]is the same as that of what does this show me this
[26:53]shows me that abar is not a simple person when you're compared
[26:56]to a prophet likea Al on the first level I remain loyal
[27:03]to you because automatically it is rare for a fallible human being
[27:07]to be compared to an infallible human being sometimes you will find
[27:11]Allah would do this he say Salman is like lman whether lman
[27:16]was a prophet or not is open to question many don't believe
[27:19]that he's a prophet but still he's a wise man and there's
[27:23]a chapter of the Quran named after him when it came to
[27:27]compared him TOA then R Higher One who is compared to TA
[27:33]versus one who is compared to zero yes at the end of
[27:38]the day I cannot R when none of them have been compared
[27:46]to a prophet like Isa therefore as a sh when I see
[27:54]that Abu is compared to it shows me that AB may Allah
[28:00]bless his soul AB for me when his ta is that high
[28:06]number one number two whenas says and normally this is only mentioned
[28:10]about Salman but we have a Hadith that says also Abu is
[28:17]from us the sometimes you only hear in M Sal is he
[28:21]is from us there is also a Hadith that Abu is from
[28:26]us the why Abu is from the what are they known for
[28:32]number one number two piety number three humility number four honesty AB
[28:37]why IM Ali would always mention that there is none in knowledge
[28:44]of the companions of like AB number one number two in terms
[28:48]of truthfulness and he was compared to number three in terms of
[28:57]what in terms of his humility none where as hum as number
[29:02]four listen to what im says because a person may be knowledgeable
[29:08]a person may be truthful a person may be honest a person
[29:15]may be humble but that doesn't mean that they remain loyal at
[29:20]all times correct because the Loyalty when the going gets tough you'll
[29:24]find someone will say I prefer not to get involved how many
[29:26]times do you hear that line or I prefer not to say
[29:31]anything the true test of the companions of wasn't how much they
[29:39]had wasn't how humble they were or how Pious all of these
[29:42]are great but whether they held on to the Covenant they made
[29:47]with or whether they broke that Covenant says that on the day
[29:57]of judgment a caller will call where are those Disciples of who
[30:04]did not break their Covenant with the prophet of Allah and then
[30:14]three will stand up Salman Abu and M imagine there were many
[30:17]around Al I do not deny I do not deny that they
[30:22]gave good to Islam a lot of them but they had a
[30:26]PCT with rasool Allah number one that on the day of they
[30:29]all said no companion can deny that they pledged allegiance to IM
[30:37]Ali whether you want to call the word mola mola means friend
[30:40]MOA means supporter MOA means servant whatever you want to say you
[30:46]all know that everyone gave that was that you would never hurt
[30:49]Ali you would never oppress Ali you would never be against Ali
[30:55]for the prophet said [Applause] those people had a covenant with they
[31:07]were all there there were those who even said they congratulated on
[31:13]that day another Covenant was what I leave behind for you two
[31:19]things the Quran and my hold on to them you'll never go
[31:22]astray when the caller on the day of judgment calls out where
[31:28]are the discip deciples of the prophet of Allah who did not
[31:32]break their Covenant three will stand up Salman Abu and mikd those
[31:41]three in particular were the highest of the companions of so do
[31:46]not come and tell me that you Shia don't r no no
[31:50]we rever but on the basis of what on the basis of
[31:51]those who held on to the Covenant of Allah subhah wa ta'ala
[32:01]the Covenant of the day of the Covenant of the moment dies
[32:05]all of a sudden what do we see we see that there's
[32:11]a dilemma what's the Dilemma I've seen people who come into power
[32:14]who have taken the right that belongs to do I stay silent
[32:20]or do I speak because she looked around and what did she
[32:26]notice she noticed that everybody suddenly was silent here was a test
[32:33]do you speak out for the rights or no in her famous
[32:37]words that she said to the people of Medina when the rights
[32:44]of Imam aliam were taken said oh people of understanding oh supporters
[32:52]of the faith oh Defenders of Islam what why is it that
[33:00]you've become negligent in relation to my rights and have become lack
[33:03]in relation to the injustices which have done before me when F
[33:08]says those lines what's she expecting surely amongst the companions of my
[33:13]father there will be someone who will not allow this bullying to
[33:19]take place yes because what is an oppressor an oppressor who will
[33:23]come he'll confiscate your land and he'll say it's my right to
[33:25]sit on this land true when we look in the world today
[33:29]what's a sign of these oppressors that we see they come they
[33:32]confiscate a land they bring their people in they say we can
[33:37]settle on this land no one else can take this land this
[33:39]all belongs to our great plan cuz today why have they gone
[33:44]towards the south of Lebanon they go because they're saying that all
[33:48]this area belongs to us from the N to the Euphrates wait
[33:55]who are you to say this who are you to bully us
[33:57]we are not going to be bullied F called out she wanted
[34:02]to see does anyone have the spirit of resistance in them or
[34:08]No Yes Salah all of you are praying J and yes all
[34:11]of you are fasting Ramadan and yes all of you done with
[34:16]my father but oh people of understanding oh supporters of the faith
[34:21]oh Defenders of Islam in a way it's ironic because I'm really
[34:25]telling all of you that you claim to be the people of
[34:28]understanding Ing and you claim to be the supporters of the faith
[34:31]and you claim to be the Defenders of Islam what has caused
[34:36]you to all become negligent when my land has been taken from
[34:40]me what has caused you to become LAX when Injustice has taken
[34:51]place that his rights have been usurped when F said this do
[34:54]you know my dear brothers and sisters I often think to myself
[34:59]wall if I was there would I have spoken out or would
[35:01]I have held back true it's all well and good me sitting
[35:06]here 1,400 years later it's we're remembering the tragedy but on that
[35:10]day how many of us would have stood up and spoken we
[35:15]could have lost our jobs we could have lost friends true we
[35:18]could have lost deals we could have lost those who are members
[35:25]of our community even marriages could have broken who do you think
[35:29]stood up who said that I will resist against this oppression who
[35:32]stood up when im Ali when they said to him stand up
[35:38]he said to all those who came to them to him go
[35:39]and shave your heads I'll see you in the morning and we
[35:43]will see who really is ready to stand up for the rights
[35:47]of and the rights of who my brothers taught us resistance who
[35:54]is it that stood up and said never let that unjust Tyrant
[36:00]come towards you when you live in the year 2024 do not
[36:05]allow the unjust to come towards you and trample on your rights
[36:09]who is it that t Salman Abu M they stood up with
[36:17]one of the people who said I will not give to Abu
[36:23]Bak I don't care if you tell me that at s you
[36:27]elected him if you tell me that he's Theif of it makes
[36:31]no difference to me you don't want to be my friend don't
[36:33]worry about being my friend because the reality is if you're chasing
[36:37]friends in this world then you're not going to win in this
[36:43]world if you're chasing the truth and being aligned with the truth
[36:46]left IM Ali no friends it's going to leave you friends at
[36:50]the end of the day Abu alari what happened with him Abu
[36:56]stood up the first resistance he had was against the qur fighting
[37:01]alongside all those battles that he was with the prophet the second
[37:06]was that he resisted the saifa government that sakif government that said
[37:11]you pledge allegiance towards Abu Bak said I'm not pledging no Allegiance
[37:16]you can take that towards yourself I'm not interested you could keep
[37:21]it do you know how hard that was at that time but
[37:23]for Abu he's thinking that I left my family and my tribe
[37:29]to join Islam when there was five of us you think now
[37:33]after sakif there's still five of us Subhan Allah the irony is
[37:37]that when he joined the religion of Islam there was five by
[37:39]the time had left how many were there how many were yes
[37:46]there were many who were Muslims but and also ra RAF means
[37:55]what ra means I reject and his magicians y why reject where
[38:04]I become a magician who rejects F's Injustice likewise Abu said I
[38:09]will not accept these people yes but Abu if you speak I'll
[38:13]speak out you guys can follow their government yeah but if you
[38:17]speak out we're going to lose our jobs we're going to lose
[38:19]contracts we're going to lose business deals we're what's what's life what's
[38:23]this world at the end of the day if I see that
[38:27]is there alone and you could see that the lady is pregnant
[38:33]and you could see that the lady is reminding you of the
[38:36]position of her father and all of you have forgotten what he
[38:41]said that fa is a part of me whoever angers her angers
[38:45]me and all of you have forgotten that he used to say
[38:48]fa is the mother of her father have you all forgotten these
[38:51]lines even if all of you have forgotten I have not and
[39:00]Salman has not M has not has not B has not has
[39:07]not has not Abdullah has not AB has not it doesn't matter
[39:11]if there's 12 of us 15 of us 30 of us I
[39:15]will resist the of our time therefore when died the first thing
[39:23]on his TV I will not pledge allegiance to Abu Bakr then
[39:28]when he became khif baned the writing of you know Abu Bakr
[39:34]and Omar were instrumental in the Banning of writing a Hadith that's
[39:37]why in the Sunni world you have to wait nearly 100 years
[39:42]or so until you come to the first books of Hadith for
[39:45]us alhamdulillah we had 12 walking books of Hadith but when it
[39:51]came to the Sunni world you had to wait until OMD and
[39:53]then Malik M and so on and so forth until you had
[39:58]when Abu Bakr and Omar Omar had said that we will imprison
[40:03]amongst the things anyone who seem to be narrating theth AB said
[40:09]I'll narrate what are you going to do about it yeah Will
[40:11]in prison you put me in prison so what I'll never pledge
[40:15]to you and you are not my leader my leader is Abu
[40:18]Tab and I will resist against you and it does not hurt
[40:24]me one bit if you put me in prison I'll keep narrating
[40:29]the merits ofas Allah and his family look at the resistance who's
[40:32]who are you you became a Muslim six years after I became
[40:36]a Muslim I was the fifth convert to Islam you came much
[40:41]later than all of us did not convert in the first or
[40:46]second year of Islam he came later just before the of ab
[40:48]Talib and that time who are you why should I who chose
[40:53]you to become Khalifa Abu Bakr chose you but I thought you
[40:54]can't choose I thought you have to elect hold on let's get
[41:01]this right Abu Bakr had to be elected but you get chosen
[41:03]by Abu Bakr so how comes there's a rule for you to
[41:07]be elected I will keep narrating a Hadith if you want to
[41:10]imprison me imprison me and he was imprisoned no problem second resistance
[41:16]against who I have nothing to do with him I won't pledge
[41:20]allegiance to him and I will write what I want the third
[41:23]was the most damning Abu speaking out and resisting against binan I
[41:30]ask all the viewers a question Abu was sectarian or no because
[41:35]if we spoke out against the injustices of the calips according to
[41:41]our reading of history at the end of the day if there's
[41:42]other Muslims who praise them I cannot go and say they don't
[41:47]have a right they have books I have books but in my
[41:49]reading I do not respect the cffs the first Calif the second
[41:55]Calif the third Calif the OM Cals the I don't respect them
[41:58]Abu rejected Abu Bakr Abu resisted against Omar Abu resisted against why
[42:05]resisted against for what reason firstly he sees as a usurper of
[42:13]the H of that's the first secondly man began to share the
[42:17]treasury money with his best mates of his best mates man's best
[42:24]mates the Glorious companion of rasool Allah s alai the Glorious Maran
[42:31]how glorious gave unbelievable amount of money to Maran then to 300,000
[42:44]zit 100,000 now what do I do either I can sit there
[42:48]and say that I'm not going to say anything but my Prophet
[42:52]had said to me do not give in to those to do
[42:58]otherwise Hellfire awaits you Abu said what are you doing he said
[43:03]to him what do you mean he said what's this nonsense I'm
[43:06]the Khalifa I don't care you're your Khalifa nothing to do with
[43:08]me what is this nonsense Maran has unlimited access to the treasury
[43:17]Maran who was banished byol Allah I tell you how is someone
[43:19]rightly guided if they give a lot of the money to the
[43:23]one who fought the prophet he follows I don't know sometimes W
[43:26]did we see Allah with with our eyes or with our intellect
[43:28]honestly honestly here he says to him I will speak out against
[43:35]you and I'll continue to speak out if you speak out I'll
[43:37]kick you out he said kick me out he kicked him out
[43:42]AB I ask you all a question don't you say yes you
[43:49]do don't you say yes you do so how could kick out
[43:59]of the City how how in which World in which world and
[44:02]do you know what they write in their books slight disagreement slight
[44:06]disagreement Abu who said about him s Al none above the Earth
[44:14]nor a shade under the sky has seen anyone more truthful than
[44:20]Abu is there higher praise for somebody like that abari there is
[44:28]no higher praise than saying this about you or that your ta
[44:33]is comparable to Jesus who's then higher abman kicks him as a
[44:38]gout where get out mua can deal with you where in the
[44:43]area of Lebanon and Syria cuz you know sham sham today is
[44:46]Syria Sham in those days was what Syria Palestine Lebanon and Jordan
[44:50]y Abu was kicked out of Medina by he said to Mu
[44:57]masallah mu you deal with him now look at how the irony
[45:04]the fifth convert to Islam or the fourth convert to Islam is
[45:06]now being guided and administered by the son of the this is
[45:13]the wonderful Islamic history that we have and they say to us
[45:15]why do you guys so get so passionate about these things so
[45:19]what do you want me to do what do you want me
[45:24]to do muan is the one has to guide abari Abu went
[45:28]there where towards the area of Beirut that area of Beirut Abu
[45:38]settled there he also went to where he also went to other
[45:41]areas in Lebanon if you look there is an area called a
[45:49]sarafand a sarafand is an area in Lebanon where Abu had settled
[45:53]this area was an area where Abu began to teach and there
[45:59]are mid in these areas called mid ab ab began to teach
[46:06]the people about the of in Lebanon imagine in this area Abu
[46:13]is there in Beirut he is there in Tyra he is there
[46:18]m jab he is there all of these areas Abu would sit
[46:23]what's your name and yours and Salman come and sit with me
[46:31]let me tell you about the power and the beauty and the
[46:33]honor of Al let me tell you about the rightful success of
[46:40]and let me tell you about that who sits in sham the
[46:45]one who Hoards the gold and the silver that man over there
[46:50]who gets away with everything because his cousin is sitting in Medina
[46:55]Asif abari began to teach in lebnan there were people who would
[47:00]come and sit under him in my own research 30 lebanes graduated
[47:08]from the of Abu innan these seeds were planted by Abu seeds
[47:15]in Lebanon today when people say the Lebanese sh look at how
[47:21]strong they are that all of them one is losing they're losing
[47:24]their homes the second are displaced their children dying buildings destroyed innocent
[47:31]youth killed Where do they get that strength that mothers say this
[47:35]is little for the path of go and ask AB Abu when
[47:40]he sat there he told them that anyim that's there don't be
[47:45]intimidated by the power of their numbers or their gangs or their
[47:52]weapons all you have to do is make sure that you protect
[47:53]Muhammad and Al Muhammad protect the Legacy of them and he sits
[48:02]there said you think he used to live in a house is
[48:06]that no Abu used to make a tent out of black goat
[48:07]fur they used to say to Abu why not a house he's
[48:11]like while that guy in sham lives in big houses I'm living
[48:15]in a tent because if Islam has resulted in that guy sitting
[48:17]in power and I I will not sit in the house while
[48:22]those the take the treasury of the Muslims you know what he
[48:25]used to do outside mua's Palace those who hold the gold and
[48:29]the silver those who hold the gold and the silver the iron
[48:31]heat is waiting for them mua is like you know what this
[48:35]guy's giving me a headache you know what muaah does he kicks
[48:37]him out of that area sends him back toan we laugh about
[48:42]it my dear brothers and sisters of course we laugh but there's
[48:45]pain that this man who held the religion as the fifth Muslim
[48:50]or the fourth Muslim is being kicked around like a football by
[48:55]and mua Allah and the companions all loved each other and they're
[48:59]all on the same level mua said I've had enough of this
[49:05]guy there was a period that he was in Beirut and he
[49:07]was where and he was in the sarant and he was in
[49:11]Tyra and he was in other areas as well until they even
[49:15]there is one report that he went towards Palestine at a certain
[49:20]point and then he came back and then he kicked him back
[49:23]toan when he came back toan again he said to what tell
[49:33]those who hold the gold and the silver of the Muslims there
[49:39]is a severe chastisement you want to know a where we learned
[49:42]resistance come to the school of abar which which mu which today
[49:48]if a sh spoke out like that they would say you're extreme
[49:52]you're going to call Abu extreme I wish you could meet Allah
[49:57]and say that Abu is Extreme who are these [Music] people and
[50:05]then someone said to him what why are you speaking out like
[50:08]that this is he said what what do you mean what difference
[50:14]does that make to me I know one thing that the that
[50:20]the fault of the one the one who has gone away from
[50:28]the commands of Allah I'm not going to remain silent me abdah
[50:33]Malik I see this putting his brother-in-law to lead Salah drunk in
[50:40]I see him give all of them are suddenly back slowly in
[50:47]the Islamic empire I will not rest what does Do's wonderful with
[50:52]a of what does he do he kicks him out into the
[50:59]the desert you're not going to stay here you're too loud and
[51:02]we don't want no one loud over here so I'm going to
[51:07]kick you out and that's why IM would mention in that oh
[51:11]AB you are angry for the sake of Allah subhah wa ta'ala
[51:16]you see there are those who may resist but for their own
[51:18]personal reasons everyone's near for resistance is different my dear brothers and
[51:22]sisters someone's near maybe I want to get Instagram likes another another
[51:26]one maybe I want followers another one maybe it's my country Not
[51:32]My Religion another maybe it's my religion but not's cause another maybe
[51:36]because of nationality another everyone has different reasons says you were angry
[51:43]for the sake of Allah that's the highest form of resistance not
[51:47]my personal gain not cuz my cousin's been affected not because I've
[51:51]lost my cow in my farm not because I can't go somewhere
[51:55]for a summer holiday for the sake of of Allah subhana wa
[51:58]ta'ala so have trust in him who you became angry for the
[52:02]people did not like you and they feared you because you spoke
[52:06]out for their worldly pleasures today the reason people don't like those
[52:09]who resist the occupiers is what is because you're affecting our government
[52:13]contracts our Amazon contracts our this contract our that contract you're affecting
[52:18]our ships our business mindset yes but how about that child who's
[52:24]dying how about that mother who's crying how about that person who
[52:26]doesn't have any shelter Abu was left in a desert in a
[52:30]desert his wife OM they had a son called imagine these people
[52:37]are alone in the middle of No Man's Land and his wife
[52:40]turned around to him and she said to him look at us
[52:45]alone here in the desert there's no one here to support us
[52:50]and if you pass away now it's the 32nd year after Hijra
[52:53]20 years after Allah had died if you pass away now who's
[52:58]going to enshroud you we don't even have a cloth for your
[53:01]caffin you know when people say to me how do you know
[53:06]something went wrong in Islam I'm like when Abu dies without having
[53:09]a kein you know something went horribly wrong because when a person
[53:14]who gave so much to the religion ends up in the middle
[53:17]of a desert why because they spoke out for the rights of
[53:22]Ali and F what do you think his biggest honor was in
[53:25]his life that made him remain rational when he was alone in
[53:30]the desert what was his biggest honor that he attended the first
[53:34]F when was the first f m the Magus of those who
[53:39]gathered around the grave of FAA in that funeral allahar isn't that
[53:45]the first F magj realistically what's a magj a MAG is a
[53:48]gathering someone might say to me the imams did not have M
[53:53]no relax relax when We Gather at someone's janaza is that a
[53:56]a Magus or no that's a gathering what's a Magus but when
[54:03]you're exclusively invited to a majus exclusive the fat funeral that fi
[54:10]funeral was exclusive why because F would only want those she loved
[54:15]do you know what kept Him rational because he had seen if
[54:21]she died with nobody there who am I to deserve people there
[54:24]even W I see some of these Lebanese youth in their words
[54:30]in their lat when they mention that it's my honor to die
[54:38]as a husseini but I'm also a fi and if she died
[54:41]and nobody knows where her grave is then it's okay if nobody
[54:46]knows where my grave is look at those lines look at those
[54:48]lines I want you to remember these lines cuz you know all
[54:51]of us we plan from now Tombstone make sure you bury me
[54:53]here next to my dad next to my uncle how many of
[54:56]you have actually thought to yourself if I don't know where her
[55:00]grave is why do I deserve people to know where my grave
[55:04]is if nobody today knows where she is buried and everybody can
[55:10]summize and everybody can conclude based on what they want but if
[55:14]you cannot 100% certain say that it's here and then you find
[55:19]these youth look how inspired they are the Lebanese youth that if
[55:23]her grave is hidden then I want mine to be hidden number
[55:27]one number two if there's only a few people at her janaza
[55:33]true so what happens if I have five4 six in my janaza
[55:35]so what because sometimes wonder will I have for example 500 in
[55:41]my janaza will I have 200 will I have 100 if we
[55:45]have a few alhamdulillah and insh in a couple of nights I
[55:49]will look at that final janaza and I will look at the
[55:53]final will of when she died only a few were in that
[55:59]janaza of them was Abu therefore for Abu when he was in
[56:05]the when his wife om said to him we don't have nothing
[56:07]we're left alone here he remembered that firstly the daughter of rasol
[56:12]Allah who was there for her where was that loud janaza where
[56:17]were the Muslims where were the people together we were there at
[56:21]midnight in Medina and we had to see with him Gathering a
[56:27]few of us to be his backbones the way we had been
[56:31]the backbones of the religion of Islam number one but listen to
[56:34]what he said number two number two what did he say he
[56:35]said something beautiful he said told me amongst other companions we were
[56:42]sitting he said one of you one day will be alone in
[56:46]a desert there will be some companions who will come past and
[56:49]bury he goes do not worry all of them have died I'm
[56:52]the last one so it must be me and Subhan Allah Malik
[56:57]and and others of the sh when they were passing by that
[57:02]area they saw ab and his small family in that desert they
[57:07]went all of them together and they made sure that they gave
[57:10]a janaza to this man this man who was that he was
[57:18]an a man who until today in Lebanon you see people who
[57:25]have been inspired because of the graduates in Lebanon from this man's
[57:29]University where he taught them the importance of remembering F and remembering
[57:34]Ali on this the first night of our we remember them as
[57:41]well I mentioned that the because their funerals were the most basic
[57:47]because of their difficulties then ours inshallah are even more basic inshallah
[57:53]even if no one knows where we're buried if it's a form
[57:55]of empathizing with them then there's no problem how many in her
[58:03]funeral a handful how many in his funeral only a handful Imam
[58:07]Hassan his funeral there's arrows all over the place yes all of
[58:11]those they all had the most basic because of the of their
[58:17]time let me just narrate for you one narration my dear brothers
[58:21]and sisters just one narration from one of the sh who died
[58:26]in Lebanon recently it was will be my M because I believe
[58:28]his story is a story to be a m listen to what
[58:34]this person said yes it's his wife who narrates this story her
[58:37]husband was one of these people who was in charge of the
[58:42]the lovers of IM Hussein the mamar the anjans those who had
[58:46]gathered to make sure they always remembered say sh he was of
[58:52]those who was killed because he had defended the lovers of Muhammad
[58:57]and Al Muhammad his wife narrates she says the following story she
[59:02]said it had been a month since my husband had passed away
[59:08]and I was thinking of the state of the body of my
[59:11]husband who had passed away she said that while I was thinking
[59:17]of his body I wondered about the state of his body under
[59:21]the heat of the sun she wondered that that's my husband who
[59:28]I love but his body must be in a difficult position under
[59:31]the heat of that sun she says then I saw the rain
[59:37]come down one of these days and I thought to myself that
[59:44]that rain must have washed his body it's as if the Lord
[59:47]sent that rain to wash that body she said I thought that
[59:53]this is little forah yes listen to this line please she said
[59:59]I thought that this is little for but then I thought came
[60:06]in my head AB abdah laid for three days on the ground
[60:10]whereas my husband has been a Shahed for one month with no
[60:18]one to bury his body she says then in my dream my
[60:21]soul my husband after that thought had come in my head I
[60:29]saw my husband in my dream when I looked at him I
[60:35]noticed as if he had been washed from that rain but then
[60:38]he looked into my eyes and said but no horses have trembled
[60:45]all over my body even if I lay longer than abah I
[60:53]never had horses kick my body everywhere where is's body was kicked
[61:02]from one place to another oh they broke one of your ribs
[61:12]whereas they took out all the ribs of IM yeah Allah provide
[61:23]us with the SHA of the Great of the holy prophet peace
[61:30]be upon him and his family Abu alari allow us to be
