السؤال: تعاني بعض النساء من كثرة نموّ الشعر في جسمهنّ ممّا يسبّب تعباً شديداً في إلازالة ، وإحراجاً للمرأة وتعباً نفسيّاً، فهل يجوز إزالة الشعر باللّيزر وإزالة شعر المنطقة الحسّاسة ؟
مع العلم انّ التي ستزيل الشعر ستضطر الى النظر واللّمس.
الجواب: تجوز إزالة الشعر الزائد باللّيزر ولكن لا يجوز تمكين الطبيبة من النظر واللّمس المحرّمين لإزالته به إلاّ في حال الضرورة، ويبعد تحقّقها عادة ً بالنسبة إلى الشعر النابت في ( المنطقة الحسّاسة ) للتمكّن من إزالته بغير ذلك إلاّ إذا فُرِضَ كونه ضرريّاً أو موجباً للوقوع في الحرج البالغ الذي لا يُتحمّل عادةً.
