ويمثل في المسلسل كل من سعيد آقاخاني و شقايق دهقان وعلي صادقي،حميدرضا آذرنك وميرطاهر مظلومي ومجيد ياسر وسيروس ميمنت وصبا إيزدبناه وهدية بازوند وغيرهم.
يحكي المسلسل قصة رجل متوسط العمر يعيش مع ابنه في مدينة مشهد. تركته زوجته في بداية حياتهما المشتركة مع ابنه خليل. يمتلك هذا الرجل مطعم، وكان في آخر كل أسبوع يقدم الطعام نذراً لزوار الامام الرضا (ع). ويقبل طلبه للإلتحاق بإحدى الجامعات في طهران ويتعرف على ستارة، مما يفتح الطريق لدخول ستارة في القصة...
