الادعية والمناجاة
The Whispered Prayers, is a collection of 15 intimate conversations with Allah SWT and the 15 Whispered Prayers are extracted from the book of Imam Zainul Abideen A.S - known as Sahifa Sajjadiya, also known famously as the Psalms of Islam.
Munajaat means "talking" or "having a conversation". In this case, it is the intimate conversations of our Imam with his Lord. Conversing with God regularly is true spirituality, and these conversations between Imam Sajjad (as) and God will really open our eyes. Again, there are conversations for different spiritual
states, such as being fearful, hopeful and thankful. Conversing with Allah according to our current spiritual state will only serve to enhance our relationship with him. (al-islam.org)
The prayers start with 'repentance', as repentance is the first step towards a genuine communion with God.

Dua Kumayl - Brother Murtada Qurish
Kumayl Ibn Ziyad was a prominent companion of Ameer al Mo'mineen, Imam Ali Ibn Abi Talib (as.) and this sublime Dua was first heard from the beautiful, though anguished, voice of Imam Ali.
According to Allama Majlisi, Kumayl had attended an assembly in the Mosque at Basra which was addressed by Imam Ali in which the night of the 15th of Shaban was mentioned. Imam Ali said- "Whosoever keeps awake in devoutness on this night (15th Shaban) and recites the Dua of Prophet Khizr, undoubtedly that person's supplication will be responded to and granted."
When the assembly at the Mosque had dispersed, Kumayl called at the house where Imam Ali was staying, and requested him to inform him of Prophet Khizr's Dua. Imam Ali asked Kumayl to sit down, record and memorise the Dua which Imam Ali dictated to Kumayl.
Imam Ali then advised Kumayl to recite this Dua on the eve of (i.e. evening preceding) every Friday, or once a month or at least once in every year so that, added Imam Ali,
"Allah may protect you from the evils of the enemies and the plots contrived by impostors. O' Kumayl! in consideration of your companionship and understanding, I grant you this honour of entrusting this Dua to you."

The Optimism of Fatima (S.A) explained by Shaykh Azhar Nasser with English Subtitles
Shaykh Azhar Nasser explains in this short excerpt that during the last days of our Holy Lady Fatima (S.A) and before her martyrdom, she showed some notion of optimism through telling Imam Ali (A.S) to conceal her grave. Although the concealing of her grave was an act of defiance (against the government of Abu Bakr) but what did this act also portray? Shaykh explains..

Dua Baha, also known as Dua al-Sahar is recommended to Muslims to recite it in pre-dawns of Ramadhan when Muslims usually eat Suhur.
Dua al-Baha is reported from Imam Ali ibn Musa Ridha (peace be upon him) who said, “This is the supplication that Imam al-Baqir (peace be upon him) used to say at the last hours of Ramadan nights.” This dua is said to contain Ism e Azam. It is highly advisable to have daybreak meal (suhur) even if its a single date or a drink of water, recite Surah of al-Qadr and not to neglect Salat al-Layl.

This beautiful supplication is also found in Sahifa Mahdiya (English translation) , page 348.
In this Dua, we come to realise how our Living Imam truly loves us, that he prays for us and his followers, those who are alive and those who have passed away from this world.

The result of regarding Imam (AS) as witness in all unseen and apparent matters is that awaiter of reappearance remains secure from every error. The awaiter spends life in a way that he or she obtains pleasure and approval of Imam (ASA). The issue of protecting religion is most important for them.
At no cost can he/she obtain any worldly pleasure and neglect pleasure of Imam, because they knows that pious persons are liked by the master. So the awaiters tries to purify themselves from moral filths and spiritual corruption. They cannot see themselves in a condition that if reappearance of Imam (AS) takes place, they should be ashamed to see him. Therefore, they always keep themselves such that Imam (AS) smiling should cast an affectionate glance on them. This is the point where importance of purity of self becomes clear for the awaiter.
