[0:54]promise you that the people who are around you will see the

[0:57]improvement in you and they will take you as a role model.

[1:01]They will see he's improved.

[1:02]Well, how what happens is that we tell everyone else to improve

[1:06]and get you know become better but we forget ourselves.
