[4:51]the incident of the doors we've highlighted in the previous two nights
[4:56]provided us with an understanding of the oppression that took place on
[5:03]the life of fatima and on the household of fatherhood the household
[5:11]of the holy prophet peace be upon him and his family indeed
[5:15]you find that whether it was economic sanctions against fatima in the
[5:21]form of fedex or whether it was political sanctions against imam ali
[5:26]alaihissalam with what took place at zakifa or whether it was the
[5:32]burning or the threat to burn the house of fatima you found
[5:37]that fatherhood remaining the only daughter of the holy prophet peace be
[5:41]upon him and his family was treated in the most atrocious way
[5:44]after the prophet peace be upon him and his family died of
[5:48]course the holy prophet peace be upon him and his family alludes
[5:53]to this in his own lifetime for the famous narration which is
[5:57]agreed upon by all schools in the religion of islam the prophet
[6:00]says something very interesting which he doesn't say about any of his
[6:05]other daughters he had other daughters such as zainab such as such
[6:10]as um but he doesn't say zainab is a part of me
[6:15]whoever angers her angers me is a part of me whoever angers
[6:21]her angers me or that um is a part of me whoever
[6:27]angers her angers me rather the only lady the holy prophet peace
[6:30]be upon him his family ever said about in relation to his
[6:34]family when it came to his daughters or in other narrations whoever
[6:51]angers her angers me whoever hurts her hurts me whoever annoys her
[6:57]annoys me and we know very well that to anger rasulullah reach
[7:08]certain conclusions about personalities in islamic history we don't reach them just
[7:15]randomly if our prophet provides me with a piece of guidance saying
[7:17]so and so is with the truth and the truth is with
[7:22]so and so then whoever fights that person for me becomes the
[7:27]enemy of the truth so likewise when it comes to fatherhood although
[7:31]interestingly you found that this hadith and its meaning was changed years
[7:35]later when they said that imam ali alayhi islam was the one
[7:39]who angered because he went to propose for abu jahl's daughter juarez
[7:45]because they knew that this hadith incriminated certain personalities so what do
[7:51]you do you get someone like miswara and you bring someone like
[7:56]him and you say that was the one who angered by doing
[8:02]what by being the one who oppressed fatima angered her by proposing
[8:07]to abu jahl's daughter of course other objections do come our way
[8:12]regarding the incident of the door in the first two nights we
[8:18]highlighted what is within our discussions concerning the incident of the door
[8:22]and tonight we look at the aftermath of the incident and the
[8:26]burial that took place but there are objections you find for example
[8:29]many people will message us with questions asking us about the objections
[8:33]to the incident of the door of them for example you get
[8:38]a question that's always asked by non-shia regarding the narrations of the
[8:43]incident of the door show me one sahih hadith about the incident
[8:49]of the door you'll always get this question that's a non-shi i
[8:53]will ask i bet you as a shi'i cannot show me one
[8:58]sahih hadith about all of this that you spoke about you talk
[9:02]about this oppression of what took place show me once i had
[9:05]it how do i answer such a person of course i mentioned
[9:08]in my first night by saying that when we come to sahih
[9:13]hadith within our methodology there is a difference between verifying a jurisprudential
[9:18]piece of literature and a historical piece of literature but secondly when
[9:24]a non-shia asks me about proving one sahih hadith for this incident
[9:29]i reply by saying that you also build history on ahadith which
[9:35]are not syed do you remember a few years ago there was
[9:40]a whole series on the biography of um a whole series on
[9:44]the biography of omar and many until today of those who give
[9:48]lectures in the non-shiite world will give the biography of the sahaba
[9:52]and one of them they'll give is the biography of umar of
[9:55]the objections when they say to you show me once i had
[9:59]it i asked them there are things in omar's biography which are
[10:03]taken as set in stone show me the sahih hadith for them
[10:08]for example um becoming a muslim after hearing his sister reciting the
[10:15]quran you know the story of his conversion he finds out that
[10:18]his sister who's a convert he finds out that she is one
[10:22]of the followers of rasulallah because you know umar converted when converted
[10:26]six years into the message of the religion of islam unlike for
[10:31]example abu bakr who had converted earlier umar converted six years in
[10:34]in the seventh year the prophet peace be upon him and his
[10:38]family and were all under economic sanctions in the shadow of abu
[10:43]talib and yet you found the trauma in those few years was
[10:45]with adi he was not affected by it at all but the
[10:48]same um we hear the story that i became a muslim he
[10:52]heard his sister recite the quran he was going to go and
[10:54]kill the holy prophet where's the sahih it's not for this you
[10:58]quote it and you narrate it and you say this is how
[11:02]omar became a muslim where's the sahih for this you ask me
[11:05]about sahih isn't that i'm asking you that this conversion story where
[11:09]is or hadith for example if there was a prophet after me
[11:11]it would be um where's for this but still you quote it
[11:17]as normal or even more than that i leave behind for you
[11:20]two weighty things the quran and my sunnah where's the sahih for
[11:24]that every single mosque in the non-shia world they'll always say that
[11:31]i leave behind for you two weighty things the quran and my
[11:36]sunnah always hold on university we heard it every time brother hold
[11:43]on quran which sahih hadith do you have of quran and sunnah
[11:46]you go to muslim there's a mentioning of quran and but in
[11:51]quran and sunnah where is the so therefore when someone throws an
[11:57]objection at you the first way to answer those who tell you
[11:59]that show me one sahih i said when you're looking at the
[12:04]things you've put in stone where's the sahih for them if there
[12:08]was a prophet after me would be um became a muslim because
[12:10]of his sister reciting the quran or i leave behind that's one
[12:13]thing number two have you ever heard a judge in your life
[12:17]tell a lawyer or a barrister at court i only give you
[12:21]the chance to show me one piece of evidence this very important
[12:24]point for tonight's matchlist because tonight's lecture we examine the burial the
[12:31]secret burial the secret geneza of fatimate is as one of the
[12:39]proofs of the oppression against have you ever seen a judge in
[12:46]any courtroom tell a lawyer you can only show me you have
[12:48]to show me only one proof if you don't show me one
[12:53]proof then i will not accept your case or your plea or
[12:57]your defense or your prosecution normally what the lawyers would do is
[13:01]they'll say look if you bring together the piece of evidence here
[13:05]and this piece of evidence here we may reach a level beyond
[13:12]reasonable doubt that this is what took place can i reconstruct for
[13:17]you word for word no but can i come to a level
[13:21]where if i bring everything together for example i bring you here
[13:24]evidence a it is called sarifa and they've already beaten someone called
[13:30]sadmin if they're going to beat someone at that's evidence a b
[13:37]second evidence they confiscate the land known as fedex see third evidence
[13:45]they have threatened to burn the house of fatima alaihissalam is that
[14:00]not enough evidence for me to be able to draw a particular
[14:06]paradigm isn't that enough evidence so when therefore someone comes and tells
[14:09]you show me one sayhadi that's like a judge today telling a
[14:14]lawyer if you show me one that's enough i've got so many
[14:18]different evidences of the crime scene of what took place i want
[14:21]to bring all of them together tonight is another of those evidences
[14:25]why because tonight we look at the final moments of the life
[14:29]of father and her burial if father died a very normal death
[14:36]than her janaz and salah tillman everything should be very normal do
[14:39]you agree today even in this country someone dies like our poor
[14:44]young brother from the arathi community died a couple of days ago
[14:50]i heard in a bike accident the police are going to do
[14:52]what the police are going to try and look for the rubble
[14:55]around the scene they're going to be asking questions concerning how was
[14:59]the body of this person when they died were they very healthy
[15:03]or no was this person sad when they died maybe that might
[15:08]be incriminating evidence yes that this person right in their will that
[15:11]they don't mind the muslim community all coming or did they write
[15:16]i don't want people to come i want to bring all of
[15:19]these together did this person because normally in the muslim community someone's
[15:24]jainism someone salatin the muslim would normally want as many as al-fatiha
[15:28]has read for them as possible do you agree and insha allah
[15:30]when i die i pray that allah if my death is announced
[15:36]i pray that allah blesses me by having the fatty half people
[15:41]from around the world it would be a great honor and if
[15:45]people could come to my funeral then alhamdulillah that would be a
[15:49]great honor why is it that farmers dies in such a way
[15:56]that not just her funeral we don't know much about but also
[16:00]at the same time she doesn't want certain people to attend tonight
[16:04]let us examine the final piece of the evidences surrounding the incident
[16:11]of the door and the aftermath and i'd like to do this
[16:14]in the following stages number one why is fatherhood is known as
[16:18]one of the five weepers and how does this highlight that to
[16:25]cry is part of the sunnah of ahil bait and not just
[16:26]for three days only but a lot longer than that number two
[16:31]what was the state of her body when she died did she
[16:36]just die a very natural normal death and what does kadhi naman
[16:38]say about the state of her body number three when those who
[16:43]had oppressed fatima came to visit her in her final moments did
[16:48]she welcome them and say come and sit with me or do
[16:52]even non she attacks highlight that she did not want them to
[16:57]be anywhere near her and that she died angry with them and
[17:01]what does dying angry number four who was the nurse of fatima
[17:05]in life we may have for example a nurse who was the
[17:12]nurse of fatherhood in her final moments number five and of the
[17:17]utmost importance imam ali alayhi how does he undertake the burial rites
[17:21]who attends and who doesn't and what's the reaction of those who
[17:27]have not attended and how is it the case that's until today
[17:31]we do not know about the death no rather we do not
[17:36]know about where the grave of father is however many different opinions
[17:43]are given and finally in conclusion when we look at the actions
[17:47]of imam ali alayhi at the death of father and at the
[17:52]funeral what lessons do we learn from it which are applicable in
[17:54]our theology but also in our ethics let's examine this and dissect
[18:00]the topic and complete that first and foremost father did she leave
[18:04]this world smiling no one of the saddest things that you find
[18:08]is that the daughter of rasool allah died crying throughout the final
[18:14]days of her life has a narration which one can find in
[18:18]the sal of sadhu a narration where there are five people who
[18:26]are known as the weepers refers to these people not just who
[18:35]cry but who weep excessively sometimes you'll find non-shia saying this and
[18:39]you can mourn for three days when someone dies but then after
[18:42]that stop yep we reply no rather there are five who definitely
[18:48]mourned a particular incident or issue in their life for more than
[18:53]a few days who's the first of the bakka the first of
[18:57]them is a period of mourning different opinions of them left that
[19:08]heavenly abode that was a period of difficulty for him and so
[19:11]therefore he was the first of the bakka the second of them
[19:15]was who was that they say the second was the second of
[19:24]the bakka he cried excessively because of his separation with nebi yusuf
[19:28]did never cry for one day two or three today if i
[19:32]as a shia a cry or mourn for longer than three days
[19:37]but there's not sunnah of the prophet until he became someone blind
[19:44]you would have to cry more than three days for you to
[19:46]lose your eyesight do you agree nabi aku was the second maybe
[19:51]you should have cried as the third because of him missing his
[19:53]father the separation from his father and what his brothers did to
[19:58]him so he's the third then you find number four that made
[20:33]her cry secondly the music that she saw where suddenly her land
[20:39]gets confiscated and that's why when some i say why do we
[20:41]she i just cry cry cry on the contrary if crying is
[20:46]following the sunnah of these personalities then let me cry more because
[20:49]these personalities i will never come near the dust of these personalities
[20:56]cried fedex cried seeing the threat on her house when a group
[21:03]of people if your mother was at home and they gather and
[21:07]they begin to threaten to burn your house what would your mom
[21:10]do in all honesty would not your mom weep when she knows
[21:12]there's a gang of people outside who are ready likewise because of
[21:19]what she saw she wept so incessantly that even the people of
[21:23]medina instead of them saying oh daughter of rasulullah will be there
[21:28]for you they became irritated by how much he was crying the
[21:32]lady would cry and cry and cry and mira mummy salaam would
[21:37]be with her and she would continue to cry that whole period
[21:40]she would try at certain times to console herself by going to
[21:45]bakley or by going to the martyrs of ahad for example but
[21:48]you found when according to the shia i believe the rib had
[21:52]been broken then after that she could not travel that distance that
[21:55]number of kilometers having had for example a broken rib but you
[21:59]found that father that weeping also was anger at the same time
[22:06]because the first khalifa and the second khalifa if you look within
[22:13]bukhari what fedex does is that fatima clearly dies angry with abu
[22:18]bakr clearly the incident of the jaw exposes that father died angry
[22:23]with the first khalifa and it's not saying this in a shi'a
[22:27]book if it's saying it in a shi'i book someone could say
[22:29]that this is in your book it's not in mine if bukhari
[22:33]tells me that fatima dies angry with abu bakr and that our
[22:38]narrations say not just angry doesn't reply back to the salam a
[22:43]muslim if they say salam you have to reply correct replying salam
[22:48]is wajib when even sometimes some people might go as far as
[22:53]saying that when you are praying and someone says salaam to you
[22:55]even you might be able to say walking during prayer for example
[22:59]the salam is so high makes it clear that i am angry
[23:05]with so-and-so what did we say earlier fatham was a part of
[23:09]me whoever angers her angers me and whoever angers me angers allah
[23:12]you shia you all have a problem with the first khalifa why
[23:17]i say baba if the hadith says whoever angus fatima angers me
[23:24]and whoever angers me angers allah fatima not only has the second
[23:30]khalifa threatened to burn the house she lives in but has the
[23:34]first khalifa confiscate you have economic sanctions political sanctions put the two
[23:39]together the lady is clear that i die not just i die
[23:45]i will die angry with them because in her final days her
[23:50]body became extremely weak i'd never experienced my body having a rib
[23:55]that's broken i don't know the feeling but i'm sure those who
[24:01]have will tell you the pain let's alone miscarrying let alone having
[24:05]a baby the mohassen miscarrying that baby that all of it together
[24:13]will mean as god in oman describes that the lady was extremely
[24:16]frail physically because she was 70 when she died 80 90 100
[24:26]because you know if my grandmother died at 80 i'd say she's
[24:31]frail true my grandfather dies at 90 i'll say he's frail man's
[24:38]old the daughter of rasulallah was she coming into her 20s her
[24:42]teens that's how young she is why would you be so frail
[24:46]what's overtaken you for you to be that frail cancer cancer has
[24:51]overtaken you what's overtaken you that your body becomes so frail maybe
[24:57]that there is some virus that's overtaken you some disease that's overtaken
[25:00]you for you to be that frail explain to me why the
[25:05]daughter of the prophet muhammad leaves this world physically frail why for
[25:12]what reason you see if my dad died and after he has
[25:16]died i myself will be crying and when i cry i might
[25:21]lose some weight because i might not eat for a certain period
[25:23]my dad's died i can't be true but dying from my dad's
[25:30]death because of how sad i am i can't envisage happening in
[25:33]all honesty dying i cannot therefore a question mark arises that this
[25:41]lady after her dad died how was it within three six months
[25:44]whatever the number is i'm not too fussed in all honesty if
[25:50]you tell me 45 75 95 165 i don't care all i
[25:52]care is that fatima died angry with abu bakr that's enough of
[25:58]a narration for me if someone comes and tells you prove to
[26:02]me the incident of the door and that she got her rib
[26:04]broken i'm not injured father anger the work is enough for me
[26:06]it's my eye that's a conclusion for me physically frail dying angry
[26:13]with certain personalities she's provided me with an understanding of which direction
[26:18]to take in my life therefore when i look at it who
[26:23]was the nurse of fatima who do you think none of them
[26:41]came near father islam it was his first love she was his
[26:45]first love the lady he carried on that night of hijra from
[26:49]medina from mecca to medina which brought the envy of others later
[26:57]because of the entrusted position that he was given and the fact
[27:00]that he married her and how others had been rejected the envy
[27:03]that had come yet you found that imam ali salam was inconsolable
[27:09]seeing his wife in that state and imam salam would be there
[27:12]he would be the nurse imagine that molar will be there for
[27:19]his wife in her final moments looking after and making sure that
[27:22]her wasa was fulfilled what do we mean because everybody has a
[27:27]will they right made it clear that i want a secret burial
[27:32]and i do not want so-and-so to attend let's be clear on
[27:37]something by the way burials in the night in that time could
[27:39]also be normal because people want to expedite someone being buried you
[27:44]don't want someone's body in the mosque the whole night and the
[27:46]whole day you want to bury someone as soon as possible so
[27:48]being buried in the night was normal but secret burial where you
[27:55]don't want the muhajiron and the ansar and the whole of medina
[27:58]to turn up doesn't make sense why why doesn't it make sense
[28:04]because normally i'd want that my i would want my male friends
[28:06]to all come i want them to all read fight i wanted
[28:09]to all read quran i want them to send their condolences this
[28:14]is something that i would want it doesn't make any sense that
[28:18]father even if it was normal to be buried in the middle
[28:21]of the night why would she not want imam ali alayhi salaam
[28:24]to have everybody come for what reason why wouldn't she want imam
[28:32]to do that because abbas the uncle of imam ali said to
[28:35]him that let us bring all the muhammad assad said no he
[28:38]said father has requested the people of medina when they heard that
[28:42]father died many of them had come and said when is the
[28:46]funeral when's the funeral abu dharr al-khafari came out he said it's
[28:50]been delayed that's all he said it's been delayed he did not
[28:55]elaborate any further on that why it's been delayed we don't want
[29:00]the people of madison but why fatima why this is a funeral
[29:04]of a muslim this is the funeral of the daughter of the
[29:07]greatest creation of allah subhanahu wa ta'ala surely you would want the
[29:12]muslims to partake in this funeral your father may allah bless his
[29:17]soul he did not stop people attending his funeral isn't that true
[29:24]stop people attending his funeral no fatima why are you adamant that
[29:31]they cannot attend for what reason because i want to make a
[29:38]statement that i died angry with those who are not here they
[29:41]may be the most important people in the whole of medina imagine
[29:45]in this country downing street in america the white house most important
[29:51]personality in that whole area dies you expect central government headquarters to
[29:55]turn up isn't that true the central government will turn up now
[30:00]you imagine that fatherhood says i don't want the central government turn
[30:04]up i don't want abu bakr to turn up i don't want
[30:07]to turn up i don't want none of this i don't want
[30:13]none of these to turn up none of these names i want
[30:16]someone asked the question then who turned up to the generator of
[30:20]fatama yes who is it that came firstly those who helped prepare
[30:26]the jainism was the likes of asma bin omays filva they helped
[30:31]prepare the jainism imam ali had asma with him when he done
[30:36]the rest she had given specific instructions how she wanted hijab on
[30:41]top of her janaza on top of the grave imagine she's passed
[30:44]away but the hijab is still important to her that's unbelievable there
[30:49]are many who wear hijab when they die because they have a
[30:52]caffeine on them and surely the question will be asked by the
[30:57]angels what was the point of covering yourself below the earth when
[31:00]you couldn't above the earth wanted that none of her body would
[31:07]be exposed to be fully covered by what the people of africa
[31:09]had done and what asmr um had seen of the people of
[31:14]africa who else helped with the jainism the others who were there
[31:16]salman and that's it and that's why when people say you shia
[31:30]you do not respect the sahaba how many times you hear this
[31:34]from people they say that the shia i do not respect the
[31:36]sahaba when you say that firstly i reply by saying i i
[31:42]would have wished they respected each other first you know at first
[31:48]if um orders the cursing of imam ali first they all respect
[31:54]each other yeah i want to follow their sunnah and that is
[31:56]not really respecting everybody you know the reality is that when someone
[32:00]says to me that you she i do not respect the sahaba
[32:04]i reply by saying firstly they must respect each other not come
[32:09]to fight each other in basra and you know how many times
[32:14]you're here we're gonna have a fight in basra let's call it
[32:16]the battle i don't know camel we're gonna have another fight by
[32:20]the way because that one didn't end too well so let's meet
[32:24]up in um yeah um let's call that one safin if you
[32:29]are gonna fight each other and insult each other and raise swords
[32:32]against each other you have a problem with me and my questioning
[32:35]why i couldn't see you respect each other that's the first thing
[32:40]but the second thing i respect those sahabah who were loyal to
[32:44]fatima and ali that's the ones i have referenced for the ones
[32:50]who were loyal to means to me they were loyal to her
[32:54]father rasool that's the barometer and criteria that i want in my
[33:07]life not one message albani or even or or the heavy give
[33:12]me a criteria no when fatima gives me a criteria that these
[33:16]people are at my funeral of course someone might turn around and
[33:20]say well zubair was there okay zober made his own life decisions
[33:22]by that time zubair had stood up against the sacrifice government we
[33:27]said yesterday his sword was broken by those who attacked the house
[33:32]of father but these people who attended the funeral of father for
[33:39]me i am the dust under their feet i am the dust
[33:44]under the feet of salman can you say i say i am
[33:46]against the sahaba can you use the non-shia i say i am
[33:48]against the dust under the feet of salman i'm the dust under
[33:55]the feet of abu dharr i'm the dust under the feet of
[34:00]ammar i am the dust on the feet of al-makhdad i am
[34:01]the dust under the feet of khudaifah and abdullah bin masrud i've
[34:05]listed all of these names why would i list these randomly why
[34:11]because of their loyalty to quran and albeit quran and i'm not
[34:16]going to say there weren't other of the sahaba who were good
[34:20]but were not muslim may have made mistakes but also did good
[34:23]things for islam but to me the creme de la creme is
[34:30]salman these are the people i look up to and i revere
[34:32]and therefore they were there with imam ali alayhi salam on that
[34:38]funeral that funeral imam ali alayhi made it clear that it's only
[34:44]going to be us nobody else it's amazing don't you agree with
[34:46]me that lesser people in islamic history have had bigger genesis and
[34:53]funerals than lesser people in kovit i've seen funerals with 90 people
[34:58]a hundred people 120 people in fatima six seven eight biggest insult
[35:06]in our history of allah biggest insult but for father was an
[35:10]insult it wasn't no on the contrary for father she had paved
[35:15]the way for people to know which path to take in life
[35:18]yes for her she had made it clear that when you one
[35:23]day want to know what's happened to me ask one question and
[35:26]that is where is my grave ask anishia in the world today
[35:31]where's the grave of father zara some will say to you between
[35:34]you know the roll the area others will say to you others
[35:38]will give another answer do any of us know none of us
[35:44]know where is the prophet had daughters who died in his lifetime
[35:48]but there was only one daughter who survived him where's her grave
[35:51]where is it not an embarrassment as muslims that the grave of
[35:57]the daughter of the prophet we don't know where it is but
[35:59]for her no it would always be a symbol of the volume
[36:04]that took place against her she told him bury me secretly in
[36:09]the middle of the night and do not let those who oppressed
[36:11]me this is vital remember yesterday we said that some shia if
[36:17]they hear a marjah for example saying that i have some question
[36:22]marks about zara or the incident of the door straight away they
[36:25]jump on him and say that's it i don't believe in it
[36:29]because i he he doesn't that same merger who may have questioned
[36:31]himself says that these people committed crimes against fatima and that's one
[36:38]of them when he died he talked about his regrets about invading
[36:41]the hazard notice that when he says that part they don't use
[36:47]him they use him the moment he questions something else they use
[36:51]but the part where the say it for example says that crimes
[36:55]took place against fatima and that the first khalifa died with regret
[37:00]for invading they don't quote that part that part of his statement
[37:07]they do not quote sheikh mufid and the mazar he makes it
[37:10]clear says god cursed those who oppressed father and pushed her right
[37:16]away from her mufid one of our grand scholars talks about the
[37:22]fact that those who oppressed fatima and took her right away from
[37:26]her llana is on those people who oppressed fatima now lana could
[37:32]be applied to anyone who oppressed if someone has an oppression it
[37:35]doesn't apply to them but if someone has oppressed father mufid within
[37:40]the mazaar makes it clear that fatherhood is whoever oppressed her i
[37:47]pray that allah and that's why you see these words all of
[37:57]these we see different scholars like sheikh those bring these words to
[38:03]highlight that this is the state of fatima when she died buried
[38:07]her and you imagine the difficulty for the young imam al-hasan alayhi
[38:11]imam al-hussein said all of these orphans at such a young age
[38:15]question you bury someone in the middle of the night as famous
[38:20]as father and people are waiting for announcement of a funeral you
[38:24]know normally in mosques they announce salat and may it will be
[38:28]prayed tomorrow at so-and-so at 10 30 a.m everyone waits isn't it
[38:33]even now if a manager dies in the whole house in nejaf
[38:39]or people await a timing or people await an announcement imam ali
[38:42]the next morning people were waiting hey yesterday you guys said delayed
[38:46]what time is it is that she's been buried she's been married
[38:56]who heard omar hears that she's been buried and there were others
[39:04]who heard somewhere in a state of sadness that they couldn't be
[39:07]at the jainism genuinely and then there were others who themselves made
[39:13]that claim by saying that we will dig out the body and
[39:18]pray over it again if we have to we will exhume the
[39:26]body and pray over it again if we have to there are
[39:29]always people who ask the question about his defense of father because
[39:35]imam ali salam at this moment what does he say imam ali
[39:42]says by the heart that's between my two between my two sides
[39:49]and my dolphin anybody who tries to exhume her body i will
[39:52]not leave any of them alone and in some narration says i'll
[39:56]sever the heads of the leaders of those who try it someone
[39:59]says how comes imam ali now wants to defend father and before
[40:05]he never in his own words he says has returned back to
[40:11]you meaning that the same prophets who had told him to have
[40:15]patience while fatima was alive now that father has died imam ali
[40:21]can make his decisions imam said by the heart that's between my
[40:26]two sides and by my if one person decides to turn the
[40:35]stone in this whole area i'll sever heads all of you anyone
[40:39]who tries it nobody will know and that's why some narrations mention
[40:44]that imam ali took cover subhanallah look how sad our history is
[40:48]to cover where fatham was buried dug a number of different graves
[40:52]so that people would not know which one belongs to fathers imagine
[40:58]imagine that a man like amir al-mu'min has to spend the night
[41:02]digging different graves in the so that people would not know which
[41:08]one belongs to did anyone then dare to come and take those
[41:14]graves when imam ali says to you by my friend there no
[41:18]one would dare it's impossible that anyone would even stand up to
[41:23]the imam the imam himself the will of father made clear for
[41:27]him a number of things what were they of the will what
[41:31]was made clear was i want you to please recite the quran
[41:36]by my grave as much as you can this very important point
[41:38]to be mentioned here because if we want to know that my
[41:40]mother died or my father died or a family member died some
[41:44]people may go and visit the mahmud and not know what the
[41:46]best hadiya is of the best hadiya you can give your home
[41:50]when they've died was what fatherhood is salaam wanted from imam ali
[41:55]father wanted one thing and that is recite the quran by my
[42:01]grave maula would go day after day and try when nobody was
[42:08]around looking he would try to be there alone by her grave
[42:11]reciting what reciting the holy quran of course those who have an
[42:16]objection to this they say okay when father died imam ali afterwards
[42:22]gave bay'a to the khalifah of course we don't believe a forced
[42:28]bay i can be counted as a but let's say say that
[42:29]imam ali gave baya khalifa therefore imam ali did not have a
[42:33]problem with the khulafah rather it was only fatima's problem not imam
[42:38]ali's problem yes we reply by saying if imam ali did not
[42:42]have a problem with the can you deny imam ali did not
[42:46]have a problem with uthman the third khalifa they try and say
[42:49]that abu bakr imam ali had no issue but imam ali clearly
[42:52]had an issue with uthman why don't you mention that you can't
[42:55]use what happened after what is and in your opinion he harboured
[43:03]some of those and protected some of those or did not bring
[43:06]justice some of those who killed uthman so this idea of white
[43:09]washing and saying that imam ali that's how difficult it is when
[43:27]there is a pricking in the eye and there is a suffocation
[43:31]in the throat i could have done some things i could have
[43:33]said some things and so on and so forth so imam yes
[43:38]afterwards imam ali even advise those who had threatened to burn the
[43:43]house of fatima yes he did why for the greater good of
[43:46]the religion of islam at the end of the day the holy
[43:49]prophet peace be upon him is willing to enter discussions with the
[43:52]very men man who ripped his uncle hamza's body it happens well
[43:59]if rasulullah had discussions with abu sufyan so someone could turn around
[44:03]everything continues and the greater good for the religion even if abu
[44:10]sufyan had been oppressive to hamza the uncle of rasulallah therefore he'd
[44:17]go back and forth towards that area towards the grave of fatam
[44:23]but does anybody until today know where she's buried nobody knows where
[44:28]she's buried until today no muslim in the world no one and
[44:32]a half billion muslims in the world none of them can tell
[44:38]you where she's buried not one and none of them can ever
[44:40]explain why that fedex was confiscated except by saying prophets don't leave
[44:44]behind inheritance no everybody else got inheritance except fatam imam ali alayhi
[44:52]salaam in that period it was a difficult period for him why
[44:55]because suddenly he became the father of orphans yes you found that
[45:00]what did we see in that incident we saw a threat to
[45:07]burn and we saw a baby that died and we saw hitting
[45:10]and we saw family who had to face difficulty oppression and orphans
[45:15]everywhere what's al muhammad saw in that period with the incident of
[45:21]the door was the most difficult thing that you could ever see
[45:23]and for imam ali alaihissalam being the father of these young children
[45:28]you imagine you go to the gabriel or you go to the
[45:30]makbara you go there to see your wife to go and sit
[45:34]by the grave of your wife but you still have your children
[45:37]in the house and those children how close were they to their
[45:40]mother fatima you all know how close they were and some of
[45:45]them used to sit next to her when she used to pray
[45:47]some of them used to be there next to her near the
[45:50]food when they wanted to eat it's on nights like these that
[45:55]you found that imam ali alayhi when he'd be there sometimes the
[45:58]tiredness would overtake the imam and he would be there by her
[46:04]grave and in the tiredness overtaking him sometimes he may see her
[46:07]in the world of the dreams and on one of these nights
[46:12]when the imam sees her the narrations mentioned that she tells him
[46:15]about the house and the members of the house he returns back
[46:20]towards the house upon that return back to that house how different
[46:25]is that house on a night like this how different is that
[46:29]house it's extremely different on a night like this for now it's
[46:33]a night of orphans and i to where the children of al
[46:37]muhammad are alone without none to protect them without none to support
[46:43]them the imam returns back towards the house upon his return back
[46:48]to the house he looks towards him but he finds both of
[46:57]the imams are asleep then he looks towards the premise of fatima
[47:06]he sees zainab on the perimeter of his beloved father he tells
[47:14]them he's angela zainab why are you here she says to him
[47:19]father i miss my mother only those of you who've lost your
[47:23]parents at a young age will know how difficult it is to
[47:29]be without your father without your mother she said to him father
[47:36]father father every night i would see my mother fart i'm on
[47:41]this premise but tonight tonight father i miss my mother father i
[47:47]wish i wish i could be next to my mother father on
[47:52]a night like this she broke the heart of amir al-mu'min with
[47:57]what she saw she remained of course the soft spot for him
[48:01]because she was his young daughter she would break his heart any
[48:07]she would shed a tear it would break his heart for what
[48:10]reason because he knew there'd be a day when zainab would not
[48:17]have a hassan and hussain next to her anymore to protect her
[48:29]anymore there'd be a day on the plains of caromba when a
[48:33]zainab would be there alone without no hussain and no abbas that's
[48:41]why i leave you with this thought we thought we thought in
[48:49]medina that seeing a fire would be the only time we see
[48:53]it and then on the 10th of muharram we saw the 10th
[48:57]of all muhammad burnt one next to the other thought we thought
[49:05]in medina that when we saw the baby moisten die that would
[49:09]be the only baby that went and then in carabella we saw
[49:14]the die and we saw the arrow pierce his neck we thought
[49:23]we thought in medina that we'd see only one member of all
[49:28]muhammad slept in that way and then in canada we saw the
[49:35]daughters of far them are slapped one away and the other if
[49:40]in caramella if in medina but i want to leave you all
[49:53]with this final line and i want you to join me in
[49:54]the music of this line we thought in medina one thing we
[50:01]thought what did we think we thought in medina that that one
[50:07]rib would be the only ribbon that would break yes all of
[50:12]you know where i'm going now we thought in medina and then
[50:17]that one rip would be the only rib that would break and
[50:21]then we saw hussein's rib taken by the horses in [Music] let's
[50:32]raise our hands my dear brothers and sisters we pray to allah
[50:36]to raise us raise us with the imam of our time imam
[50:42]allow us to be amongst the companions of the imam we pray
[50:47]to allah subhanahu wa ta'ala to give us the intercession of fatima
[50:52]there are many who are feeling unwell many who have difficulties in
[50:57]these moments let's all recite the eye of the quran bismillah the
[51:46]originators of this majesty allah bless them with the intercession of muhammad
[51:50]al-muhammad we pray for them and the mean of our beloved organizers
[51:58]of the imagination but as we welcome ali with the loudest of
[52:04]yours in history [Music] if you will read you'll come across a
[52:26]tragedy [Music] in history [Music] you will read you'll come across a
[52:40]tragedy it'll break your heart tear it apart over the lady the
[52:55]lady of light yeah after the death of our beloved messenger the
[53:28]woman who came to the house of zahara after the death of
[53:35]our beloved messenger the woman who came to the house of zahara
[53:50]they would surround her home threaten it with fire they would surround
[53:56]her home threaten it with fire and behind the door she'd stand
[54:05]the door of rasulullah [Music] [Music] do not attack hold back foreign
[54:41][Music] they will tell one another do not attack hold back foreign
[54:58]they will tell one another 300 men who will stand at the
[55:07]door of fatima three hundred men who will stand at the door
[55:16]of fatima do not hold back less attack said the house on
[55:22]fire the house on fire [Music] so what he'd say what if
[55:51]zahara's inside so what he'd say what if zahara's inside i will
[56:03]burn this house bring out hyder to me alive so what he'd
[56:07]say what if zahara's inside i will burn this house bring out
[56:18]hyder to me alive his hands would push with force zahara behind
[56:27]the door he'd also crush her ribs between the door and wall
[56:35]the door and wall yeah [Music] would bleed and plead don't push
[57:04]there's a nails a hurrah with bleed and plead don't push there's
[57:12]a nail for i'm pregnant with more sin she'd crying away all
[57:20]the smoke with rise to the skies on the floor she would
[57:27]fall for her demise ali's eyes with poor and he'd call her
[57:35]my cry azahara [Music] cry out and she would say have they
[58:06]no fear of allah of god's judgment day ali cry out and
[58:15]she would say have they no fear of allah of god's judgment
[58:22]day they attacked my home heidar they showed me no mercy i
