[4:20]whether it is in the Torah in the Bible or the Psalms

[4:23]of David or the Quran we see that there is a recurring

[4:31]message a message that is repeated in the Divine scriptures the Allah

[4:37]has sent and that message is that at the end of times

[4:43]Justice will eventually be established that the kingdom of God that the

[4:54]kingdom of heaven will be ruling on this Earth after all of

[4:59]the oppression after all of the Tyranny that we are exposed to

[5:07]that we are seeing there is going to be a time that

[5:10]is a Divine time a time where a man of God who

[5:17]is from the descendants of rasulullah he will rule this earth and

[5:26]the message of the truth will be the overpowering message we see

[5:31]this in the study of eschatology Muslim the study of end of

[5:39]times the Muslim end of times the Christian end of times the

[5:41]Jewish end of times and perhaps other religions as well they're all

[5:48]unanimous in this belief that at the End of Time Justice will

[5:52]eventually be established and we see that this message is mentioned in

[5:58]the Quran and in previous scriptures and we shall bestow a favor

[6:13]upon those who were oppressed in the land and we will make

[6:16]them imams and we will make them the inheritors in another verse

[6:21]says in the Quran and in the Quran what is that message

[6:41]that at the end of time Justice will be established that the

[6:51]righteous they will be the inheritors of the Earth and we know

[6:57]that this promise of Allah will be manifested accepted by Muslims to

[7:17]if there was no day left in this Dunya and life on

[7:22]earth except one day Allah would prolong that day until God will

[7:35]send a man from my household from he will fill the Earth

[7:53]with Justice and establish peace and prosperity and Justice on Earth just

[7:58]as it has been filled before that with tyranny and oppression and

[8:05]we believe that this man the Savior who is the promise in

[8:11]the Torah and the promise in the Angel and the promise in

[8:13]the zabur of David This Promise is also the promise in the

[8:21]Quran and that is Imam foreign he will reveal himself he will

[8:44]announce his message at the time of Asha prayer at the time

[8:47]of Asha prayer and along with him will be the flag and

[8:54]the banner of rasulullah and the shirt of the Prophet was saved

[9:02]for and the sword of rasulallah and he will have signs and

[9:12]he will have the light that will be with him and the

[9:14]Hadith tells us will declare himself as the inheritor of the prophets

[9:23]he will stand by the Kaaba and he will say whoever is

[9:28]the follower of Ibrahim Ibrahim whoever is the follower of Musa then

[9:33]I am the inheritor of Musa whoever is the follower of Jesus

[9:39]Isa then I am the inheritor of Jesus and whoever is the

[9:42]follower of rasulullah and I am the inheritor of rasulullah and then

[9:49]he will declare his message he will declare his message by the

[9:53]Kaaba and the narrations tell us that the first that will descend

[9:57]and give Baya to the Imam will be will come down and

[10:05]he will be the first one who gives him and after ill

[10:09]313 Believers Allah will raise them they will be from their homes

[10:19]suddenly they will find themselves there through a miraculous way and these

[10:26]313 they will be the ones who will be giving Baya and

[10:29]that is the same number of supporters of rasulullah on the day

[10:38]of Badr now after Makkah the narrations tell us that Imam will

[10:43]make his way to Jerusalem and there will be several conflicts and

[10:50]when he makes his way to Jerusalem there Jesus will come down

[10:55]as the Messiah because we know that the Christians are waiting for

[10:59]the second coming of Jesus and even the Jews they're waiting for

[11:06]the Messiah the Messiah will come down and when he comes down

[11:09]in a Hadith from how will you be if the son of

[11:21]Mary descends and the Imam the one who will be leading the

[11:24]prayer will be from you meaning will be the one who will

[11:31]lead the prayer and then will establish his government where the followers

[11:37]of Jesus and the followers of the Messiah who is Jesus and

[11:45]the Muslims they will all be on one side versus the enemies

[11:48]of the truth and the enemies of God and our narrations tell

[11:53]us that he his headquarters and the place of his government will

[11:57]be kufa the place the headquarters of the governments of Salam and

[12:04]home the home of the Imam will be Masjid which is very

[12:53]man who's a true man of God was ruling this was during

[12:59]the time of dawood during the time of Suleiman and during the

[13:03]time of rasulullah and during the time of America but even them

[13:09]they did not rule the full Earth describes that that be greater

[13:18]than the government of Suleiman and Suleiman had the authority of the

[13:22]Jinn and the humans and the animals and everything was under his

[13:26]jurisdiction but the government of Imam almadi will be even greater than

[13:33]that and it will be a very unique government that no one

[13:37]has seen before one of the features of the government of the

[13:43]Imam it will be a government that is led by a pure

[13:48]man a government a kingdom that is ruled by that has a

[13:53]pure leadership where do you find this in history where do you

[13:58]find where you have pure and Immaculate and the masum leading this

[14:03]has never happened in history only for brief moments brief times in

[14:10]history dawood Suleiman will be following in the footsteps of the prophets

[14:20]it will be following the message of the prophets this is why

[14:26]even when we talk about Imam Al Hussain he is the inheritor

[14:37]of the prophets Hussein was killed he will be truly resembling and

[14:46]manifesting the governments of the prophets of Allah and this is this

[14:55]is the leadership this is something unique in the governments of Imam

[15:02]where even our narrations tell us that he will find the original

[15:10]taurat and he will find the original Bible in Jill and then

[15:13]he will tell the people this is the original word of God

[16:08]will be aligned with theirs so this is one the leadership is

[16:12]immaculate the leadership is pure and divine second feature of the government

[16:18]of Imam Sharif is that it is a government that is not

[16:26]based upon race not based upon nationalism not based upon color not

[16:32]based upon any of these things that are very predominant now but

[16:39]rather it will be a message that is based upon taqwa a

[16:43]government that is based upon Islam and people despite their diversity despite

[16:49]the color of their skin despite their languages they will all be

[16:56]gathered and United under the banner of Imam today we see many

[17:00]governments they rise but these governments are built upon racism these governments

[17:05]are built upon nationalism these governments are based upon one identity I'm

[17:11]from this I'm from this part of the world I'm from this

[17:16]part of the world the government of Imam is going to be

[17:18]very different the government will be a government based upon Humanity and

[17:24]following the verse in Surah um the one who is closest in

[17:43]the eyes of Allah is not the one who has this color

[17:44]skin or the one who drives this car or the one who

[17:49]holds this passport and has this citizenship no the one who will

[17:54]be the closest in the eyes of Allah and the government of

[17:58]the Imam will be the one who is more God conscious and

[18:01]this is the second feature of the government of ma'am a third

[18:09]feature my dear brothers and sisters is that all other ideologies will

[18:15]become of the past all other ways all other systems we have

[18:22]one reason today Scholars they say one of the reasons why there's

[18:27]actual Hadith that imply this message why has Allah delayed the Imam

[18:33]one Hadith it says so that every ideology so that every group

[18:39]of people so that communism rules so that socialism rules so that

[18:44]capitalism rules so that feminist rules so that any any type of

[18:47]ideology let them say okay you believe you're better you believe you

[18:50]have the solution now you come in your role and then you

[18:56]see that all of these isms all of these systems they are

[19:03]falling apart all of these systems they have a void they probably

[19:06]give you a solution from one aspect but they create problems from

[19:10]another aspect whereas the government of Imam and Mahdi will be a

[19:14]holistic government a government that gives us peace a government that gives

[19:19]us real solutions to our problems and this is the government of

[19:26]Allah the system that God has given us when Allah tells us

[19:29]I've given you the system Allah knows what's better for us Allah

[19:34]knows what's good for man what's good for a woman what's good

[19:38]for the environment what's good a good uh economic system a good

[19:41]social system a good all of these systems this is what Allah

[19:45]has given us but when we come and we say no we

[19:48]want this type of system we want this type of government that

[19:51]means we're saying we know better than God so here gives us

[19:54]Allah will delay the arrival of Imam until every system has ruled

[20:03]and failed then they will realize that we have no other choice

[20:06]we have no other hope there is no other solution other than

[20:12]the government of Imam and this is where Allah says in the

[20:17]Quran so that this message will overcome and overpower and take over

[20:50]all other messages even if people don't like that even if people

[20:54]are not happy with that Justice will eventually be established and here

[21:01]in a Hadith those the real people of God the Real Men

[21:15]of God when we give them power and authority to rule in

[21:20]the land what is the first thing they're going to do establish

[21:27]prayer today you see even some religious politicians when they kept when

[21:33]they get power they start forgetting God they don't pray anymore he

[21:51]says and his companions Allah will give them authority of the East

[22:05]and the west of the earth and falsehood will die just like

[22:22]the safiha the people who are on the false they killed the

[22:25]truth but the time of Imam and Mahdi falsehood will be that

[22:28]which dies there will be no oppression when the government of God

[22:36]when a real government of God is established will there be oppression

[22:40]anymore will there be Injustice anymore no it will be like the

[22:44]governments of it will be like the government of rasulullah where there

[22:52]is no oppression and there will be reform there will be enjoining

[23:02]of the good and the forbidding of the evil and the ending

[23:08]belongs to Allah we have narrations he says rules Will Rule people

[23:21]will think he's bringing a new religion why because there has been

[23:25]so much deviance from the truth we have been derailed from the

[23:32]haq so far where when when he comes people are going to

[23:35]think he's bringing a new religion he will invite people to Islam

[23:49]all over again why because people have derailed people have deviated from

[23:57]the truth and he will call them to a message that has

[24:09]been erased and everyone has left it so people will be invited

[24:15]to the religion of Islam again and this is why he's named

[24:26]Mahdi because he will guide to something that people are very deviated

[24:30]away from something that people are very far from Mahdi means the

[24:35]one who guides the one who is guided and the one who

[24:39]guides so this is why his name because he's going to guide

[24:42]people once again so this is one of the features of the

[24:50]government of Imam and the kingdom of heaven another very important feature

[24:55]my dear brothers and sisters is that the Imam alaihissalam he will

[25:01]be maximizing human potential when we think of the Imam don't only

[25:07]think of someone who's going to come read Quran and pray and

[25:12]get us closer to God this is not only the job of

[25:17]the imams the job of the Imam is to maximize human potential

[25:20]Allah created the human being and Allah wants the human being to

[25:24]reach their Highest Potential you reach your Highest Potential in terms of

[25:30]economics in terms of technology in terms of socializing with others in

[25:35]all dimensions of life we have to reach our Highest Potential have

[25:40]we reached that yet we have not reached that in fact in

[25:44]some places of the world we see we're advancing we're taking one

[25:48]step forward and two steps back maybe we're advancing in terms of

[25:52]Technology but in terms of morality and ethics are we advancing or

[25:57]falling back in some places he will maximize human potential in all

[26:03]Scopes and dimensions of life and how does he do that he

[26:11]does that through knowledge he does that through advancement of knowledge right

[26:16]now just think about the last hundred years the last 150 years

[26:23]150 years ago you asked someone that was living 150 years ago

[26:27]did you imagine that you would reach where we are right now

[26:30]in 150 years they had no clue they would never have imagined

[26:34]so now imagine where we would be when the Imam comes when

[26:43]our intellect when our atal is complete you know a lot of

[26:46]us when we mentioned the name of the Imam what do people

[26:49]do as soon as they hear the name of the Imam they

[26:50]put their hand on their head a lot of us we don't

[26:54]know why we do that it's become something that's common practice we

[26:57]don't know why we do it the Hadith he says he says

[27:15]when the Imam Rises he will place his head his hand on

[27:21]the heads of the people of the ibad and the intellect will

[27:23]become complete and then people will reach their Highest Potential people will

[27:29]achieve their dreams not only the dreams in terms of finances in

[27:33]terms of living a comfortable life in fact narrations tell us that

[27:38]when the Imam comes people will have no use of money anymore

[27:42]because people will have reached a level of perfection that this money

[27:46]has no value anymore everyone's Highest Potential will be used and this

[27:55]is this is how he will do it but he will do

[27:57]it through knowledge through education foreign Muhammad Muhammad foreign but since the

[30:01]beginning of time we see that always those who were with God

[30:09]those who are with the truth they have been oppressed and marginalized

[30:15]you see the first story of Oppression that took place the story

[30:22]of kabil and habila is one of the brothers he kills his

[30:42]own his brother and he kills Kabir and kills habil and habil

[30:45]was the one with the haq the sacrifice of habil was the

[30:51]one that was accepted but you see the children of Adam Kabir

[30:57]kills habil truth was marginalized truth was oppressed and then we see

[31:03]that this has been going on throughout history throughout history the people

[31:09]of the truth the people with the haq they've always been pushed

[31:15]aside the biggest example is there anyone who was more truthful and

[31:22]the haq was with him he had the haq he was the

[31:30]first to believe in the Prophet The Prophet appointed him all the

[31:33]truth and the hajjas with him but look what happened to Amir

[31:37]for 25 years he was marginalized and then when the power came

[31:43]to him for five years wars were waged against him three Wars

[31:46]and battles were waged against him but why was marginalized because he

[31:53]was with the haq and he says in a statement he says

[31:59]he says being with the truth has made me lonely being with

[32:04]the truth has not left left me any friends everyone turned against

[32:09]because they cannot handle being with the truth and in fact even

[32:15]some people they came and they told Imam Ali they told him

[32:19]you're not smart you're not a good leader maybe you're good and

[32:22]in Salah maybe you're good in other things but you're not a

[32:26]good political leader look at what mohawi is doing was able to

[32:31]defeat politically yes in the in the battle he did not defeat

[34:11]other and until today we see being with the truth is not

[34:14]easy today ask yourself ask yourself this question being with the haq

[34:20]and being with the truth and praying on time and practicing hijab

[34:25]and giving your zakats and your homes and fulfilling your religious obligations

[34:29]is that easy or do you feel like everyone else around you

[34:34]is enjoying life or everyone is against you because you are with

[34:38]the truth today many Muslims they find it hard to practice their

[34:45]religion and I was made aware of this law that was passed

[34:49]just a few days ago here in the in Michigan a few

[34:55]days ago Michigan lawmakers they passed a radical LGBT Civil Rights bill

[35:02]without religious Liberties exemptions meaning adding to human rights adding to that

[35:10]the rights of LGBT but there's no religious exemptions this means that

[35:16]this bill and it was passed by the lawmakers and it just

[35:21]needs to be signed by the governor meaning that this bill if

[35:25]it's passed now religious organizations and institutions could be targeted because of

[35:33]their beliefs if their beliefs are against the lgbtq if for example

[35:37]you believe this is wrong or if you believe that a marriage

[35:41]is between a man and a woman or you believe the or

[35:42]you reject you refuse to conduct a marriage between two men this

[35:48]could be considered a hate crime you could be considered someone who's

[35:52]committing a hate crime so this is this is recent this is

[35:58]this was just passed and actually care they're having uh a talk

[36:02]about this on Sunday and talking to the religious organizations on how

[36:08]to deal with this challenge how to protect yourself and dealing with

[36:12]this challenge so this is one example of the struggles of being

[36:17]with God and being with the truth you're going to always find

[36:24]struggles you're going to always find being with the haq you're marginalized

[36:28]now we were talking about the government of Imam when the Imam

[36:36]rules the Imam is going to not only bring power and authority

[36:41]to religions but he will also give dignity and Karama to those

[36:45]who are standing with God today you see a lot of those

[36:49]people who are with the truth their their dignity is even taken

[36:53]away from them they're attacked and all dimensions but we see the

[36:59]Dua that we will be reciting during the holy month of Ramadan

[37:05]and this Dua was a Dua that was passed on from Imam

[37:07]to teach us how to do Dua for him at the end

[37:12]of the Dua we say Allah we turn to you for a

[37:26]government that gives us dignity a generous government that honors human life

[37:31]and human dignity to give dignity to Islam and to the people

[37:40]who are following the truth ever since history from the beginning until

[37:44]now you see those who are with the haq they are marginalized

[37:50]they're pushed aside but one of the main features of the government

[37:53]of the Imam is that he will give and Quran and glory

[38:01]and honor to those who follow the truth is you follow the

[38:15]truth during the time of the Imam you will be dignified in

[38:22]this life and in the afterlife we ask Allah to hasten the

[38:26]reappearance of the Imam of our time and to make us from

[38:34]his sincere and loyal followers my dear brothers and sisters I've mentioned

[38:39]this before a lot of times we ask when will the Imam

[38:41]come we're waiting we're getting tired why is it why hasn't the

[38:43]Imam appeared yet you know how we should change this question we

[38:49]have to change the question around and I have to ask myself

[38:54]when am I going to be ready for the Imam when am

[38:55]I going to change myself when am I going to change my

[38:59]habits Allah is very clear in the Quran Allah is not going

[39:07]to change the matters and the circumstances of a group of people

[39:10]until they change it until they make the change it seems that

[39:16]we haven't made the change and the imams of the bed they

[39:22]all went through this people would come to the Imam someone comes

[39:27]to Imam and he tells him are you going to be the

[39:29]one who is established Justice tells him no it's not me we

[39:37]have to wait for people we have to wait for people to

[39:42]make the change people came to him saying they tell him please

[39:44]please may we're ready to fight with you we'll make the change

[39:46]we'll do whatever you want he took his family he went all

[39:53]the way to Iraq and what did they do to him the

[39:55]same people that were calling him they killed him here's the biggest

[40:01]fear that we should have that maybe we're calling the Imam we're

[40:06]saying and when the Imam comes we might be telling him no

[40:10]no we're not ready for you right now our it's inconvenient right

[40:14]now come back next year maybe we'll be ready next year this

[40:18]is the Calamity that we are dealing with my dear brothers and

[40:23]sisters that's why we have to always ask Allah foreign always ask

[40:25]Allah to make you ready and I was mentioning last night in

[40:31]my lecture there's a full chapter in alcafi which the the message

[40:35]of this chapter is it doesn't matter if you are with the

[40:39]Imam or not with the Imam as long as you believe in

[40:40]the Imam if you believe in the Imam and you change your

[40:45]life then it will be as if you are from the sincerest

[40:47]followers of the Imam so we ask Allah to hasten the reappearance

[40:55]of the Imam of our time my dear brothers and sisters I

[40:59]wanted to remind you that inshallah the month of Ramadan is approaching

[41:05]and we will have next week inshallah next Friday we will be

[41:12]having a Ramadan workshop on fasting on the rules of travel while

[41:15]fasting on everything that you want to know regarding fasting and the

[41:19]laws of fasting inshallah we will be having it here and we

[41:22]will send out the announcement we will also be having a program

[41:25]every night during the month of Ramadan and there's going to be

[41:29]six nights that there will be a community of tar inshallah we're

[41:32]going to share the uh that announcement as well but the Knights

[41:37]of Ramadan will need to be sponsored and as you know we're

[41:41]renting this place and there's bills and there's things that need to

[41:46]be covered inshallah we look forward to growing and having a bigger

[41:50]place that is permanent for this community so there's a calendar outside
