[0:08]wa sallahu allah sayidina muhammadin wily him for you being a by

[0:17]hearing previously we examined the marriage of prophet muhammad sallahu aleihi Juana

[0:26]to his beloved wife Khadija peace be upon her Khadija was a

[0:32]very honorable woman she was the wealthiest woman in Mecca and in

[0:36]the Arabian Peninsula she was known by her society to be a

[0:45]woman of nobility and a woman of honor and purity hence one

[0:50]of her titles during the time of jahiliya was a ba hera

[0:57]upon Amin's the pure one she was known by her society to

[1:01]be the pure one another title that she had was saying that

[1:07]perish the lady of Quraysh that's how respectful she wants we the

[1:13]followers of an inmate we believe that Khadija was a believer in

[1:21]God she never bowed to any of the idols she never worshipped

[1:24]any of the idols there are some historians who have tried to

[1:28]claim that sometimes she would go to the idols and complain to

[1:34]them for example when some of her children died one historian Iran

[1:39]is erroneously claims that after her children died she went to the

[1:44]idols and she complained that you know my children died why did

[1:50]this happen this is nonsense we don't accept that the Prophet sallallahu

[1:54]aleyhi wanna who was so sensitive about idol-worshipping and he had such

[2:01]a firm stance against idol-worshipping such that when the names of the

[2:07]idols would be mentioned he would show his discontent his displeasure with

[2:12]the idols he's not going to marry a woman who worships the

[2:17]idol speaks to the idols and complaints to them so we have

[2:20]a number of proofs and pieces of evidence that confirmed that Khadija

[2:24]alehissalaam was a woman of faith she never worshipped any of the

[2:28]idols from day one she believed in the one God and she

[2:34]was on Edina Hani fear the path of prophet ibrahim alayhis salaam

[2:39]so ladies Khadija peace be upon her was a woman of high

[2:48]status The Messenger of God marries Khadija now there's one very important

[2:55]discussion in Islamic history and we see scholars fiercely debating this issue

[3:03]contesting this issue when the messenger of God married Khadija is Salam

[3:09]was she a virgin or was she previously married if you look

[3:14]at the Sunni schools of thought suddenly historians and scholars the majority

[3:20]of them believed that Khadija was not a virgin she was married

[3:29]before The Messenger of God married her in fact she was married

[3:33]to two men before she was married to a first man he

[3:38]divorced her she married a second person he divorced her and then

[3:41]The Messenger of God married her now these schools of thought they

[3:45]believe the only wife of the Prophet who was not married when

[3:50]the Prophet married her was Aishah and they negated this virtue from

[3:56]Khadija Lucena they don't recognize that she was a virgin when the

[4:04]Prophet married her so who are those two men who supposedly married

[4:07]Khadijah before The Messenger of God married her they have mentioned two

[4:12]names the first one is a man by the name of a

[4:20]tea Eibon iith atiek eben I've supposedly she was married to him

[4:25]before she married the Prophet and his last name was Al Mizzou

[4:33]me because he came from the tribe of Benjamin who's the second

[4:38]one abou hala a man by the name of Abu Hana he

[4:44]came from the tribe of Tamim bonita meme so his last name

[4:49]was a Tamimi abu holla at Tamimi these scholars claim that Khadija

[4:55]was married to these two men before The Messenger of God married

[4:59]her do we accept that or not upon our historical analysis of

[5:07]hadiya's marriage to these two men is this something historic history confirms

[5:12]or is this something that we reject based on historical analysis and

[5:18]evidence we don't accept these claims for a number of reasons first

[5:24]of all let's talk about Abu Hana a b'hala Tamimi who supposedly

[5:28]married Khadijah before the Messenger of God when you look at those

[5:37]hadith narrations that talk about Abu Hana we see they're full of

[5:43]contradictions and discrepancies for instance in one hadith abou Hanna's name is

[5:49]given to be NEBOSH eibon's Arara because abou Hana as a nickname

[5:53]so what was his real name NEBOSH eopns Arara another hadith says

[5:59]no his name was Zul abba eban NEBOSH so it switches it

[6:06]around a third hadith says no his name was actually hind' because

[6:11]the word hand the name hint by the arabs was a name

[6:18]that was given to both men and women yes the name hint

[6:25]a fourth hadith says his name was Malik a fifth hadith gives

[6:29]us another name so which is it which is it is it

[6:35]Nabokov ensalada is Arab in a Bosch is a hint is it

[6:36]Malik which is it what was his name abou Hana what was

[6:40]his name so when you have all this discrepancy this in itself

[6:45]raises doubt whether this is all accurate or valid so that's one

[6:49]clue that tells us we should doubt these claims there's a discrepancy

[6:56]in these claims that's number one number two we have historical reports

[7:01]that tell us khadijah is sanam was virgin when the Holy Prophet

[7:05]married her so these reports contradict those reports that say she was

[7:10]married to two men for example you have Alba Lavery Alba Lavery

[7:14]is a Sunni scholar and Bella Dori was a scholar who was

[7:20]an expert in family trees and lineages and ancestry he says according

[7:24]to my research Khadija was not married before The Messenger of God

[7:29]married her so we have a testimony over here from Alba Lavery

[7:36]a Sunni scholar who says that Khadija was not married when the

[7:41]Prophet married her she was a virgin so that's clue number two

[7:50]number three those who claim that Khadija was married before the Prophet

[7:55]one of the arguments they use is that Khadija had children from

[8:01]those previous husbands she had for example rakia she had Zeynep these

[8:06]were the daughters of Khadija from this previous men so that's an

[8:12]indication that she was actually married how do we respond to that

[8:20]upon close examination of whether these were adages children or not we

[8:25]come to the conclusion that they were not the children of Khadija

[8:32]historical analysis demonstrates that they were actually her nieces she had a

[8:40]sister by the name of Halle rakia and Zeynep were the daughters

[8:46]of Hanna they were not the daughters of Khadija lisanna and by

[8:53]the way we've heard that the Prophet sallallahu aleyhi wanna had other

[8:58]daughters than fatima zahra right he had regalia for example and osman

[9:04]married rakia one reason why they call him the new reign the

[9:11]man of two lights is because he married two daughters from the

[9:16]Prophet two of the prophets daughters were married by Osman now when

[9:21]we also examine that we come to the conclusion that this is

[9:28]not accurate because these two were not the prophets daughters either some

[9:32]have claimed these are the prophets daughters he had them when he

[9:36]married Khadijah some say these daughters they belonged to those two men

[9:41]so we have all this discrepancy about rakia who is she Zeynep

[9:48]or even uncle soon who are they were they the prophets daughters

[9:51]were they Khadija daughters somebody else's daughters there's a lot of historical

[9:57]confusion over here so the correct analysis is that regalia was not

[10:02]the prophets biological daughter of man didn't marry her but she was

[10:09]not the prophets biological daughter who was she she was the adopted

[10:14]daughter of the Prophet how did he come to a doctor historical

[10:18]accounts tell us that Khadija had a sister by the name of

[10:28]Hana Hana was married to two men the first husband then he

[10:32]divorced her then she married a second husband now one of her

[10:38]ex-husband's he had two daughters two children from another wife he dies

[10:50]that mother that wife also dies so these two children are orphaned

[10:55]who takes care of them Hana takes care of them because after

[10:59]all they are her stepdaughters because they belong to her husband but

[11:04]from another wife so their mother was not Hana her husband had

[11:11]another wife he had two children from that wife so her ex-husband

[11:17]dies his wife also dies these two children are left without a

[11:23]guardian so what does how to do Hana she becomes their guardian

[11:30]she takes care of them but that Khadijah was wealthy and compassionate

[11:35]so she told her sister hala let me help you out so

[11:38]after hala takes care of them Khadija becomes their guardian and she

[11:43]takes care of them she starts spending on them so they grow

[11:47]up they grow up in the house of who Khadijah Rosanna when

[11:52]Khadijah marries the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa she takes these two children

[11:57]into her new house with the Prophet because she was their caretaker

[12:01]and so they grew up in the prophets house now in pre-islamic

[12:06]Arabia at the time of ignorance whenever any children would grow up

[12:13]in your house whether they were stepchildren adopted children the Arabs would

[12:17]consider them to be your own children hence historically they have referred

[12:23]to these two daughters as being the daughters of the Prophet they

[12:29]were not his biological daughters but why were they considered as daughters

[12:34]and some of these historical accounts because they grew up in his

[12:39]house after he married Khadijah after the Prophet married Khadijah he didn't

[12:44]talk Aditya Hey now I'm married to you get rid of these

[12:49]two kids no the Prophet is compassionate he told her not only

[12:52]should you continue caring for them but I'll also help you let

[12:55]them grow up in my house soul okay yeah she grew up

[13:00]in the prophets house but she was not his biological daughter so

[13:05]Ozma and we don't believe that he married the biological daughters of

[13:12]the Prophet he married two adopted daughters who grew up in the

[13:16]house of the Prophet so even with uncombed consume she was not

[13:23]the prophets daughter she was either the niece of Khadija Hanna's daughter

[13:32]or someone else's daughter whom harlot took care of because we believe

[13:37]that Khadija did by the way have a number of children she

[13:39]had a few you know sons she had some daughters but they

[13:44]all died at a young age the only surviving child of Khadija

[13:47]was fatima zahra it is enough all the other died at a

[13:53]young age so earth man did not marry them he did not

[13:57]marry the biological daughters of the profit they biological sons and daughters

[14:02]of the Prophet they all died when they were young Ibrahim and

[14:06]Qasim they died when they were young some of these other daughters

[14:10]of the Prophet his biological daughters that he had from Khadija they

[14:17]also died at a young age the only surviving daughter who grew

[14:20]up to be of age and and reached maturity was Fatima to

[14:25]Zama al-insana so we do believe that the Prophet had other biological

[14:30]daughters according to historical accounts but they did not survive they died

[14:36]they died early in their childhood and as for earth man he

[14:39]did not marry the biological daughters of the Prophet he married who

[14:44]these adopted daughters of the Prophet and one evidence one proof for

[14:49]that is that when we look at the historical accounts we see

[14:56]that historical accounts tell us earth man married one of the daughters

[15:01]of the Prophet because he married supposedly to one of them she

[15:05]was not a virgin when Othman married her she was married to

[15:09]the son of Abu Lahab before earth man when our smart married

[15:16]her she was previously married to the son of Abu Lahab now

[15:20]when the Quran cursed Abu Lahab she partied away from the son

[15:25]of Abu Lahab because I would have told his son I no

[15:28]longer allow you to stay with this you know adopted daughter of

[15:34]the Prophet she has a connection to Muhammad the Quran has cursed

[15:49]that daughter of the Prophet she was actually older she was not

[15:53]a child she was previously married we don't know her exact age

[15:59]but she was an adult whereas all the historical indications point us

[16:09]born after the better after the messenger of God received the revelation

[16:15]from Allah that makes these children very young it could not have

[16:20]been possible for the son of Abu Lahab to marry that daughter

[16:24]and then he divorces her and then earth man comes along and

[16:29]he marries her that's impossible because the Prophet received revelation 13 years

[16:36]before he went to Mecca at age 40 so his children were

[16:43]all small and Osman he married her supposedly after the revelation and

[16:51]she was married in Mecca to the son of Abu Lahab so

[16:54]she could not have been that young this tells us that whoever

[17:00]the son of Abu Lahab was married to that was not the

[17:03]biological daughter of the Prophet that was the adopted daughter of the

[17:07]prophet or someone who just grew up in his house in any

[17:14]case we believe that these daughters who mothma and married they were

[17:19]not the biological daughters of the Prophet there's a lot of discussion

[17:23]who were they were they denise's of Khadijah a Sunnah or as

[17:28]we mentioned they belong to someone else but had at the sister

[17:31]of Khadijah took care of them in any case they were not

[17:33]the biological daughters of the Prophet so that's our response to that

[17:39]Khadijah did not have any children before the Prophet those children were

[17:43]either the her nieces the of Halle or highlight took care of

[17:48]them because they were the daughters of her ex-husband what her ex-husband

[17:53]died and their mother died had it took care of them so

[17:56]this does not indicate that in any way does not indicate that

[18:02]Khadijah was previously married she did not have any children before the

[18:06]Prophet the first children that she had was after she married the

[18:12]Prophet so the the figures are slightly different but she had a

[18:22]number of children from the Prophet maybe five or six another point

[18:30]over here is that historical accounts tell us that the elite of

[18:41]barrage the powerful tribe in Mecca the elites of the Meccans they

[18:44]proposed to Khadija but she refused to marry them like who what

[18:50]are some names okay even a beam or eight okhla was a

[18:57]very powerful man in Mecca he was a pagan but he came

[19:05]from an elite status you have for example a Boojum Abu Sufyan

[19:09]Abu Sufyan he was one of the elites of Mecca Abu Sufyan

[19:16]was powerful Abu Sufyan Abu Jahl they came forward and proposed to

[19:22]Khadijah she refused to marry them now if Khadijah refused these elites

[19:31]of Mecca you think she's going to marry two average men who

[19:35]came from an average tribe especially the guy that Tamimi he was

[19:40]a bedouin an uneducated powerless bedouin why would she marry him on

[19:47]what basis what was special about him if she wanted to marry

[19:55]anyone before the Prophet she had many many better choices people who

[19:59]had power people who were respected in my kin society people who

[20:03]were elites why would she you know marry a villager a Bedouin

[20:11]whom we know nothing about in addition to that we have narrations

[20:16]that tell us when she married the Messenger of God the woman

[20:20]of piraeus they rebuked her they mocked her and made fun of

[20:25]her they told her all Khadija you married a man who has

[20:32]no money who grew up an orphan and he has no money

[20:34]why did you marry Mohammed because remember these women they looked at

[20:40]the marriage from a materialistic aspect any woman wants to marry a

[20:46]rich man so they told her why did you marry Mohammed when

[20:48]he's so poor he's not a rich man why did you marry

[20:53]him they rebuked her and history has documented this now if she

[20:58]supposedly married that to me me and that makhzoomi how come the

[21:01]women of poor age did not rebuke her and tell her Khadija

[21:06]why didn't you marry these below average men who are not well

[21:09]known they come from very average tribes when you had very important

[21:17]figures in Mecca to marry so if she were married to them

[21:20]really we would have seen some historical evidence that the woman of

[21:23]Mecca would have marked her and rebuked her but that does not

[21:28]exist which is an indication she was not previously married if she

[21:31]were married to these two men the woman of Mecca would have

[21:33]objected to they would have rebuked her because the Tamimi endemic Azumi

[21:40]they were not important individuals so that's another indication that she was

[21:47]not married before the messenger of allah salallahu alaihe on a banana

[21:54]peel or eel a blue jay and abu sufyan a number of

[21:59]of them did propose to her history has documented these need these

[22:02]names now some say that how is it possible for Khadijah to

[22:15]live for 40 years as a single woman when she was so

[22:20]wealthy and so beautiful it's not possible why would she stay unmarried

[22:25]for such a long time first of all yes we'll get to

[22:33]them first of all we examined before she was not 40 when

[22:36]she married the Prophet what was her correct age 25 or 28

[22:42]somewhere between 25 and 28 so it's not like she waited 40

[22:45]years to be married no she was 25 28 and that's pretty

[22:50]normal many women marry at the age of 25 is that something

[22:53]highly unusual no that's not highly unusual something very normal yes 40

[22:59]is unusual if a woman waits until she's 40 that is kind

[23:05]of unusual in most societies but age 25 that's not unusual there's

[23:09]nothing unusual abnormal about that so that's number one number two Khadija

[23:16]Islam was financially independent she had a lot of money that she

[23:22]inherited from her father now in Arabian society the average woman did

[23:28]not really own anything she was fully dependent on her husband on

[23:33]her father on her brothers so one reason why she would get

[23:36]married at an early age is to have a husband spend on

[23:42]her because she was not independent Khadija did not need anyone to

[23:46]spend on her because she had her own wealth she had her

[23:50]own money so there's nothing that compelled her to get married financially

[23:54]she had no incentive to get married because she was already well-off

[23:59]many women in those societies they would be compelled to get married

[24:04]because of their financial dependence on men but if you're financially independent

[24:10]and you wait for 25 years what's the harm there's nothing that

[24:14]would compel her to get married so that's number two number three

[24:20]Khadija was not an average woman she was waiting for the right

[24:25]man Abu Sufyan came forward she did not like him because he

[24:28]did not have the proper lock the proper religion Abu Jack came

[24:32]forward how come I came forward many of many men came forward

[24:37]but she refused because she was looking for a man of principle

[24:40]and last time we examined how she fell in love with the

[24:46]o'clock the moral character of the Prophet when he did business with

[24:49]her when may Sarah her servant came and told her the honesty

[24:52]that he saw in the Prophet when he saw the signs of

[24:58]prophethood in him these are all points that made her interested in

[25:01]the Prophet so when she found the appropriate man then she proposed

[25:07]that she accept accepted to marry the Prophet otherwise there were many

[25:11]elites in Mecca she was not interested in them and remember she

[25:14]was a woman who worshipped God so obviously she would not be

[25:17]interested in marrying a man who would worship the idols so we

[25:23]don't find anything unusual about that for her to a 25 or

[25:28]27 years or 28 years therefore upon examining some of these clues

[25:37]we come to the conclusion that she was not married before the

[25:43]messenger of allah subhana wa ta'ala she was a virgin when the

[25:47]prophet salallahu alayhi wa ala married her and the reason why we

[25:54]have this fabricated a hadith and narrations was to serve a political

[25:59]purpose number one to show a show was special she was the

[26:02]only virgin wife of the Prophet and no one else had that

[26:10]virtue or quality so they negated the fact that Khadijah and Saddam

[26:13]was a virgin when the Prophet married her that was one goal

[26:17]the second goal was that Benny Omega when they rose to power

[26:24]the Umayyads they forged these narrations to give earth man the honor

[26:28]of being the son-in-law of the Prophet because they were jealous why

[26:32]is Imam Ali Allison I'm the only son-in-law of the Prophet so

[27:14]establish that Othman was the son-in-law of the Prophet when in fact

[27:18]as we established they were not the biological daughters of the Prophet

[27:29]so these are some points about Khadijah not being married before the

[27:33]messenger of allah sallallahu alayhe wa any questions on that well he

[27:42]did not marry them at the same time the first wife of

[27:53]Othman was rakia when she died he supposedly married the other one

[27:56]Andy and we all know how she died right he beat her

[28:01]to death yes according to historical records both man beat her this

[28:05]is not just shou books know we have other books that confirm

[28:09]this he would be trakai yeah he beat her unto the point

[28:15]where she could not take it she fell ill and she died

[28:17]as a result of his beatings and in fact the Prophet according

[28:22]to Sonja sources he banned earth man from attending her funeral and

[28:27]from going on her grave when she was buried because he was

[28:30]a murderer who beat her and as a result she died the

[28:36]Prophet was very very upset because even though she was not his

[28:40]biological daughter but she grew up in his house the Prophet cares

[28:46]about her even if she was not even his adopted daughter she

[28:47]was a Muslim she was a human being why would he give

[28:53]her the other daughter then that's a good question why would the

[28:56]messenger of God do that if that if you have two daughters

[29:00]right and your son-in-law kills the first one are you going to

[29:03]give him the second one probably not that's another indication to show

[29:09]that it's fabricated now their argument is this some who say even

[29:15]those from the Shia who do accept that because there are some

[29:18]who accept these accounts they say Osman came from the powerful tribe

[29:21]of Betio mania Benny Romania were cousins of Benny Hashim so Benny

[29:26]Hashim was a respected tribe in Mecca Benny Gnomeo was also a

[29:34]powerful tribe now the Prophet he wanted the Benny o mania you

[29:37]know to be on his good side not to fight him not

[29:42]to fight the Muslims right to avoid battles to avoid any rivalry

[29:45]rivalry with them so what did the Prophet do they say he

[29:52]allowed Othman who comes from the Benny Romania tribe to marry these

[29:56]adopted daughters to establish ties with the Benny ommaya it was like

[30:01]a political strategy to avoid confrontation supposedly that's the philosophy but you

[30:07]know we say it's impossible for them to have been his biological

[30:10]daughters because if they're your biological daughters and you have full guardianship

[30:15]over them and ours mine beats the first one you're not gonna

[30:19]give him a second one right that's not something the messenger of

[30:24]God would do so yeah that's how it acarya died and the

[30:26]Prophet banned him from attending the funeral well the Hadees here are

[30:37]not that clear but we do have hadith that say she did

[30:39]complain and those hadith that say she did complain to the Prophet

[30:47]the Prophet told her to be patient he did not like intervene

[30:49]now why is that the case if we accept those honey that's

[30:56]because our scholars have discussion and debates on those Hadees assuming these

[31:01]hadees are correct the Prophet wanted show the Muslim Ummah who earth

[31:08]- see the Prophet could have protected his own family members right

[31:11]Imam Ali Authority Zara Imam Hasan and Husayn he could have protected

[31:18]them in his lifetime because those companions who would later attack them

[31:22]the Prophet could have banished them excommunicated them ordered them to be

[31:26]killed I think he had an nope he had many many ways

[31:29]to get rid of them the Prophet could have easily expelled them

[31:32]from Medina knowing what would happen to his own family but why

[31:35]would he allow that to happen because Allah wants to show how

[31:41]a debates are oppressed and how evil their enemies are so if

[31:45]we accept that hadith that rehtaeh came to the Prophet she complained

[31:48]to him that earth man is beating me because we do have

[31:53]hadiths that say that the Prophet told her be patient why did

[31:56]he tell her to be patient to expose Othman so that no

[32:00]one has an excuse someone who killed his wife you can recognize

[32:04]him as your Khalifa who represents The Messenger of God who sits

[32:08]in the pulpit of the Prophet how can you accept that when

[32:14]this man had blood on his hands he killed his own his

[32:18]own wife I'm going to recognize him as my divine leader so

[32:22]maybe one wisdom behind the Prophet not intervening and allowing that to

[32:29]happen is to show that Luka was oppressed and to expose Othman

[32:35]and the Prophet did publicly threatened him because when the Prophet was

[32:41]walking in Rakas funeral of Mad King the Prophet became furious he

[32:46]became angry his face became red now that same night that same

[32:50]the previous night you know the first night that his wife had

[32:57]died Othman had slept with a slave girl so he came to

[33:00]the funeral directly after being spending time with that slave girl the

[33:05]Prophet says the one who spent his night last night with a

[33:11]slave girl if he doesn't leave the funeral right now I'm going

[33:14]to expose him in front of everyone the Companions they looked around

[33:22]the South man slowly leaving the funeral because the Prophet expended big

[33:27]time and then he wanted to go on her grave to act

[33:29]as if he's supposedly sad the Prophet banned him from doing so

[33:34]he says you're not good you're not going anywhere near her grave

[33:38]so yeah that was the first wife of Othman yes brother well

[33:44]no that's the historical account over here that after look I yeah

[33:51]he married a second daughter of the Prophet that's what they say

[33:53]so after oak iodide and the Prophet supposedly banned him from the

[34:00]you know the funeral the Prophet banned him from the funeral supposedly

[34:04]he gave him another daughter you know do you accept that so

[34:07]you be the judge you know if the messenger of God if

[34:12]these two were his biological daughters how how would he allow that

[34:17]to happen and would he give his second daughter so our history

[34:26]says they were not the biological daughters so it's disputed whether he

[34:33]married the second one or not but assuming he did one reason

[34:36]was to establish political ties with the Benny oh man yeah I

[59:33]tell us the Prophet would stick his tongue into the mouths of

[59:37]imam ali and imam ali would suck on the prophets tongue yes

[65:35]but it was still a unique name it was not like a

[65:42]very common name that was given to boys yes Mohammed also was

[65:45]you know not the first name of the Prophet you had maybe

[65:50]four or five people before the Prophet who were given the name

[66:03]yes sister so according to these hadith they had not given him

[66:23]a name yet the prophet makes it public that his name is

[66:26]Ali he gives him that name but it was very common in

[66:31]Arabic culture for the mother to give a secret name or a

[66:36]special name nickname or a title to her child this was something

[66:42]very common so yes she named him Haider that's why I'm Amalia

[68:13]God alongside the messenger of God so in all those private moments

[68:16]that the Prophet had in Cave of Herat usually Imam Ali was

[68:19]to his side and he would literally carry him everywhere he would

[68:24]go one hadith says when the Prophet would go to the valley
