Surah An-Naba is the 78th chapter of the Holy Quran and the first chapter of the final section. It has different names all eluding to one of the verses or aspects of this noble chapter. What makes this chapter very interesting is the tone, content and brevity of its 40 verses and the important apparent and teachings it has for every truth-seeking heart. There are also many blessings to this luminous that one can benefit from in both worldly and spiritual affairs.

Tips for preparing for the month of Ramadan:
Intention: Begin by setting the intention to fast and prepare yourself mentally and spiritually for this blessed month.

Physical preparation: Start preparing your body for the fast by gradually reducing your food intake a few weeks prior to Ramadan.

Spiritual preparation: Increase your acts of worship, such as prayer, reading Quran, and giving charity to strengthen your spiritual connection.

Plan your meals: Plan your meals ahead of time to ensure you have nutritious and balanced meals during suhoor and iftar.

Stock up on supplies: Purchase necessary supplies such as dates, water, and other food items in advance to avoid last-minute rush and stress.

Organize your schedule: Plan your daily routine to ensure you have enough time for worship, rest, and work commitments.

Seek forgiveness: Ask for forgiveness from Allah and seek to reconcile with family and friends before Ramadan begins.

Give back to the community: Look for ways to volunteer or donate to charitable causes during this month of giving.

Develop good habits: Use this month to develop positive habits such as reading Quran, giving charity, and being kind and compassionate towards others.

Maintain your spiritual momentum: Continue your spiritual practices and positive habits even after Ramadan ends to maintain your spiritual momentum throughout the year.
