On March 9, the U.S.–Israeli war on Iran entered its eleventh day. Deadly airstrikes hit residential areas in Arak and Tehran, with dozens reported killed, as explosions erupted during a large pro-government gathering in Tehran’s Revolution Square. Iranian officials say 1,348 people have been killed and more than 17,000 wounded since the war began. Iran has launched new waves of retaliatory strikes targeting Israeli sites and U.S. bases across the region, while Hezbollah and the Islamic Resistance in Iraq report dozens of operations against Israeli and U.S. positions. As Israel expands attacks in Beirut’s southern suburbs and reports emerge of white phosphorus use in southern Lebanon, tensions are also rising around the Strait of Hormuz after Iran warned it could halt regional oil exports if U.S. and Israeli attacks continue.

The US has an extensive history of mass manipulation via the use of propaganda media- using it to both sway public opinion and incite fear or support. Amidst the current administration’s widely unpopular war on Iran, they’re using the same propaganda techniques to sway opinion about their unjust brutality against the people Iran.

US-Israeli strikes have targeted another school in Iran, the Hafez Khomeni school in Khomeyn. This comes just a few days after investigations revealed US weapons were responsible for the strike on the Shajareh Tayyebeh school in Minab

On March 11, 2026, the U.S.-Israeli war on Iran entered its twelfth day. A U.S.-Israeli strike targeted a Bank Sepah building in Tehran, killing several employees, as explosions were also reported in Bushehr and Hamedan. Iran responded by launching what the IRGC called its “most intense and heaviest operation” of the war, firing ballistic missiles and drones toward Tel Aviv, Haifa, U.S. assets across the Gulf, and ships in the Strait of Hormuz. Iran has also warned that U.S. and Israeli economic infrastructure could now be targeted in response. Meanwhile, oil markets remain under pressure despite a record emergency release from global reserves, Israeli strikes continue across Lebanon, and Hezb*llah and the Islamic Resistance in Iraq report new waves of operations against Israeli and U.S. positions across the region.

On March 12, 2026, the U.S.-Israeli war on Iran entered its thirteenth day. U.S. and Israeli forces have reportedly struck more than 20,000 non-military targets across Iran as the conflict continues to escalate. In his first official statement, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Sayyed Mojtaba Khamenei vowed to keep the Strait of Hormuz closed, continue attacks on U.S. bases in the region, and avenge Iranian casualties. Iran has launched new waves of missile and drone strikes targeting sites in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem as well as U.S. airbases across the region. Meanwhile, Israeli strikes continue across Lebanon, including in Beirut and at the Lebanese University, while global energy markets remain under pressure as the U.S. releases emergency oil reserves amid disruptions linked to the closure of the Strait of Hormuz.
