[0:01][Music] [Music] dear respected sisters as well as brothers again before we
[0:17]start the uh the talk i would like to mention the holy
[0:23]name of the imam alaihissalam everybody stand up and move toward the
[0:27]front chairs so we leave the you know the back chairs for
[0:29]those who will come later on and fill fill these chairs you
[0:40]know there are plenty of chairs please please yes yes yes yes
[0:43]to the front yes ma'allah [Music] according to gallup gallup is an
[2:10]analytic and a steady group that provides public opinions and forms of
[2:18]polls worldwide for example a company would like to study the effect
[2:24]of certain things certain product to the public they conduct polls so
[2:32]they go after those kind of companies gallup you hear the name
[2:38]of gallup other names during the time of the election they tell
[2:42]you for example state of michigan is going to go to the
[2:47]democratic candidate while ohio is going to go to the republican candidate
[2:53]this is gallup according to gallup poll it shows that 25 of
[3:03]the world population are a religious or godless god of god free
[3:10]they do not believe in any super natural now not now nine
[3:17]of nine percent of those are committed atheists meaning for sure that
[3:25]there is no supernatural being that has created the world however look
[3:32]at the article in which they have published their study the article
[3:38]is called religion prevails in the world when 25 of the population
[3:46]world population are agnostic or skeptic or atheist meaning the 75 percent
[3:55]is what that they believe in supernatural meaning either they believe in
[4:01]a monotheistic religion like islam christianity judaism or some other spiritual forms
[4:13]hinduism buddhism eventually they believe in supernatural despite the fact that atheists
[4:20]are very vocal and they have a very high status in the
[4:27]community you see the elites in universities think tanks the majority are
[4:36]atheist or agnostic still they are considered to be the minority in
[4:41]the world my topic tonight is titled the psychology of atheism i
[4:49]will be talking about it as well as well as the reasons
[4:56]that people have chosen to be agnostic or atheist in further detail
[5:01]after your big and loud salawat when you say psychology of atheism
[5:12]it looks a bit strange because in the past hundred years or
[5:21]so the field of psychology which is dominated by atheists have focused
[5:27]on religion why people are adherent to religion from a psychological point
[5:36]of view so when someone comes and say let's look at the
[5:41]atheism in terms of psychology of course those psychologists become very defensive
[5:46]they don't like that why because when it comes to religion those
[5:52]atheists throughout the history in the recent history numerous times they attempted
[6:01]to explain religion in terms of its psychoanal use use psychoanalysis to
[6:09]interpret religion not going after the true sense of religion to find
[6:18]its truth or flaws in the religion rather they attribute it as
[6:25]a psychological phenomena you see any idea any creed has some truth
[6:32]and some fallacies so for someone to objectively and impartially criticize critique
[6:41]that faith or that ideology should look at its flaws and it's
[6:49]a truth and examine them but instead of going to those point
[6:54]you take the entire religion the entire ideology and look at it
[7:03]from a person from a psychology perspective we do desert to disservice
[7:06]to that kind of ideology you know what it means it means
[7:11]that those people who have accepted this ideology or this religion they
[7:17]did it not out of their rationality rather due to their psychological
[7:24]circumstances now throughout the modern history many atheists like freud like karl
[7:33]marx hume and recently richard dawkins say that the problem with religious
[7:43]community is that because they have some sort of wishes so the
[7:47]notion of god is a wish fulfillment to their latent desires which
[7:56]is comfort and security any child goes cares and longs for comfort
[8:06]and security therefore as we grow up these latent thoughts become subconscious
[8:13]in ourselves inside ourselves therefore we seek someone or some entity to
[8:20]give us comfort and support and security therefore we become religious richard
[8:28]dawkins have written a book called the god delusion in that book
[8:35]it says this it says that when an individual has a delusion
[8:40]we call it insanity but when a group of people have delusion
[8:47]we call it religion so this religion is coming basically stemming from
[8:54]delusions due to their psychological problems psychological nature people tend to believe
[9:06]in super natural this is how they have analyzed the group of
[9:12]the religious you know those who adhere to religions this is their
[9:17]basic tenet this is their basic idea now when you turn the
[9:25]table around and you look at the atheist from the same perspective
[9:29]as they have been looking the religious community you tell them okay
[9:34]what about if we prove that at the same time you claim
[9:41]that those people want to believe in god because they have a
[9:49]will and desire to believe in god in the same token we
[9:52]say those who do not believe in god because they have a
[9:57]deep desire to reject god not because of rationality rather because of
[10:06]some psychological effects and psychological a problem inshallah i will be talking
[10:12]about this hypothesis which is it studies atheism in terms of psychology
[10:17]toward the end of the talk but before i need to talk
[10:23]about the kinds of atheism that we have and why they have
[10:28]chosen to be atheist after again after your big and loud salawat
[10:39]there are numerous types there are numerous types of atheism some are
[11:02]called rational atheist agnostic skeptic apathist human secularist and so forth if
[11:14]you google search atheism and look at wikipedia it gives you probably
[11:19]20 30 kind of groups and divisions of atheism now if you
[11:27]want to separate group except group them you will end up having
[11:31]all into two major groups one who are dedicate dedicated atheists meaning
[11:40]that for sure they reject any supernatural they say that there is
[11:49]no supernatural that governs the world the universe and they are die
[11:52]hard atheist as we call them because they think this is ideology
[11:59]ideologically convinced that there is no god and all those religions are
[12:07]man-made they have no connection to the supernatural this is one kind
[12:14]of atheism gallipol say that this type of atheism consists of nine
[12:19]percent of the world population the other kind of atheism they care
[12:29]less if there is god or there is no god they say
[12:32]i don't care if there is a supernatural to govern or not
[12:37]to govern if there is an entity called god or there isn't
[12:41]any entity to call god i live my way live my life
[12:47]in a way that there is no god i don't care i
[12:52]am a god a free person be it he exists or doesn't
[13:00]exist i have my own way to live of course this is
[13:03]not a rational this is not an ideological this is mostly has
[13:08]to do with the personal conviction psychology emotion and desires so we
[13:15]cannot consider those as an ideological atheist in this category brothers and
[13:23]sisters even some muslims fall why because there are some muslims some
[13:28]religious people who claim to be religious or they identify with one
[13:35]of the prominent religions but when you look at their lifestyle it's
[13:40]nothing no commitment to any religion they want to stay free the
[13:47]almighty has mentioned this in the holy quran it says he wants
[13:58]to do everything he hates it when somebody tells him stop there
[14:03]is some entity watching you will judge you today tomorrow you will
[14:07]return to him and you will be judged and then you will
[14:12]be punished or you will be rewarded this type of people hate
[14:18]to hear that they want to stay free [Music] yes where where
[14:30]is akhirah where is the hereafter not because he intellectually believes and
[14:36]convinced that there is no hereafter rather because he wants to live
[14:44]a free life he doesn't want to have a chaperone doesn't want
[14:47]to have a guardian to tell him stop regulate your life do
[14:52]this and don't do this this is something that many people reject
[14:57]and are not happy with those people fall in the second category
[15:03]which is a god-free group however they don't know if god exists
[15:11]or does not exist with those type of people you go into
[15:17]an intellectual debate is waste why because even if you prove it
[15:24]to them they tell you we care less so our focus will
[15:28]be on those that they say ideological atheist what are their points
[15:35]first those ideological atheists they say that now there is no need
[15:44]to have god in order to interpret and reason phenomenons in this
[15:54]world science has explained everything whatever happens you can go back to
[16:01]the science and science can explain those phenomena in a very satisfactory
[16:05]manner therefore the need to have a supernatural to create this world
[16:14]this one this universe is no longer second there is no proof
[16:22]of a supernatural how do we know that there is a supernatural
[16:25]prove it to me the first thing you sit with an atheist
[16:29]tells you prove it to me how god exists so there is
[16:37]no proof whom did we learn from whom did we learn that
[16:40]god exists from the church the church used to tell us that
[16:48]this world was created 4 000 years ago and will last for
[16:51]another 4 000 years ago this church used to tell us that
[16:58]this earth was a flat and this earth is the center of
[17:02]the universe all the constellations the stars moon and sun and everything
[17:09]are revolving around our planet earth because we are the center of
[17:17]the universe the church also said that we cannot explain everything but
[17:22]you have to take it faithfully there are many things that we
[17:30]cannot explain it is beyond the scope of explanation but you as
[17:36]an adherent to religion a devout religious person you need to believe
[17:40]in our doctrine our doctrine says that behind this universe there is
[17:48]an entity called god and the monks and the priests are the
[17:53]medium between people and this supernatural entity god so when you put
[18:03]those five six points bullet points together which one of them is
[18:08]true none to them they tell you first of all earth is
[18:14]not a flat second it was not the center of the universe
[18:18]third it was not a created four thousand years ago and who
[18:23]says that is gonna disappear in four thousands ago fourth the medium
[18:29]between the supernatural and the people should not be the priests and
[18:32]the monks so out of those five pawns four of them has
[18:39]been proven to be false so the existence of god also might
[18:47]be false because we got it from this backward entity the church
[18:51]in the medieval time used to tell us this therefore we rejected
[18:58]that all together second if you say that god has created the
[19:04]universe then who created god if you say that god doesn't need
[19:12]a creator then the universe also doesn't need a creator how come
[19:17]god doesn't need a creator but the universe needs a creator and
[19:21]when we tell you who made the universe you saw god well
[19:26]if god doesn't need a creator then the universe also does not
[19:33]need a creator third scientific evidence in the past 300 400 years
[19:41]demonstrated that the processes though those living things that we have all
[19:52]can be explained through science through biology through evolution and that can
[19:59]this can solve the problem of the issue of god existence this
[20:05]is an intellectual point of view added to that the performance of
[20:12]the religious institutions how many of those religious institutions really stand up
[20:19]by their words don't you look at the scandals in the church
[20:23]in the catholic church don't you look at the fanatic groups in
[20:28]islam those who kill people under the name of god don't you
[20:35]see the fightings under the name of god that takes a place
[20:39]the fairy tale life style of those priests and religious ministers in
[20:46]the church what does that have to do with the holy person
[20:52]for example like jesus jesus according to you guys to your history
[20:57]used to have a simple life nowaday look at a religious minister
[21:03]for example to one of those evangelical churches he owns a private
[21:07]jet he has a palace he owns big high-rise buildings in downtown
[21:13]areas this is a fairy tale lifestyle fooling people out of fooling
[21:23]people you know they are making living under the name of god
[21:26]therefore we should reject this type of business each religion have opened
[21:35]the business under the name of god worship all of them of
[21:40]course they include all religions and to be honest with you brothers
[21:45]and sisters some of their point bear truth when you see a
[21:53]scholar when you see a priest a man of god so much
[21:58]preoccupied with worldly desires you can tell that this person is a
[22:05]businessman he is not a man of god rasool allah whenever you
[22:25]see a scholar when you see a scholar only preoccupied with his
[22:38]dunya then always be suspicious and be careful not to fall in
[22:44]hesita when someone preoccupied with something it meaning he means that he's
[22:54]so close to that thing therefore be careful so this is the
[23:01]second point and the third point that they reject the notion of
[23:08]god is that from a psychological point of view or personal suffering
[23:13]someone who sees so much war so much evil mass murders killing
[23:21]oppression they say how could a loving god a merciful god a
[23:29]wise god would allow such kind of things to happen if he
[23:36]allows it then he is no longer a merciful god if he
[23:41]doesn't allow it and unable to then he is no god therefore
[23:46]they have hard time to reconcile between evil in this world and
[23:52]the existence of god because a merciful god a wise god a
[23:59]god who has mercy and beneficence to everybody cannot accept any injustice
[24:07]cannot accept wars cannot accept pain cannot accept the deceased for example
[24:11]die from a simple thing without bringing curement to him so these
[24:18]are basically three or four points that atheists repeated all the time
[24:24]to justify their own notion again let me repeat what they say
[24:30]they say that from a psychological point of view those religious people
[24:37]believe in god because of their emotion because they need support because
[24:44]they need security that's why they turn to a notion of god
[24:50]while the atheists out of their intellect and rationality reject the notion
[24:56]of god how should we answer to those of course keep in
[24:59]mind i'm going to go back again to the psychology of atheism
[25:03]again before we dwell into the answers you see brothers and sisters
[25:15]in epistemology in knowledge in science when you take a field of
[25:24]science for anything that you claim you need to have a proof
[25:27]verify that when you say for example that the cells of a
[25:36]human being are different from the cells of the plant you have
[25:40]to have a proof when you say the cells of the plant
[25:44]are different from the cells of bacteria you have to have a
[25:49]full proof any notion this is what reason tells you whatever you
[25:54]claim you need to have evidence and verification so when i negate
[26:02]god when i tell you and i am an atheist and i
[26:03]tell you prove to me if god exists the burden of proof
[26:10]is also on me i also should approve that god does not
[26:16]exist i cannot take the benefit of doubt and i throw the
[26:19]argument on your court the burden of a proof will be on
[26:25]those religious group to prove that god exists while atheists you know
[26:30]sit idle and just negate and rebut the answers an atheist also
[26:36]has the burden to prove that god does not exist just by
[26:42]claiming that god doesn't exist it doesn't make sense allah says in
[26:53]for anything you do any notion you believe in any ideology any
[27:00]creed you believe in you must know the evidence you must know
[27:07]the reason even when you believe in god even when you are
[27:10]a true muslim when someone asks you why you're a muslim what
[27:15]should be our answers because our parents were muslims and our greater
[27:21]grandparents were muslims that is rejected in fact allah subhanahu wa ta'ala
[27:26]scorns those people whom when they are asked why you are in
[27:31]such kind of ideology and agreed and they say because our parents
[27:34]are like that god scorns them it says that in this ayah
[27:42]says when a messenger comes and tell the people why you are
[27:53]for example worshiping idols what is their answers we are just following
[28:05]the footsteps of our forefathers this claim is wrong whether you are
[28:14]an idol worshiper or you are a muslim you need to know
[28:18]the answer without an answer we have a trouble therefore the scholars
[28:23]say in al suladin the five tenants of islam to those you
[28:35]cannot say that i am emulating someone i am emulating it should
[28:41]be very clear to us that god exists so the same thing
[28:47]with the atheist it should be clear to them that god does
[28:52]not exist they should bring a proof that god does not exist
[28:58]that does not exist interestingly in my trip to detroit when i
[29:02]was coming from middle east we were in the line to board
[29:07]the aircraft and an elderly gentleman was in front of me somehow
[29:13]the discussion of heaven and hell opened up all of a sudden
[29:19]he turned back and told me prove to me that there is
[29:24]heaven imagine we have only two to three minutes to board the
[29:28]aircraft what should i tell him i told him i don't know
[29:31]i cannot approve it to you he said because i don't believe
[29:34]in it i said okay if you say that you don't believe
[29:39]in it then you prove to me that it is not existent
[29:42]you want me to prove to you that heaven exists you prove
[29:45]to me that heaven does not exist thought for one minute said
[29:50]yeah you're right then what should we say when i told him
[29:54]you should say i don't know we don't know i don't know
[29:59]and you don't know is that good he said okay that's fair
[30:05]then i told him okay now that you don't know and i
[30:10]don't know there is a rule of logic that tell you it's
[30:16]better to be safe than sorry if we die and you haven't
[30:22]done your homework if there isn't anything we haven't lost we haven't
[30:28]gained anything we're gone but if it turned to be something and
[30:33]you have not done your homework what will happen to you you
[30:35]will end up in hell right so it's better rule of logic
[30:40]tells you be safe then sorry because when they say that there
[30:47]is nothing exist it means that after death nothing nothing will happen
[30:51]to us whether we have worshiped or have not worshipped nothing halas
[30:56]is gone but if it turns to be there is something then
[31:00]are we prepared for that moment so the first question when you
[31:07]confront an atheist and they say prove to me god exists you
[31:10]tell them you will prove to me that god doesn't exist otherwise
[31:13]say we don't know so that's question number one the second point
[31:21]that i wanted to bring it here when the atheists reject the
[31:27]notion of god one say there is no god which god they
[31:34]are talking about have we identified the subject which supernatural what is
[31:41]the trait of that supernatural what is the sense of that supernatural
[31:46]are we talking about the god of a christianity or the god
[31:54]of judaism or the god of muslims right let's choose gods of
[32:02]muslim which god the god of the wahhabis or the god of
[32:10]the sufis or the god of martesella or the god of asha'rah
[32:15]or the god of salafis or the god of which one you
[32:22]tell me we have so many gods i tell you unfortunately yes
[32:28]look at the definitions look at what our scholars say for example
[32:34]we have one person it's called sheikh al-islam islam ahmadine who is
[32:43]the ideologue of the salafis and wahhabis in his book tel besel
[32:50]he narrates from the prophet peace be upon him that the prophet
[32:56]has seen his lord how here it says that the prophet has
[33:02]said is muhammad [Music] claims that this hadith from the prophet the
[33:30]prophet has a dream in his dream in his sleep of course
[33:36]the dreams of the prophet should be true it's unlike our dreams
[33:40]the dream of the prophet meaning it's a fact so the prophet
[33:47]has dreamed his lord god how the sword is a young man
[33:54]that still does not have beard yet meaning you know 14 years
[33:59]old 13 years old 15 years old gentlemen has plenty of curly
[34:08]hairs have you watched um you know do you are you a
[34:17]fan of soccer and football you remember diego maradona so he had
[34:21]curly hairs so this guy says that my lord from the word
[34:28]of the prophet that has plenty of curly hairs fee raul so
[34:36]this is the god of he attributed to the prophets now let's
[34:42]look at the god of ali buddhism attributing flesh body wearing nice
[34:56]dress has hair has eyes has face this is his lord right
[35:00]men made out of matter and flesh while quran explicitly says there
[35:08]is nothing similar to him now how does allah describe his lord
[35:16]he says woman woman woman whoever gives attribute to god physical attribute
[35:27]in fact he has a framed god put a frame around god
[35:32]god is the limitless becomes a frame man whoever frames god can
[35:44]give it a number one two three four five when you give
[35:50]to something number it is finite or infinite becomes finite because two
[35:56]is bigger than one you say one billion you say one equal
[36:05]trillion you say one to the power of two hundred still there
[36:07]is one number greater than that one to the power of 201
[36:13]so whenever you give to something a number meaning that it became
[36:21]finite it's not not infinite anymore says someone who gives attribute to
[36:27]god in fact has prayed put him in a frame woman this
[36:39]god is no more god he's not a primordial he is emergent
[36:48]so when those atheists negate god and we tell them why you're
[36:54]negating god should we ask ourselves what god which god they are
[36:57]talking about maybe the god that they negate and they disapprove and
[37:03]they dismiss i myself also disapprove the god of ben eventamia i
[37:07]myself disapproved before them so we probably not on the same page
[37:13]we need to define the supernatural okay this is the second thing
[37:21]now let's go to the universe or god when they said okay
[37:26]if god has created the universe then who has it created god
[37:32]you see brothers and sisters we have a rule of logic again
[37:37]a principle of logic that is called the law of causality cause
[37:43]and effect let's say now we saw the window is shattered god
[37:49]forbid what should we ask ourselves did it happen by itself just
[37:56]out of a blue impossible something has happened either a wind or
[38:02]a rock or a bullet or something has shattered the window it
[38:08]must have a cause this connection between cause and effect is a
[38:15]logical rule meaning it is universal it is a place a space
[38:18]and time independent anywhere you go you will ask anything that happens
[38:24]you say how did it happen how did it become here it
[38:30]must have a cause are we with me are we on the
[38:34]same page now now let's talk about the universe so if the
[38:40]universe is a primordial meaning it has been like this forever never
[38:46]has a starting point then it is pointless to say who created
[38:53]the universe because the universe is there you can't tell how did
[38:58]it create it is there we don't know how but it didn't
[39:02]have a start point since it doesn't have a start point we
[39:06]can fairly say that there is no cause to this universe the
[39:11]same thing with god the god that we are talking about if
[39:17]it's a primordial then we cannot say who created god if it's
[39:21]emergent whether it is god or universe we should say how did
[39:27]it start isn't this logical did you get the point you see
[39:32]my point if it's emergent meaning it has a start point immediately
[39:37]you should say how did it start and who has it started
[39:41]it whether it is a god or universe right now in 1929
[39:49]a scientist called edwin hubble put an end to the argument whether
[39:58]the universe is a primordial or emergent or it has a start
[40:02]in nineteen twenty nine he used his telescope and came up with
[40:11]this hypothesis that this universe has a start how he saw that
[40:17]galaxies are drifting apart they are separating from each other meaning that
[40:24]at one point they were what convergent they were together at one
[40:28]point they were one and then they started to separate and separate
[40:36]and separate according to edwin hubble who came up with this theory
[40:41]called big bang theory big bang theory tells you that the universe
[40:47]all of a sudden started it from a single point that point
[40:53]had is called the point of convergence and all of a sudden
[40:56]time space and matter existed before that none of those were existent
[41:06]no time no space and no matter those are three things so
[41:13]the minute you say that the universe started to exist you should
[41:20]ask how did it start it should have a cause beyond cause
[41:26]it is impossible when you say that this god is made of
[41:34]matter it means that matter had a point to start because before
[41:38]that point no matter existed therefore you say that this god also
[41:43]should have a creator somebody has given him a flesh somebody has
[41:49]given him his address to where otherwise a god with a matter
[41:56]cannot be primordial you see the point therefore you see the only
[42:03]definition that fits the true supernatural that can create this universe and
[42:12]this universe has a start and is an emergent and the supernatural
[42:15]has created is the definition in those few minutes that are remaining
[42:29]let's talk about the psychology of atheism there is a psychologist he's
[42:35]a professor emeritus at university of new york ny university new york
[42:41]university is that right nyu his name is paul vitz this guy
[42:49]is a psychologist throughout his career he studied the relationship between psychology
[42:56]and atheism and he found that the existence of father play a
[43:05]major sacra psychological role in shaping up our opinion about the existence
[43:12]of supernatural or non-existence of supernatural he wrote a book called the
[43:20]faith of the fatherless i recommend that you read it in this
[43:27]book he says that look at those who have acclaimed that god
[43:34]does not exist look at their life style go back to their
[43:39]childhood their young adult and read their biography you see that they
[43:46]suffered from their father their fathers were defective their father eve their
[43:55]fathers either were non-existent they didn't exist or if they have existed
[44:01]they were defunct they were not up to task take for example
[44:08]sigmund freud who is the father of the school of psychoanalysis who
[44:12]came up with this notion that religion is nothing but a wish
[44:19]fulfillment of our own childish desires for protection and security it's through
[44:26]his own biographers not palpates rather the biographers of sigmund freud they
[44:33]talk about the father of sigmund troy freud they show that this
[44:40]guy named jacob was a weak father first of all financially was
[44:46]not doing well second was very weak and coward he was a
[44:55]jew so when people would harass them and those anti-semitic comes come
[45:02]and and denigrate him he could not stand up to them unlike
[45:06]sigmund freud who was very courageous and would stand up against whoever
[45:11]you know bash bashes the jews his father was very calm his
[45:19]father was laid back never got into would not allow himself to
[45:23]god into to get into any trouble even if he get harassed
[45:26]even if he gets you know punished sometimes also they tell you
[45:33]that his life style has some sort of a perversion if you
[45:36]know what i mean also he was ritualistically religious reading the torah
[45:45]reading the old testament going to the temple practicing this but he
[45:51]was defunct relying on others that has mortified sigmund freud showed strong
[45:59]resentment toward his father always would fight with his father to stand
[46:04]up to thee to those who harass him fight with his father
[46:10]to go and find suitable job and work and provide for his
[46:13]family this is who sigmund freud take karl marx the same thing
[46:20]karl marx in his own writings you know he scorned his father
[46:26]and very critical of his father karl marx again a jew was
[46:32]a member of a family that the entire family members were rabbis
[46:39]he was the only one who deviated from you know rabbinism not
[46:45]being a rabbi he was very critical of his father look at
[46:52]hume look at sartre he indicates 16 17 of those psychologists and
[46:59]atheists including richard dawkins they had a troubled childhood either their their
[47:06]fathers died at early age or they they were defunct therefore he
[47:12]came up with this hypothesis it is called the defective father hypothesis
[47:18]whoever did not have a good relationship with his father or was
[47:23]it troubled by the absence of his father had very hard time
[47:28]to believe in the heavenly father and the merciful god now this
[47:35]is an experiment he did reading the biographies of those people his
[47:40]control meaning the positive control you know he needs to compare the
[47:45]atheist with the non-atheist so he chose the prominent theist who believed
[47:51]in god like pascal and and and others five and six of
[47:56]them when he looked at their biography he see that they had
[48:01]very good relationship with their fathers they had a normal lifestyle therefore
[48:08]he come up with this idea that atheism is not a rational
[48:14]thing rather it is a psychological problem and it has to do
[48:20]with their troubled childhood i took too much of your time please
[48:24]accept my apologies may allah in conclusion brothers and sisters again let
[48:29]me repeat one thing and we conclude whether we believe in god
[48:33]or god forbid we don't believe in god we should be a
[48:35]certain we should know why we believe in god we should study
[48:41]you are masha'allah educated you go to college tomorrow many of you
[48:48]have already gone to college you will face numerous people in the
[48:51]academia that they tell you we don't believe in god we believe
[48:56]in science you need to explain to them at least you should
[49:01]defend your own position you should know why you have become you
[49:05]know a theist and chose to believe in god foreign brothers and
[49:38]sisters in a few more minutes
