[0:43]laws we were talking about what happens when a person forgets one

[0:50]of the two SAS in the last of Salat all right we

[0:58]said here we had three scenarios two shared the same H the

[1:02]same law and one had a different law the three scenarios were

[1:08]number one the person remembers that he forgot the last s in

[1:14]his prayer right after he finishes T before he does any of

[1:20]the invalidator of prayer the second scenario was that he remembers he

[1:26]forgot one s from the last after and after he does one

[1:34]of the invalidator of prayer but what kind of invalidator the one

[1:38]that only invalidates her prayer if done willfully and the third scenario

[1:46]was he remembers that he forgot the S after and after he

[1:52]does uh a deed which invalidates the prayer whether it's done willfully

[2:00]or due to unawareness those were the three scenarios and we mentioned

[2:02]the H for each so I will not repeat the yes he

[2:18]forgets One S from the last yeah one s from the last

[2:26]we mentioned the details of of of those uh theam sorry the

[2:29]the laws regarding those scenarios last week yes for for the last

[2:48]we're not talking about acceptance here we're talking about what should be

[2:52]done for the Salat to be valid right so in order for

[2:57]the Salah to be valid in the last scenario we said that

[3:00]the person would have to do you'd have to do and it

[3:04]would be best to do also no just just that just that

[3:24]all right today inshallah we're going to look at a few details

[3:32]regarding um making up and making up after the one of the

[3:37]brothers had requested um to know more about this topic inallah we're

[3:48]we stopped with the chapter of this has to do with by

[3:54]the way with the chapter regarding mistakes and errors in prayer and

[4:45]said if someone forgot one s from a particular whether we're talking

[4:55]about the first second third or fourth does not make a difference

[4:58]bear in mind of course that the uh the some of them

[5:05]do not have four right some do not have three one of

[5:15]them does not have three which is right um anyhows he says

[5:20]if someone forgot one of the sjat from a particular and he

[5:27]did not remember that he had forgotten the S until he did

[5:31]then he must he must do after the prayer this is something

[5:38]we mentioned multiple times he says based on mandatory precaution he should

[5:52]perform after if he must perform okay here we go to the

[6:02]board to elaborate a little bit on what sayani said yeah right

[6:33]we have to understand that we have something called we have something

[6:46]called and then we have something called or these are three different

[7:01]Deeds three different acts okay we did mention before that they're different

[7:07]but I want to elaborate a little bit more so that the

[7:11]picture is really clear it's done when a person doubts between that

[7:30]a C okay when there is doubt in the amount of theas

[7:57]that were done okay a very clear example is a person is

[8:12]let's say in in the third of and he doubts am I

[8:21]in the third or the fourth and the doubt remains as it

[8:25]is meaning he he he doesn't know he's confused and he's unsure

[8:32]it's possible he that he's in the third and it's possible that

[8:39]he's in the in the fourth okay he doesn't incline towards one

[8:43]of the more than the other so he's in a state of

[8:49]doubt and the doubt is it's constant if there was a greater

[8:55]chance that he was in let's say number three he would consider

[8:57]himself in the third if there was a greater chance that he

[9:02]was in number four he'd consider himself in number four but when

[9:06]when the doubt is constant it means that he's unsure and for

[9:13]him there is no greater chance that he's in this or that

[9:17]in this case what should he do according to he considers that

[9:23]he is in the fourth he completes the prayer as if he's

[9:30]in the fourth okay and then he gets up and perform and

[9:34]that's it his prayer will be correct later on we'll we'll talk

[9:40]in detail regarding uhhuh so this is has to do with what

[10:04]with doubting between the doubting in the right so we said there

[10:08]two they they are two sjas done after the prayer when certain

[10:38]things or deeds happen in the prayer like what we said like

[10:55]someone speaks due to unawareness e for example someone says in his

[11:33]prayer he's not saying it willfully in this case after the prayer

[11:40]he has to do also called is that is this the only

[11:46]case in which he has to do no there are other cases

[11:51]too is basically what we're looking at right now and that is

[11:58]making up One S or the after prayer meaning after you done

[12:22]your Salat you make up the s or the T okay he

[12:38]saying if someone has to perform if someone has to perform then

[12:51]and he also has to make up the s or the and

[13:04]he has to make up the S then should be done after

[13:11]make sense so in the case of the person who uh doubted

[13:17]between the third and the fourth and his doubt was constant we

[13:26]said after the Salah he considers himself in the fourth after the

[13:30]Sal is done he gets up for he does one and he

[13:37]finishes is he done after he finishes he makes up the s

[13:55]yes and yes so if he doubted in in the in the

[14:13]such that he had to do to fix the possible mistake then

[14:19]comes first and if in the same Salat he had missed that

[14:24]he was not able to uh to um perform in theat because

[14:30]he had reached a point where he could not go back then

[14:33]he does after what if there's no well there's then he does

[14:42]only right yeah exactly yeah has to do with yeah so the

[15:10]doubt is gone the okay so the doubt changed and he was

[15:17]doubting and now he's he's not doubting anymore he's he knows that

[15:24]he's in this he he um he considers himself in that and

[15:28]continues his his prayer father Yes No when when a person doubts

[15:41]uh in his in uh and obviously the doubt is the is

[15:48]constant in or the becomes void yeah he has to repeat it

[15:55]problem in such a scenario where he has to do both this

[16:02]is it better for to just his spirit and start again I

[16:07]can't say it's better can't say it's better um as who he

[16:15]why make it void when he can fix the the mistake right

[16:20]but I mean fixing the mistake you have to do more actions

[16:26]right you have and you have to do uh no uh I

[16:31]I I'd say it's less actions right because if he's doubting and

[16:36]he can fix the the the mistake then he has at least

[16:44]two recards that are done the first and second are already done

[16:48]right but I wouldn't say it's more more actions or more work

[16:54]because if he repeats the Salat he has four it C to

[16:58]do [Laughter] peace of mind yeah in all cases I can't say

[17:05]it's better yeah can't say it's better but he can do that

[17:08]I remember in the chapter of it says that you can you

[17:14]can make it void let me just double check yeah let me

[17:16]double check they say Islamic laws you know they they run away

[17:25]from your memory anyhows right let me share with you a Hadith

[17:49]here found in about it's always nice to look at the words

[17:58]of before we continue with what mentioned so if we go to

[18:27]or I'll mention the chapter it's so the title of the chapter

[24:22]was standing he remembered that he had not performed the second s

[24:30]his comment he said so long that he did not enter let

[24:37]him perform that s which he missed meaning he goes back right

[24:44]and he does then after that what what does he do he

[24:46]does all of the Deeds that need to be done after the

[24:51]suud in order okay says but if he went into and then

[25:03]after the he remembered that he had not done the second s

[25:08]then let him continue his prayer he said let him continue his

[25:15]prayer and then let him keep on doing whatever needs to be

[25:22]done until he does t after T he should do that s

[25:25]he says meaning he must make it up one might tell me

[25:36]didn't we already mention that yeah we did but not in we

[25:38]mentioned the I wanted to share AI by the im looking at

[25:45]the words of is always important and uh and beautiful right it

[25:50]gives you a a feeling of of tranquility and you start to

[25:53]realize more that the fwa of our do not come from you

[26:07]F these verdicts are based on the words of the Holy Quran

[26:11]and the words of yes cuity um is there a difference between

[26:20]realizing you miss something somebody pointing it out to you for example

[26:48]mean to you I believe Mak sense you believe him you believe

[26:51]him after you finish your prayer he notifies you that you missed

[26:56]a few things in the Salat yeah so now in this case

[26:59]in case you uh you know that you missed something in your

[27:04]Salah right the ruling would be the same as as you remembering

[27:07]after the the Salah yeah uh in the sense in what sense

[27:14]in you know that you missed you missed these these um these

[27:19]Deeds yeah if I didn't believe him I canre or if someone

[27:28]notifies you and don't believe him let say you're not I'm not

[27:32]saying you're convinced that he's lying you're just not convinced whether he

[27:34]says the truth okay so here the theam of Doubt would would

[27:44]uh would be applied make sense theam of Doubt so if someone

[27:49]mean if someone tells me that I did something in the prayer

[27:56]but I'm convinced that he's that he's mistaken okay um I know

[28:00]that I did not make a mistake I know for sure I

[28:04]did not make the mistake that he's mentioning then I don't have

[28:07]to repeat my my my prayer right um then again if he

[28:13]instills doubt in my heart he he says something I'm unsure whether

[28:21]he is saying the truth as in he's he's right or wrong

[28:25]it's possible that he's right and it's possible that he's wrong wrong

[28:28]so now I have doubt so here theam of doubting in the

[28:34]prayer uh doubting in your prayer after the prayer would would apply

[28:38]yeah make sense Yeah you mentioned the whether you did the S

[28:55]we mentioned it before uh I believe last year or the or

[28:57]the years before yeah when you doubt in a in doing a

[29:02]specific deed in Sal you're still in the prayer and you doubt

[29:05]whether you did it or not then you have to do it

[29:09]mean let's say I'm sitting down and now I doubt that I

[29:14]do only one SJ or two sagas I know I did at

[29:19]least one but I doubt that I do one or two sjas

[29:24]then it's wag on me to perform an exra S yeah because

[29:26]I'm sure of one and I'm doubting in two yeah but doubts

[29:30]have their own rulings by the way the ruling is not always

[29:38]the same for for the doubt it all depends on what are

[29:41]you doubting in sometimes the doubt happens inside the prayer sometimes it

[29:48]happens outside the prayer meaning after you finish the Salah make sense

[29:53]sometimes they're doubting in sometimes you're doubting in in the Deeds not

[29:59]the whole not the number of the you're in you're doubting in

[30:02]the the the action itself did you do it or not so

[30:07]the the rulings will differ uh it's always the same ruling we

[30:12]we can cover the rulings of Doubt or doubting if you guys

[30:18]like in the near future inah because we're almost done with so

[30:33]yeah just to Ure I'm I'm not saying anything wrong if the

[30:39]if ah if after the Salah Ahmed notifies you that you missed

[30:43]a few a few uh segments of the prayer and now you

[30:49]realize that yeah you did miss them right due to then here

[30:55]uh depending on what was missed you'll you'll know what you have

[31:00]have to do whether the Salat is void or the Salat is

[31:03]uh valid right yeah yesp is it him to is it w

[31:13]I'm not sure is it w to point it out I'll have
