يتحدث هذا الخطاب المسجل عن فتوى الدفاع المقدس الصادرة عن سماحة السيد السيستاني لمواجهة تنظيم 11، ويؤكد على أن الفتوى كانت تدعو لـالدفاع عن العقد الاجتماعي العراقي وليس للجهاد أو موجهة للشيعة فقط. يشير المتحدث إلى أن الغرب كان يخطط لحرب ضد د11 تستمر 20 إلى 30 عامًا، لكن الاستجابة الفورية من قلة قليلة من المقاتلين الأوائل الذين لبوا النداء في بدايته أسقطت هذه المقولة وغيرت موازين القوى بسرعة. كما يستعرض الخطاب خلفية الفكر التكف---ير1ي الذي أدى لظهور د11، ويشدد على ضرورة توثيق دور الفتوى في التاريخ العراقي الحديث. يُذكر الخطاب بـمساحة الأراضي الكبيرة التي سقطت في أيدي د11 خلال ساعات قليلة، ويثني على صمود الرعيل الأول الذي دافع عن البلاد.

God created representatives of Him on Earth to convey His message to the people. They are pure, infallible creations of God. Muhammad (s), the final and most beloved messenger of God, is the most perfect of creation, so is it acceptable to say that his heart had to be purified when he was a child and Gabriel opened his chest to do that? If the Nabi, Abd Allah, the servant of God would have this clot in his heart where Shaytan is free to enter and exit as he pleases, does this not contradict with what is said in the Book of God? Does this fabricated hadith not imply that Shaytan has power over the Prophet, he can whisper whatever he wills to him and pollute his heart? How can this be, when Allah (swt) says in the Quran, “Indeed, My servants, no authority will you (Shaytan) have over them, except those who follow you of the deviators.” (15:42) Allah swt created Muhammad, Al-Mustafa (the Chosen One), free of imperfections. The Lord of ‘Be and it is’ is not capable of creating the most perfect of humankind?
