It is our hope that this year’s Annual Conference will embody, in spirit and letter, a modest attempt at rooting our pursuit of knowledge in the sacred foundations of Islam by examining the demands that religion places upon the faithful, and whether the truths it articulates can be ‘negotiated’ or cast-aside based upon how one ‘feels’.

Please join us, that together we might explore what it means to renovate our own selves, and with the help of God, emerge with a better understanding of the roles that faith, reason, and feeling play in meaningful religious experience.
