[0:14]Alhamdulillah.
[0:55]Muhammadu.
[1:06]Foreign Yeah.
[2:05]for Allah.
[2:36]Continuing with our discussion about surah number 49.
[2:54]We started our discussion with the first ayah.
[3:00]All those who believe do not go ahead.
[3:08]Do not put yourself ahead of and Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala.
[3:15]Whatever Allah subhanana wa ta'ala commands, you need to follow.
[3:20]Whatever says, you have to follow.
[3:22]And we discussed over the past couple of nights about the greatness
[3:30]of as well as we also discussed about some of the ayat
[3:35]that may require some clarification because at first they may suggest the
[3:41]prophet sallallahu alaihi wasall some shortcomings but once we look at them
[3:47]deeper we realize no in fact they are praising sahal and the
[3:51]prophet Prophet sallallahu alaihi wasall is indeed infallible, impeccable.
[3:58]He's sinless, mistakeless, and he is the greatest of Allah's creation and
[4:04]the most perfect of his creation.
[4:05]The next words in that first ayah, when Allah says, "Do not
[4:12]get ahead.
[4:13]Do not put yourself ahead of Allah and his messenger," Allah says.
[4:19]And then Allah says, Have God conscious, fear Allah, remember Allah subhanahu
[4:27]wa ta'ala.
[4:29]Surely Allah is all hearing, all aware.
[4:33]And whatever you sit down and maybe discuss privately, Allah is hearing
[4:40]of this discussion.
[4:40]Whatever you hide in your chest, Allah is aware of what you're
[4:46]hiding in your chest.
[4:47]Allah knows what your nias are, what your intentions are.
[4:51]So he's all aware and this is important brothers and sisters because
[4:58]one of the goals of the holy month of Ramadan is Allah
[5:04]says in fasting has been prescribed upon you.
[5:18]the just as it has been prescribed upon those before you so
[5:26]that you may attain.
[5:27]So what is brothers and sisters is something that stems from the
[5:35]inside.
[5:36]It's a feeling in the heart where a mu where a person
[5:41]does everything that in Allah's obedience and tries to refrain from anything
[5:45]that's of his disobedience.
[5:46]Allah for example says don't look at something that's haram does not
[5:52]look at the haram don't listen to music and haram music and
[5:56]all this does not listen to all that stuff wear your hijab
[6:01]for example don't put makeup when you go out in public a
[6:05]lady who's she does these things your salat on time don't delay
[6:13]your salat tries to pray salat on time to the best of
[6:17]his ability, does not delay his salat and so on so forth.
[6:24]That's one.
[6:25]Second, the does all of these things purely for the sake of
[6:29]Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala.
[6:30]He doesn't care about what people know, what people learn.
[6:34]It's between him and Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala.
[6:39]Where do we find this?
[6:39]Inah Allah says all those who believe fear Allah or have God
[6:55]consciousness and let a self remember what has it prepared for tomorrow.
[7:00]What does tomorrow mean here?
[7:03]It means tomorrow like Sunday the what day?
[7:06]the day of judgment or or the time when we die and
[7:12]leave this dunya because that's when the reality strikes and the be
[7:16]prepared death is so close to you as if it's coming to
[7:21]you tomorrow and indeed subhan allah how many people have we seen
[7:24]loved ones who were with us today for example and tomorrow the
[7:30]next day they left us have we not experienced this it is
[7:34]said his death is mentioned in the Quran.
[7:44]The death of you know interestingly two prophets deaths are mentioned in
[7:50]the Quran only two one is and the other one is alam
[7:56]had 12 sons mashallah 12 sons and his sons were gathered around
[8:04]his bed at the time of his death in Bakar okay his
[8:08]12 sons could not help him when the time of death came
[8:11]the time of death came.
[8:14]Even if you have 12 sons, they will not be able to
[8:19]help you at that moment.
[8:21]You guys know mashallah the kingdom he had the jin, the ants,
[8:26]the animals, you know, something like a fairy tale when you hear
[8:29]about it.
[8:30]But the Quran tells us he had everything under his disposal.
[8:33]Allah gave him these things under his disposal.
[8:35]So he had all this power yet all this power did it
[8:41]manage to keep death away from him?
[8:43]No.
[8:43]Subhan Allah.
[8:43]Those two prophets, one of them had 12 sons.
[8:46]Allah mentioned his death in the Quran.
[8:48]The other one had all these kingdoms and all these power.
[8:53]And Allah also mentioned his death.
[8:55]At the time when they built him a chamber and he said,
[9:01]I don't want anyone to enter this chamber.
[9:04]So they built him and he went inside.
[9:07]He finds someone coming in and he's overseeing his kingdom and the
[9:14]jin and the ants and the animals, the humans, they're all seeing
[9:18]him from the window from up.
[9:20]He's leaning on his stick.
[9:21]Okay.
[9:22]Someone comes, he turns, he says, "Who are you?" I asked no
[9:28]one is to come here.
[9:28]He said, "Yes, but that doesn't include me." He said, "Who are
[9:36]you?
[9:39]Are you coming here to visit or to take?
[9:43]He said, I'm here to take.
[9:45]He said, why?
[9:47]There was no heads up.
[9:52]Send me an email, text message, something.
[9:58]He said, there were many heads up.
[10:04]He said, when?
[10:05]He said, "What happened to your father?" "Where is your father?" Dis
[10:11]said he died.
[10:13]"Where is your mother?
[10:14]Yan, she died." "Where is your son?" Yasan had a son who
[10:21]also passed away during his lifetime.
[10:22]He said, "My son died." He said, "So, how many more messages
[10:28]do you want?
[10:29]Your father died.
[10:32]Mother died.
[10:33]Son died.
[10:33]What does that tell you?
[10:36]What's going to happen to you eventually?
[10:38]So, how many more signs do you want?
[10:41]We've sent you all these signs.
[10:44]So, you see, brothers and sisters, one really, when you look at
[10:49]all this, you wonder, are we ready?
[10:50]Are we ready?
[10:52]And then he took his soul while he's leaning on the stick.
[10:55]You read this in the Quran.
[10:58]This is in the Quran.
[10:58]So the jin and the ants, the whole kingdom is in operation
[11:00]because they're thinking that he's still up there looking at them.
[11:05]They can't see him until Allah sends a termite, tiny little insect
[11:10]to chew on his stick and then he collapsed.
[11:12]When he collapsed, they realized that he's been dead for a while
[11:15]now.
[11:16]Subhan Allah.
[11:18]You see brothers and sisters when you look at this you say
[11:22]and subhan Allah how bad are we that we dare to disobey
[11:28]Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala this arrogance that sometimes fills our heart this
[11:35]animosity and hatred that we have against other people and what for?
[11:42]What for?
[11:43]We're all going to be in this hole down there.
[11:47]And then so brothers and sisters, it's important for us to have
[11:51]this.
[11:51]First of all, we try to do the wajat refrain from the
[11:57]muharamat and do everything purely for the sake of Allah subhanahu wa
[12:03]ta'ala.
[12:01]So be prepared.
[12:03]Let us prepare for what it has done for tomorrow.
[12:07]Tomorrow could be death or could be the day of judgment.
[12:09]And then Allah again says that second fear Allah some of the
[12:17]say it refers to when you do the actions do them for
[12:20]purely for the sake of Allah.
[12:24]People don't need to know who did what who donated.
[12:26]Allah knows who donated.
[12:31]People don't need to know that who gave.
[12:35]Allah knows who gave.
[12:36]Just say Allah knows who this is.
[12:39]So we need to overcome these little challenges and struggles that we
[12:46]have within ourselves.
[12:46]So Allah says Allah is all hearing.
[12:50]He hears everything you're saying and he's all aware of your intentions
[12:55]and your nas.
[12:54]Then Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala talks about something that happened.
[13:02]or those who believe don't raise your voices over the voice of
[13:11]now this is the remember I said if we were to summarize
[13:15]this surah in one word it would be manners manners of how
[13:19]to deal with how to deal with each other how to deal
[13:22]in the society the community etc etc so here what happened why
[13:31]were those two verses reveals the first one and the second one
[13:36]he narrates narrates in this ayah don't go ahead of Allah and
[13:50]his messenger what happened a group from came to become Muslims apparently
[13:58]this tribe is the same tribe that Abu Bakr belongs Abu Bakr
[14:06]is from Beniim.
[14:06]My dear brothers and sisters had 40 40 different tribes, subtribes.
[14:13]They're all from but you had for example Beni Hashim, Beni, Beni,
[14:18]Beni Beni, Beni and so on so forth.
[14:22]Okay, so you had 40 of them.
[14:22]Okay, the best of them is Beni Hashim.
[14:26]Of course, they were the leaders.
[14:27]They were the heads.
[14:29]Like Hashim, he was the head.
[14:31]his son Abdutalib was the head of Quraysh and then you had
[14:35]Abu Talib and so on so forth.
[14:38]So these guys were the heads of Quraysh they were the best.
[14:40]Then you had some other tribes some other groups who were also
[14:46]wealthy rich like Beni for example Abu Sufyan.
[14:51]You hear about Abu Sufyan he was richi like Abu Jah.
[14:54]You hear of Abu Jahal they were the rich people.
[14:57]So these were the elites.
[14:57]They were the the wealthy ones.
[14:59]Okay.
[15:02]So, Beni, Beni and Beni, Beni is the tribe of Omar the
[15:08]second.
[15:08]Those two were not they were not among the elites.
[15:12]They were among the kind of lower class if we may use
[15:13]that word.
[15:16]Okay.
[15:17]Nonetheless, at the time of fat Mecca when Mecca was con conquered,
[15:21]Beni came and they wanted to submit to Abu Bakr said to
[15:31]them because that's his tribe.
[15:32]He said to them, "Okay, why don't you guys choose so and
[15:37]so to be your spokesperson?
[15:37]Let so and so be your spokesperson.
[15:39]Someone by the name of Al doesn't matter." Omar said no no
[15:45]no no no no not that person choose so and so that
[15:47]person he's much better to be their spokesperson so they started fighting
[15:54]in front of Abu Bakr is telling him what you know this
[15:57]tribe better than me this is my tribe are you trying to
[16:01]make up something against my will I'm saying so and so should
[16:04]be the representative said no that person should be the represent and
[16:06]they started fighting in front of so the ayah was revealed Interestingly,
[16:13]Bkari says this, brothers and sisters, Bkari says this Bkari says the
[16:22]two good people, the two good people were about to be destroyed,
[16:27]to be perished.
[16:28]Why?
[16:29]Because they started arguing and shouting in front of Allah and the
[16:35]ayah was revealed about them.
[16:35]So, does that tell you, brothers and sisters, that all the Sahabah,
[16:42]all the companions were perfect?
[16:44]No, they weren't.
[16:46]Apparently, that tells you right there, not all the Sahaba were perfect.
[16:49]Some of them sometimes might argue amongst each other, fight amongst each
[16:53]other in front of.
[16:57]So we can't we can't we can't say all the Sahabah are
[17:02]perfect all the time and just because they're Sahabah that's it.
[17:05]We can't put them for example under the test and we start
[17:09]looking at their actions and looking at their deeds and looking at
[17:11]who they are.
[17:14]In another he says on the day of judgment he's narrating Bkari
[17:24]narrates some group of my companions will be brought forth and then
[17:29]they'll be taken away towards Jannam.
[17:32]So I will start calling will start calling my my companions my
[17:41]companions and a call will be given either by Allah or by
[17:44]an angel that you don't know what they did after you some
[17:51]of the companions this is saying some of the companions of will
[17:59]be taken to jennah because they did things after.
[18:01]Okay.
[18:02]So you see brothers and sisters.
[18:04]So those two men started arguing, fighting and then Allah revealed this
[18:11]ayah.
[18:15]You should not be talking in front of Allah like this.
[18:19]Okay.
[18:20]He will choose.
[18:20]Allah will choose or those guys will choose one to represent them.
[18:28]Okay.
[18:29]Now those guys come.
[18:29]Okay.
[18:32]Don't raise your voices above the voice of the prophet.
[18:44]Those people came this tribe comes and they started saying yeah Muhammad
[18:54]you know sallallahu alaihi wasall in front of them he's the prophet
[18:58]of Allah subhana wa ta'ala even from a worldly point of view
[19:01]he's the head of the state and he's the head of the
[19:05]state now the head of the state is sitting down he's su
[19:07]the prophet of Allah and they're coming y Muhammad You know Allah
[19:12]is saying be have some manners when you talk and don't don't
[19:16]talk like this to which also tells us brothers and sisters to
[19:20]the best of our ability we should try to address with respect
[19:26]some of the they say even when we write the name of
[19:31]some of the they say out of respect let's not just write
[19:38]for example Muhammad and then you say sa you SA they say
[19:44]no right out of respect to so some of the have that
[19:52]much respect to and to the when you come to the imam
[19:58]don't just say as say for example write it down out of
[20:04]respect out of respect all right then what the prophet sallallahu alaihi
[20:09]went inside his home and these people started calling him from outside
[20:16]the home you know outside noting the doorham you know like Allah
[20:22]is telling them what are you guys doing here you know Allah
[20:24]says most of those people who are calling you and that's out
[20:32]of respect huh out of respect Allah saying most people okay but
[20:35]all these guys you know they don't have These guys, what how
[20:41]how are they doing like how they treating you like this?
[20:43]Okay, if they wait until you come out to them, knock knock
[20:54]the door, be patient, let him come out and then he will
[21:00]discuss with you.
[20:59]He will deal with you.
[21:03]Don't you do like this to but then Allah out of his
[21:08]out of his mercy what does he say Allah is all forgiving
[21:13]all merciful okay those guys were ignorant Allah is willing to forgive
[21:17]them just don't go back to doing it again that's out of
[21:22]the of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala also in an ayah Allah says
[21:28]those who lower their voices is before and when they talk they
[21:35]talk with respect.
[21:34]They talk with dignity.
[21:36]Those those are the ones whom Allah tested them.
[21:44]These are the true they have forgiveness from Allah and they have
[21:54]a huge reward with Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala.
[21:56]So my dear brothers and my dear sisters these ayat suggest to
[22:04]us first of all not all the sahaba are perfect.
[22:10]Second, some of the sahaba used to shout in front of and
[22:13]argue and get into disagreements in front of.
[22:17]Third, one needs to respect and the family of to the best
[22:29]of one's ability so that Allah gives them tawa.
[22:33]This tawa my dear brothers and sisters have implications in duny and
[22:39]in the one of the implications of dunya is Allah subhana ta
[22:44]will give the some kind of light this light we don't see
[22:49]it it's not like a physical light like okay let's turn the
[22:52]lights off now and see who shines not that kind of light
[22:57]okay we're talking about a light where you see some those of
[23:00]you who've been to for example and you've been to meet some
[23:06]of the the when you go to see them subhan Allah you
[23:07]see some some kind of this aura that this has that is
[23:13]the we're talking about this aura this kind of respect that overwhelms
[23:18]the person when you see him Allah subhana wa ta'ala says in
[23:24]ayah 122 oh one who was dead but we revived him, revived
[23:32]him with what?
[23:37]And we gave him a light with which he walks with people.
[23:43]This death is the one who does not follow the im the
[23:49]narration says this is the imam.
[23:52]The Imam is the the Imam is the night, the guidance that
[23:57]gives you this guidance, this light.
[24:02]So alhamdulillah Allah made us among the of and he gives us
[24:06]the guide so that we can inshallah follow his path.
[24:10]Then this my dear brothers Allah also refers to it in ayah
[24:17]28.
[24:17]All those who believe fear Allah and believe in his messenger.
[24:26]He gives you two parts of his some of them they say
[24:34]and all right and he will give you a with which you
[24:38]walk.
[24:40]So how much is that?
[24:44]That depends on the level of the tawa.
[24:47]Some people their is 10%.
[24:48]So that's how much they have.
[24:50]Have you guys seen I don't know if you've seen those science
[24:53]experiments where they have tiny these little light bulbs.
[24:55]Have you seen those tiny little light bulbs?
[24:56]You put them in a lemon and then they start to to
[24:59]light up.
[25:00]If you haven't, you you can go take a look at them.
[25:02]They're tiny little light bulbs.
[25:03]You know, you put wires in a lemon and the and the
[25:07]electrons will start flowing and the light bulb will come on.
[25:10]But that light bulb is so tiny it would not even light
[25:11]anything.
[25:12]You know, it's just a tiny little B.
[25:14]Some people have that much light.
[25:15]Okay.
[25:15]Some people, no.
[25:16]Mashallah.
[25:16]Have you seen the projector light in a football field?
[25:19]You know that that that mashallah they have that much light.
[25:21]It just depends on the tawa.
[25:26]It ranks.
[25:23]It varies.
[25:25]It varies on how much inshallah on this holy month of Ramadan
[25:29]and tomorrow we're having we ask Allah inshallah to make us illuminate
[25:37]like the moon inshallah like the moon out of like how the
[25:39]moon illuminates to the people of the earth inshallah that's how our
[25:42]face is and even greater and brighter inshallahhammed Aliuhammed.
[25:53]Then on the day of judgment also ayah 12 when you see
[26:02]the day when you see the female and male male and female
[26:04]believers illuminates.
[26:11]It is said on the day of judgment there are no lights.
[26:17]What happens is people will be resurrected from their so and everyone's
[26:24]wearing his kan or her kan.
[26:25]Okay.
[26:26]And it is said it is said it is said uh on
[26:29]the day of judgment people will look at their kan and say
[26:32]oh this is good quality kan I'm wearing you know mashallah you
[26:34]know.
[26:35]So so when you bury someone bury them with good quality kan
[26:37]because apparently they'll look at their kan when they're resurrected.
[26:42]Okay.
[26:43]So they all have their kafan and they come out of their
[26:48]their graves.
[26:48]Some people their faces will illuminate the mash.
[26:52]They will illuminate.
[26:54]So they'll be like that these football projectors you know those those
[26:58]lights that project on the football field they will be illuminated.
[27:01]Some people will have enough light just so that they can walk
[27:03]you know just in front of them.
[27:04]they have it varies that N that you had in that will
[27:09]be there in the so that's how initially it will be people
[27:15]will be resurrected that way then eventually people will start to get
[27:20]segregated you know the will start going one way other people will
[27:24]start heading the other way so those other people the other people
[27:28]will be looking at the as the for example go towards the
[27:33]right for example the m go this way.
[27:35]The others go this way.
[27:35]Now, where do you think the light is going to be heading?
[27:40]To the right.
[27:41]So, what will those guys do?
[27:42]They'll be like, "Wait, wait, guys.
[27:44]Guys, hold on.
[27:45]Hold on." You know, can you give us some of that light?
[27:48]Please don't, don't leave us here in the darkness.
[27:49]Don't leave us alone.
[27:51]This is what the ayah says.
[27:54]Allah subhana wa ta'ala says, "Congratulations.
[28:01]You know, you have the and then the the hypocrites and the
[28:07]others say, "Wait, wait.
[28:09]Wait, wait.
[28:10]Don't go." So that we can get some of that light because
[28:14]now it's getting dark for us.
[28:15]That's when things start to segregate on the day of judgment.
[28:18]The will start heading one way and everyone else will be heading
[28:25]one way.
[28:23]Inshallah we're among the the says how about you people on the
[28:31]day of resurrection and your im is and he has the banner
[28:42]and you guys will follow your IM under his banner and where
[28:48]do you think he will take you?
[28:51]The imam says three times j to Allah al j to Allah
[28:55]al j to Allah inshallah will make us among the people of
[28:58]jah under the banner of aliham.
[29:06]So the the will have well they will have some illuminating in
[29:13]that is there we feel it somewhat from the but in the
[29:21]we will not only feel it we'll see it we'll see it
[29:31]no we will see all the good deeds and the bad deeds
[29:36]on that day.
[29:38]So my dear brothers and sisters, the whole of these ayat is
[29:44]telling us take care of your take care of your take care
[29:51]of because brothers and sisters there are only four things that will
[29:55]save us.
[30:03]your if you don't have im it's going to be tough and
[30:11]what else you need to do good deeds doing iman alone having
[30:18]the faith in the heart is good but as long as you
[30:23]don't describe that translated that into actions that's very limited it's not
[30:27]going to help us much we need to have in addition to
[30:33]The of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala.
[30:38]The of Allah.
[30:44]Oh Allah, I ask you by your that has encompassed everything.
[30:48]If it wasn't for the of Allah, none of us would make
[30:52]it to Jenna.
[30:53]None of us.
[30:55]You tell me how.
[30:56]I'll tell you the good deeds that we do, they're not so
[31:03]good.
[31:05]Today, today we all prayed.
[31:07]Alhamdulillah, right?
[31:10]Alhamdulillah.
[31:08]Inshallah, we all prayed.
[31:13]Inshallah, right?
[31:12]We prayed, we prayed, we prayed.
[31:15]Correct?
[31:15]If you think today only today, I'm not asking you a week,
[31:22]last week, only today.
[31:21]These five salats that you prayed those wajab salats that you prayed
[31:27]today out of 100% what percentage did we actually concentrate on Allah
[31:32]subhanahu wa ta'ala only today in was I really thinking about Allah
[31:40]I thinking about my business and my stocks and my family and
[31:44]my problems and my issues right and same thing with we pray
[31:47]how many of us were actually thinking about Allah subhana wa ta'ala
[31:52]and we're not thinking about something else.
[31:54]Okay?
[31:53]To the point where sometimes sometimes we finish our salat for example.
[31:59]We finish a lot of and you're thinking to yourself, did I
[32:02]do in my salat or did I not do?
[32:04]Has that not happened to us?
[32:06]Now, we just prayed salat and we can't remember what we did
[32:10]in did we do?
[32:12]Did we not do now salat is a good thing.
[32:12]Salat is obedience to Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala.
[32:15]We're not disobeying Allah and that's a good that's a good thing
[32:20]you're doing.
[32:19]But what is the quality of that?
[32:21]That good thing is embarrassing.
[32:23]This is the good thing we're doing.
[32:25]Imagine the sins we're doing.
[32:27]This is our good deeds.
[32:29]So you think this salat of ours is enough to take us
[32:31]to Jenna?
[32:33]If Allah subhana wa ta'ala tells me, hey, let me show you
[32:38]what you were thinking about in the salat.
[32:42]You know, I'd be embarrassed.
[32:43]If Allah, for example, imagine one of us here, Allah will tell
[32:46]us, I'm going to put it on the TV.
[32:48]What's your thinking during salat?
[32:49]I'm going to broadcast it on.
[32:53]We'd be ashamed.
[32:52]We'd be embarrassed.
[32:55]Okay.
[32:56]And that's our salat fasting.
[32:58]Today we're fasting.
[32:58]Alhamdulillah.
[32:59]How many times we sometimes backbite people while we're fasting?
[33:02]We talk about people while we're fasting.
[33:05]We look at the haram while we're fasting.
[33:08]We say things that we shouldn't be saying while we're fast.
[33:10]We're fasting.
[33:12]This is our fast.
[33:13]So what do we have?
[33:18]because he's so merciful.
[33:18]He's so merciful.
[33:21]He accepts from us.
[33:22]That's the third thing.
[33:24]It is said, brothers and sisters, there was a man who was
[33:27]he had an idol, an idol in front of him and he
[33:31]would call the idol.
[33:31]In Arabic, the name of the idol, the word for idol is
[33:36]idol.
[33:36]So this person was sitting down and calling ya.
[33:42]And then he made a mistake by accident.
[33:45]He said, you know, Allah subhana wa ta'ala replied, "Yes, my servant,
[34:00]what do you want?" The angel said, "Ya Allah, he was not
[34:06]calling you.
[34:07]He made a mistake." He said, "Then what is the difference between
[34:12]me and the idol that he's calling?" He's calling an idol.
[34:19]I am there.
[34:21]On the day of judgment, it is said that Allah subhanahu wa
[34:26]ta'ala will say to the angels, "Take so and so to Jannam."
[34:29]He doesn't make it to Jenna.
[34:32]So the angels will come and they will grab this individual and
[34:35]they will drag him.
[34:37]Now these moments are imagine the fear of the moment.
[34:39]When you're being dragged by the angels to then this person will
[34:49]look back Allah subhana wa ta'ala will say to the angel stop.
[34:52]So they'll stop.
[34:55]He would say my servant why did you look back?
[35:00]He said y I know I was bad in dunya.
[35:06]I know, but I had hope in your rahma.
[35:07]I know you're so merciful.
[35:12]You're so kind that I was hoping your rahma would overcome my
[35:17]sins.
[35:19]Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala will tell the angels, "Stop.
[35:24]This servant of mine is saying that his he was hoping in
[35:31]he did not have that hope in dunya.
[35:34]He he wasn't like that.
[35:35]Now that he saw the reality, now that he saw the truth,
[35:41]he's like that.
[35:44]But because of his hope, his his in my mercy, I'll let
[35:48]him go.
[35:49]Let him go.
[35:52]He can go to Jenna now.
[35:53]Now this suggests this individual was a mu because if he was
[35:55]not a mu he would not have made it to Jenna but
[35:59]maybe he's like some of us the where we have so many
[36:04]things that we need to take care of.
[36:06]So by the time he was in the by the time he
[36:10]was in the m he paid his debts and the last thing
[36:15]was left was him to be scared you know and being dragged
[36:17]to jannam that was the last bit.
[36:19]So when that happened Allah subhana wa ta'ala then gave him that
[36:25]to think about Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala.
[36:27]So one should not say that ah perfect so on the day
[36:31]of judgment I can do whatever I want in dy in the
[36:32]Allah will forgive me don't be so sure brothers and sisters we
[36:38]don't know we don't know but what we do need to do
[36:39]is to remember Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala to turn to Allah subhanahu
[36:45]wa ta'ala in the dunya and this is by making sure that
[36:52]we hold on to the wajat our salat ours our also We
[36:56]need to take care of our how we treat other people in
[37:01]the community.
[37:01]making sure that we always respect people never disrespect an individual always
[37:07]look after the people so that Allah subhana wa ta'ala can give
[37:14]you in and in the and making sure our is there our
[37:17]is strong we read this some of those sentences is in oh
[37:34]Allah do not separate between us and at all not in and
[37:42]not in the because they are the means to Allah.
[37:49]The third thing is the fourth thing is of these four things
[37:58]will save us.
[38:01]our im the of Allah and the shaf without those four things
[38:04]we'll not make it but inshallah out of his out of Allah's
[38:07]mercy we'll make it inshallah through these four things brothers and sisters
[38:13]it is said there was in naf he used to go to
[38:29]India for one time he told his wife I'm heading to India
[38:39]and he had two sons young children he gave his wife some
[38:46]money and he told her and inshallah this money will suffice for
[38:50]you until I come back the he went to India And apparently
[39:01]he took a bit longer.
[38:59]So the money ran out and the children started getting hungry.
[39:06]There's no food.
[39:11]One of the children is narrating the story.
[39:14]This child, he grew up to become himself.
[39:18]He says the story.
[39:22]He says, "I was seven.
[39:22]My brother was six years old at the time.
[39:27]We went to our mother and apparently their mother was a the
[39:33]mother was a the father was not.
[39:35]The alam was not a but the mother was a he says
[39:40]we went to our mother this child who seven years old and
[39:43]my brother six years old and I told her mother we're hungry.
[39:47]We don't have food.
[39:49]The mother said, "No problem.
[39:54]Go do your woo." He said, "My brother and I did woo."
[39:59]Then our mother dressed us in really good clothes, nice clothes, and
[40:04]she told us, "Come with me." So then we came with our
[40:07]mother.
[40:07]We went inside the haram of Im Ali Alisam.
[40:11]Our mother told us go to the of Im Ali.
[40:20]Go to Im Ali and ask him for food.
[40:24]Tell him we are hungry.
[40:28]We don't have food.
[40:28]When he gives you when he gives you, bring it and come
[40:34]back to me.
[40:33]Whatever he gives you, bring it and come back to me.
[40:37]This is what the mother said.
[40:41]He says, "My brother and I, sevenyear-old and six-year-old, we went and
[40:45]we went inside the, you know, we went to the and you
[40:49]see the has, you know, those little windows." If you've seen the
[40:53]He said, "We put our hands inside these windows and we said,
[40:59]"We're hungry.
[40:59]Give us food, you know, because they're children, so they're innocent." He
[41:05]said, "As my brother and I were asking, we hear the of
[41:11]the he said, I turned to my brother.
[41:17]I said, "Oh, maybe I im Ali is going to lead the
[41:17]salat right now." We thought that he's leading the salat, you know.
[41:24]So, let's wait.
[41:24]Maybe after the salat he'll come back because now he's busy.
[41:28]He's going to go to lead the salat.
[41:30]So, let's wait until he comes back after salat.
[41:32]So he says, "My brother and I are sitting there waiting for
[41:35]the salat to finish.
[41:36]We're thinking that Im Ali Alisam is leading the salat.
[41:39]So after the salat, he'll come back and he'll give us because
[41:42]my mother said that he'll give you.
[41:44]Whatever he gives you, you come back to me." So he said,
[41:49]"We're waiting, waiting.
[41:51]The salat is there." He said, "After some time the salat finished."
[41:54]He said, "A man comes.
[41:58]A man comes with a bag of money and he tells my
[42:02]brother and I here take this money to your mother and tell
[42:07]her anytime she needs help let her come back.
[42:12]Tell her to come back.
[42:13]He says, "My my brother and I took the money and we
[42:17]went back to mom and said, "Mother, there you go.
[42:21]He gave us he gave us the money." He said this child,
[42:24]the child says who later became himself, he grew up to become.
[42:30]He said that money was so much that we lived like the
[42:33]wealthy people.
[42:35]We started eating mashallah good food, spending from it and my father
[42:40]took a little while before he came back.
[42:42]Until the time my father came back, we were in very good
[42:45]conditions being taken care of by.
[42:50]So you see brothers and sisters, we are the SH of Ali.
[42:55]And tomorrow we're going to be remembering this man.
[43:00]That's why you realize now why the orphans of Kufa were in
[43:04]pain over his loss.
[43:06]Because they lost this father who looks after the children.
[43:08]He looks after the hungry.
[43:12]He looks after the poor.
[43:14]He looks after the needy.
[43:13]And we say we are all needy.
[43:19]All of us.
[43:19]We are all like the poor people.
[43:20]the who knocks on your door.
[43:25]We are all like the orphans who knock on your door.
[43:27]And we need your help and your in the and in the
[43:33]for us and for our parents and for our children inshallah and
[43:41]raise your hands in the dua.
[43:44]May Allah subhana wa ta'ala accept our duas and fulfill our especially
[43:51]now that we've done the of as the of is worship.
[44:24]Amen.
[44:30]Amen.
[44:45]10 times together.
[44:50]Ya Allah.
[44:49]Ya Allah.
[44:51]Ya Allah.
[44:53]Ya Allah.
[44:55]Ya Allah.
[44:53]Ya Allah.
[44:55]Ya Allah.
[44:57]Ya Allah.
[44:58]Ya Allah.
[44:57]Ya Allah.
[45:19]Allah Amen.
[45:43]Islamus.
[45:53]Fore!
[46:03]Foreign!
[46:05]Foreign!
[46:22]Allah foreign.
[46:58]foreign.
[47:35]Alhamdulillah.
