[0:00]Abdullah.
[0:13]Allah [Music] [Music] I begin in the name of the Almighty God,
[0:57]the compassionate, the merciful, the one who has created everything in utmost
[1:02]perfection.
[1:04]And may the peace and blessings of the almighty God be upon
[1:08]his pure and beloved messenger, the peak of his creation, the symbol
[1:14]of humanity, the holy prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaihi and his immaculate progeny
[1:25]of the B peace be upon them, especially the leader of our
[1:29]time, the awaited savior almi.
[1:33]May Allah hasten his reappearance and make us all amongst his sincere
[1:40]and dedicated servants.
[1:40]My respected father, dear brothers and sisters, one of the qualities of
[1:50]a believer is to believe in the angels of Allah.
[1:54]The angels that Allah subhana wa t'ala has created.
[1:56]In fact, the Holy Quran tells us that one of the criteria
[2:04]to be righteous, to achieve righteousness is to believe in God's angels.
[2:11]In surah bakar verse 177 Allah subhana wa ta'ala states righteousness is
[2:22]not for you to face east or west in terms of your
[2:28]the direction of prayer.
[2:29]Muslims initially were praying north to Jerusalem.
[2:34]Then they prayed south to Mecca.
[2:36]So the Jewish community at the time they mocked the Muslims.
[2:40]They told them initially you don't have your own.
[2:44]When Allah gave Muslims their own independentla they told them what your
[2:48]now changed.
[2:49]How can you believers when your direction changes?
[2:51]Allah subhana wa ta'ala in this verse states look to be righteous
[2:59]it doesn't mean you face east or west.
[3:01]That doesn't determine whether you're righteous or not.
[3:03]Allah assigns it.
[3:05]Allah says pray to Jerusalem.
[3:07]We pray to Jerus Jerusalem.
[3:09]Allah says now it's changes to Mecca.
[3:13]It changes to Mecca.
[3:13]But what is it that makes you righteous?
[3:18]To be righteous, you believe in Allah.
[3:20]What else do you believe in?
[3:24]The day of judgment.
[3:26]The angels of God.
[3:29]That's part of righteousness.
[3:31]the holy book the prophets that's your belief system we believe in
[3:39]the angels and then Allah subhana t mentions the good deeds that
[3:44]make you righteous giving charity being charitable taking care of your community
[3:51]being patient upholding your promise all of that indicates righteousness therefore it's
[3:58]one of our very important belief systems to believe in the angels.
[4:05]Allah subhana wa ta'ala created angels from his divine light and the
[4:10]greatest of the angels are gi and israel.
[4:14]Gibbrael is the one who would bring down revelation to the prophets.
[4:19]Israel is the one who holds the command center of the universe.
[4:26]When Allah wants to issue a command to all the angels in
[4:28]the universe, they come to Israel, he's the one who conveys to
[4:33]them the commands of God.
[4:35]And on the day of judgment, he's the one who will blow
[4:40]into the trumpet.
[4:42]The first time, everyone freezes, dies.
[4:44]The second time when he blows into the trumpet, Allah subhana wa
[4:49]ta'ala resurrects everyone.
[4:49]This is our belief system.
[4:51]We believe in these angels.
[4:52]Allah subhana wa ta'ala even talks about how they move around the
[5:00]universe in the holy Quran Allah subhana t states in alhamdulillah we
[5:08]thank Allah who's created the universe and then what does the holy
[5:16]Quran state in terms of the creation of the angels Allah has
[5:26]taken angels as his messengers and he's giving and he's given them
[5:29]wings that they come in pairs in two pairs in three pairs
[5:35]in four pairs.
[5:37]Now don't think of a physical wing like a bird or an
[5:40]airplane.
[5:40]This is a symbol that tells you how they travel in the
[5:43]universe.
[5:44]Allah has given them an excellent mode of locomotion and some of
[5:52]these angels you know how massive they are.
[5:58]Imam says there are some angels their feet are fixed on earth
[6:03]their shoulders are under the throne of Allah carrying the throne of
[6:06]Allah they span across the universe.
[6:09]Imagine that.
[6:10]And you know how many angels Allah has created.
[6:13]Im Ali Talib states there is not a square foot in the
[6:20]universe except that it's occupied by an angel glorifying Allah.
[6:25]The universe is 90 billion years light years across.
[6:30]Can you imagine how many angels Allah has created?
[6:33]My dear brothers and sisters, the whole universe is with God.
[6:36]It's in sync with Allah subhana wa ta'ala.
[6:39]It's some humans, miserable humans here causing mischief.
[6:42]The whole universe is worshiping Allah.
[6:45]Think about that.
[6:47]That thought in itself humbles us.
[6:50]And some of the best angels of God, you know what they
[6:54]do?
[6:55]You know what their task is?
[6:56]Allah subhana t outlines that in verse 7, Allah talks about the
[7:04]best of his angels who carry his throne.
[7:06]And when we say they carry their throne, we're not talking about
[7:09]a physical chair.
[7:09]They represent Allah.
[7:11]They represent the knowledge of God, the power of God.
[7:14]Allah states in verse 7, those angels who carry the throne of
[7:25]God and they surround the throne of God.
[7:26]What do they do?
[7:29]Number one, they glorify God.
[7:34]They know the greatness of God.
[7:35]They worship God.
[7:36]They believe in God.
[7:38]What's their third task?
[7:38]You know what their third task is?
[7:40]Has to do with all of you.
[7:45]Anyone who has im and faith, you have a connection with the
[7:48]carriers of God's throne.
[7:51]You know what they do?
[7:53]They do for the believers.
[7:56]They do dua for you and your families.
[7:59]Can you imagine?
[7:59]The entire universe is praying for you if you have faith and
[8:04]you do good deeds.
[8:04]What an honor is that?
[8:05]Sometimes you might feel lonely, weak in this world.
[8:09]Know that through your iman, you have a connection to the carriers
[8:14]of God's throne who are praying for you.
[8:15]Reflect on the beautiful verses of the Quran.
[8:19]Now there are many types of angels and they have many types
[8:25]of tasks.
[8:27]But there are two angels that wait for all of us.
[8:28]We have a meeting, an appointment, an interview, an interrogation with two
[8:36]angels.
[8:37]None of us can escape that.
[8:37]Those two angels are and our brief discussion tonight will examine the
[8:46]encounter with Nakir.
[8:50]What can we expect and what will they ask us when a
[8:54]person dies?
[8:55]Their family is now grieving them.
[8:59]They go, they wash them.
[9:00]They put them in their keen, their shroud.
[9:04]And then we're put in our caskets being towed to our graves.
[9:09]You know what the prophet sallallahu alaihi states here?
[9:14]He says, "When a person is being carried to their grave, your
[9:21]soul will hover over your body.
[9:26]You can see everything." And then you know what the person will
[9:28]say?
[9:29]The soul of that person, the prophet After Allah subhana t he's
[9:36]telling us this he says this person will make a call speaking
[9:39]to his family he will say my dear family my dear children
[9:52]don't let this world fool you like it fooled me how did
[9:58]it fool you I made money from haram and I did not
[10:02]spend it and halal and now I've left the money for my
[10:04]family.
[10:05]They enjoy it but I have to be held now accountable for
[10:09]it.
[10:10]Learn from my experience.
[10:10]The prophet says the dead the deceased is literally trying to beg
[10:14]you to understand this message when he sees the reality of death.
[10:20]So they take us into our graves.
[10:21]What happens in the grave?
[10:23]How does that encounter happen?
[10:24]And I imam in a beautiful authentic narration he says when a
[10:30]believer is placed in his grave 70,000 angels descend along with and
[10:42]they come into that grave.
[10:45]If the person is a m you know what they'll bring for
[10:50]him they have a gift for his soul.
[10:52]What is that gift?
[10:55]The Imisam in explaining the last verses of he says they will
[11:02]bring him and 70,000 angels.
[11:09]Imagine this grand entourage with going into the grave.
[11:16]They bring what's to put it very simple.
[11:21]Have you ever been in a place where you're suffocating like a
[11:26]sona very hot day you're about to suffocate you can't breathe with
[11:30]the new expansion mosque will not have the issue of suffocating towards
[11:34]the end of the program has that ever happened to you and
[11:40]then suddenly a door opens and you get that fresh cool breeze
[11:43]this is called this is what they will bring to your soul
[11:49]And then the Imam Alisam states, "But if the B person is
[11:54]a disbeliever, one who failed his test, one who died evil, 70,000
[11:58]angels will come with and the person will yell, will cry." The
[12:03]Imam says, "Everyone hears the person except humans and gins.
[12:09]Except us, we can't hear.
[12:10]The animals can hear their cry.
[12:11]Everything in existence can hear their cry.
[12:15]The person will beg the angels, please.
[12:19]Give me one more chance.
[12:23]Allah says, "No, I gave you so many chances.
[12:26]Your time's up." My dear brothers and sisters, Allah does not take
[12:30]any soul without giving them enough chances.
[12:31]That's the justice of God.
[12:35]If Allah knows there's still goodness in you, I might change.
[12:37]I might do good.
[12:40]Allah will delay that.
[12:40]He'll delay taking my soul.
[12:41]When Allah sees, you know what?
[12:42]This person, that's it.
[12:44]Even if I give him a thousand more chances, the person is
[12:47]not going to change.
[12:51]That's when Allah subhana wa ta'ala takes our soul.
[12:53]Ya Allah, take me back, please.
[12:58]Perhaps this time I'll behave.
[13:02]I'll stop abusing others.
[13:03]I'll be good.
[13:05]I'll remember you.
[13:06]Allah says, "No, no, it's just a claim that you're making.
[13:11]I gave you enough chances." So 70,000 angels descend and now you
[13:17]have and the name what does it signify in Arabic the root
[13:26]word of has a number of meanings.
[13:29]One meaning is to deny one meaning is to reject.
[13:34]One meaning is not to recognize something.
[13:35]Another meaning is to be frightened.
[13:40]They are given this name because the disbeliever rejects the questions that
[13:48]they will pose to him or he will not recognize the answer.
[13:51]He doesn't know or because they will appear in a frightening form.
[13:57]If I'm not ready for death and suddenly I see these angels,
[14:02]I will be frightened.
[14:02]It's the m the believer who will be at peace.
[14:06]But that's why they're called and but there's another name for them
[14:15]in a very beautiful hadith in a very beautiful dua actually which
[14:20]is to recite in the month of Rajab.
[14:25]One of the beautiful supplications of the month of is for you
[14:31]to say, "Ya Allah, Allah, ward off from me.
[14:39]Keep them away from me." So what what are you going to
[14:41]see instead?
[14:46]Oh Allah, allow me to see Mubasher and Bashir.
[14:49]Mubasher and Bashir are two angels that give you good news.
[14:55]They are the same.
[14:55]But if you're a mu, if you're a believer, their quality will
[15:01]change and they will give you good news.
[15:02]They'll show you your place in heaven.
[15:04]They'll show you the rahma of God, the forgiveness of God.
[15:08]That's why they're called mubasher and bash.
[15:11]They truly give us good news.
[15:13]So it's the same two angels who will be in our graves
[15:20]interrogating us.
[15:20]But if I have perhaps failed my test, they will be.
[15:25]But if I'm a believer, inshallah, we're all believers, and we pass
[15:31]our test, they will be.
[15:32]So now the questioning of the grave will begin.
[15:37]What will they ask us?
[15:39]You have an appointment, my dear brothers and sisters.
[15:41]You have an interview.
[15:43]Whether we like it or not, we have this interview with these
[15:50]angels.
[15:49]And these days, you know that if you want to achieve success
[15:54]at an interview, you go prepared, right?
[15:57]I know many people they spend so much effort preparing for their
[16:01]interviews.
[16:02]That's how you guarantee your success.
[16:04]And these days, you can even resort to chat GPT to help
[16:08]you preparing for an interview.
[16:09]You can tell this, you know, platform, this AI software that I
[16:16]have this background.
[16:17]This is my resume.
[16:19]This is what I've accomplished.
[16:20]These are the positions I've had in the past.
[16:23]I am now going to this company.
[16:25]Give me recommendations.
[16:26]Give me tips.
[16:27]And believe me, it can give you some very good tips.
[16:31]If it doesn't lie, of course, sometimes chat GPT has been caught
[16:34]to lie.
[16:35]So, just be careful that you're getting proper information.
[16:37]Let's prepare for this interview.
[16:40]This is an interview we cannot escape.
[16:44]All Muslim books of hadith Shia and Sunni have documented the interrogation
[16:48]of Nik.
[16:52]The first question book who is your Lord.
[16:56]Are we prepared to answer this question?
[16:59]Did I spend my life being close to my Lord, knowing him,
[17:03]appreciating him?
[17:04]That's the first question.
[17:07]The second question they ask you, what's your religion?
[17:12]My dear brothers and sisters, today we live in a society that
[17:16]tells us the following.
[17:17]You can be decent without religion, without God.
[17:21]You can fully be decent without God.
[17:24]You don't need God's rules.
[17:24]Make up your own rules.
[17:28]I would agree with them if we had created the universe and
[17:34]earth.
[17:35]Let's make up our own laws.
[17:36]If I made earth, I constructed it.
[17:41]Sure.
[17:39]If I own something, I can put down my own laws.
[17:43]But if I live in a place that I don't own, nothing
[17:48]do I really own.
[17:51]I know it has an owner.
[17:52]How dare I reject the laws of Allah subhana wa ta'ala?
[17:56]How can that make me decent?
[17:58]You know, subhan Allah, in this small earth, which is a speck
[18:01]in the universe, we have over 200 countries.
[18:03]And each country has their own laws, the smallest country is Monaco,
[18:11]one square mile.
[18:14]This one square mile country has its own government, its own laws.
[18:18]If you go as a visitor and you violate their laws, you
[18:22]could be fined or imprisoned.
[18:24]So this little country which is one square mile, they have the
[18:29]right to legislate their laws and they'll punish me if I don't
[18:33]observe them.
[18:34]But this whole universe that's owned by Allah, I don't have to
[18:37]go by his laws.
[18:39]What kind of logic is that?
[18:40]How does that make me decent?
[18:42]My dear brothers and sisters, even if people do good deeds, we
[18:47]thank them for doing good deeds.
[18:51]Good deeds are good.
[18:51]But if they reject Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala, they don't make the
[18:54]effort to abide by the laws of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala, are
[19:01]they really decent people?
[19:03]If you go to your mother on Mother's Day and you carry
[19:09]a bundle of flowers and you tell her, "Mama, this is my
[19:14]gift for you because of all the years that you raised me
[19:18]and everything that you did for me.
[19:20]Now I'm paying you back with this flower.
[19:22]That's it.
[19:23]You have no huck on me.
[19:24]You have no right on me anymore.
[19:25]All those sleepless nights, 9 months of pregnancy, everything you gone through,
[19:30]I'm now paying it back with this flower.
[19:32]If you thank your mother like that, what kind of reaction are
[19:37]you going to get from her?
[19:38]H you're lucky if it's just a slap and not more than
[19:42]that.
[19:43]Your mother is going to tell you, "Shame on you.
[19:47]20 years I've raised you.
[19:47]I've spent all these efforts on you.
[19:50]You want to pay me back with one flower?
[19:53]Yeah, but giving a flower is a good deed.
[19:56]No, it depends on your attitude and faith when you do a
[19:59]good deed.
[20:00]Giving a flower is good if you have the right intention.
[20:05]My dear brothers and sisters, an atheist who rejects God knowingly and
[20:09]deliberately, even if he does acts of goodness, he's still not a
[20:15]decent human being because he's rejecting his Lord.
[20:17]the one who gave him everything.
[20:21]The act itself is a good act.
[20:22]Sure.
[20:23]But you can never be decent without religion.
[20:25]In our graves, Allah will ask us, "What's your religion?
[20:27]What law did you go by?" And the angels and are the
[20:35]two angels who will ask us this question on behalf of God.
[20:38]That's the second question.
[20:41]The third one, what's your book?
[20:41]Did you follow the book of Allah?
[20:45]Allah gave you these holy scriptures.
[20:47]Did you observe them?
[20:48]Number four, who's your prophet?
[20:50]There's an interesting hadith in Sun and Abu D attributed to the
[20:54]prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam.
[20:56]There are some hadiths in the books of other Muslims that we
[21:01]accept.
[21:02]They're in line with our teachings.
[21:03]But this is an interesting hadith.
[21:05]The hadith states when these two angels ask the person, "Who is
[21:14]your prophet?" He says, "My prophet is Muhammad." They ask a follow-up
[21:25]question.
[21:24]How did you know he's a prophet?
[21:28]You know what this hadith indicates?
[21:30]It may not be enough just to give the answer in the
[21:32]grave.
[21:32]The angels will tell you, "Show me your work." You know, sometimes
[21:35]your math teacher tells you, "Show me your work." Even if you
[21:39]put the right answer without showing your work, they'll not accept that
[21:43]for an answer.
[21:43]Allah wants us to know our dean.
[21:48]Know why he's the prophet.
[21:48]Know why the Quran be able to prove it.
[21:51]Yes, the angels will have this argument with you in the grave.
[21:53]Then they'll ask you, who is your imam?
[21:56]Didn't the prophet say 12?
[22:00]What did Muslims do with the number 12?
[22:01]Didn't the prophet say 12 caiffs, 12 amirs, 12 rulers?
[22:05]You name it.
[22:06]Any word you want the prophet used what happened to them?
[22:09]Muslims today do they know their 12 leaders imams after the prophet
[22:11]sallallahu alaihi wasall that's a very important question that the angels will
[22:17]ask us then they'll ask us about our lives beautifully states they'll
[22:27]ask you how did you spend your life your money where did
[22:35]you make it from how did you spend your Honey, those angels
[22:40]are there to make sure that we can answer this properly.
[22:46]Do we have the right answers or no?
[22:50]And then there's more.
[22:50]After these two angels ask you these questions, another angel by the
[22:55]name of Roman will appear.
[22:58]And the sunnah have a lot of hadiths about the angel of
[23:01]Roman.
[23:02]In our hadiths, Alm makes a reference to this angel.
[23:09]And the third supplication and is a supplication dedicated to the angels.
[23:14]Read it.
[23:16]It's very beautiful.
[23:16]The Imam sends his blessings and prayers on the angels of God.
[23:21]And then the Imam mentions and the IM says salam to them.
[23:23]Yes, they're angels of God.
[23:26]If you're a M, you look forward to that interview because you're
[23:30]going to know that you're going to pass with flying colors.
[23:32]Then the im sends his salam.
[23:39]Roman, the one who will ask some follow-up questions after you know
[23:46]what Roman will do?
[23:48]This is a very striking hadith.
[23:50]He will appear to us in the grave.
[23:52]He'll tell you okay now you have to write everything you did
[23:57]in your life.
[23:58]You'll tell him how what do you want me to write on?
[24:02]He says your keen now in the world of it's going to
[24:07]turn into a sheet of paper.
[24:09]You will ask that angel how do you want me to write?
[24:13]I have the paper but how what's my pen?
[24:15]Use your finger as a pen.
[24:16]This is the world of Bzak.
[24:20]Don't think of this materialistically here.
[24:22]How will I write?
[24:24]I don't have ink.
[24:26]Your saliva that will become ink.
[24:29]Ya Allah, write everything you did in your life.
[24:31]You know what this part of the hadith says?
[24:33]When you're writing your good deeds, you're writing them quickly.
[24:36]You're happy.
[24:38]You're honored.
[24:41]And then you suddenly stop.
[24:43]Roman tells you, "Why did you stop?" You tell Roman because I'm
[24:49]ashamed to write that sin that I committed in dunya.
[24:53]He'll tell you subhan Allah when you committed it on the face
[24:58]of the planet exposed on the planet before God you weren't ashamed.
[25:01]Now in the grave you're ashamed to write it.
[25:04]Ya Allah write it.
[25:04]That's if we don't repent.
[25:07]I'm not here to frighten you my dear brothers and sisters.
[25:10]Repentance erases all of that.
[25:12]But if I don't repent, this is the faith that I have
[25:17]to meet.
[25:16]This is the interrogation of and there are a lot more details
[25:23]involved here, but for the sake of time, I shared with you
[25:25]the general points, but there are things that will save us very
[25:31]briefly.
[25:29]The first one is the love of Al Muhammad.
[25:35]In a hadith the prophet sallallahu alaihi wasall says the one who
[25:41]dies truly on the love of al Muhammad he will die as
[25:43]a martyr he will die forgiven and he will die when come
[25:48]and they will give him good news and show him his place
[25:54]in heaven.
[25:56]The second one is the z of im hussein.
[25:57]A beautiful hadith from imam states if people knew the value of
[26:05]the z of im hussein they would die out of joy happiness
[26:10]and longing.
[26:10]Then the Imam Alisam states those who go and visit my grandfather
[26:17]Hussein.
[26:18]Allah will dispatch angels to protect them to pray for them to
[26:21]pray for their families.
[26:23]And one of the results of visiting Imm Hussein sincerely from your
[26:29]heart, Allah subhana wa ta'ala will protect them from having a difficult
[26:34]or negative encounter with this is one of the deeds that make
[26:42]that interview pleasant.
[26:42]Another deed is reciting because this ver this surah is a reminder.
[26:54]Don't be distracted by your wealth, by your numbers.
[26:58]Just go to the cemetery.
[26:59]My dear brothers and sisters, how often do we go to the
[27:04]cemetery?
[27:04]Yes, when someone dies, we go and that's it.
[27:05]Maybe if it's a family member, I go three times, four times,
[27:09]five times, and then once a year.
[27:11]regularly go to the cemetery see what happens to the fate of
[27:14]the human being.
[27:16]Subhan Allah.
[27:18]Even looking at a keen because it reminds you of death is
[27:24]an act of it's mustab keep a keen at home.
[27:25]The im says if you look at your ke and you remember
[27:30]death Allah counts that as an act of worship.
[27:34]And finally, your deeds spec specifically salah.
[27:37]My dear brothers and sisters on this night, let's honor Imam Hussein
[27:41]by being committed to our salah.
[27:46]Imam Hussein asked for one more night.
[27:46]The enemy wanted to attack like tomorrow, the day of Ash, the
[27:52]day of tu, the 9th of Muhar.
[27:54]You know how difficult it is for a warrior to ask for
[27:57]one more night because your enemy is going to accuse you of
[28:03]what?
[28:01]Of weakness.
[28:03]of cowardice.
[28:05]It's risky to ask for one more night.
[28:08]Imm Hussein asks for one more night.
[28:10]You know why?
[28:12]He tells his brother Abd Abbas, "Go and ask for one night.
[28:15]One extra night.
[28:17]I want to spend this night worshiping Allah.
[28:20]I want to pray some extra prayers.
[28:23]Allah knows how much I love Quran and Salah.
[28:24]Honor Im Hussein on such a night by being committed to your
[28:29]salah." The prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam states in a beautiful hadith.
[28:34]He says salah illuminates your grave.
[28:37]Salah protects you and salah becomes the jaw of salah itself will
[28:44]become the answer to you know what that means.
[28:49]The two angels appear in your grave.
[28:51]They'll ask you these questions.
[28:54]You're about to answer.
[28:55]Suddenly you see a beautiful figure appear in your grave.
[28:58]Subhan Allah.
[28:59]Who's this figure?
[29:02]This figure starts talking to when they ask you these questions.
[29:05]Instead of you answering, that beautiful figure will answer.
[29:08]You know what that figure will say to Nakir?
[29:11]It will tell them you don't need to ask him.
[29:15]I represent his salah.
[29:15]I'll answer you.
[29:17]Of course, he knows his Lord.
[29:19]Every day, five times a day, he would stand and pray to
[29:24]Allah.
[29:23]Of course, he knows his religion.
[29:28]He knows everything.
[29:27]Don't worry, I can testify.
[29:29]When see that, they're like, you know what?
[29:34]That's it.
[29:35]We don't need to ask you.
[29:36]You have a pass to heaven.
[29:37]That's the beauty of your salah.
[29:41]Honor your salah on such a night.
[29:42]My dear brothers and sisters, salah is your daily appointment with Allah.
[29:47]Remember Allah.
[29:46]Allah will remember you.
[29:49]In those moments when no one can help us besides God, Allah
[29:54]says, "Remember me and I'll remember you." This dunya is not going
[29:58]to remember us.
[29:58]Believe me, our grandchildren, our great-grandchildren, they'll not remember us.
[30:04]How many of you know your great-grandfather?
[30:07]Your fifth greatgrandfather.
[30:08]Do you even know his name?
[30:10]I guarantee you most of you don't even know the name of
[30:15]your fourth or fifth grandfather or grandmother.
[30:17]Nothing of them has remained in this duny.
[30:19]It's only your deeds that will remain.
[30:24]And I conclude with this beautiful dua from Im Ali who reminds
[30:31]us how important it is for you to have that deep connection
[30:38]with Allah and your salah.
[30:38]If you do so, Allah will remember you.
[30:41]You know what the imam says?
[30:43]The Imam beautifully states, "Oh Allah, you have mercy on me when
[30:56]there's no trace of me in this dy anymore.
[31:11]There will be no trace of me.
[31:14]No one will remember me.
[31:15]Ya Allah, I'll be long forgotten when I'm long forgotten and no
[31:18]one even knows about me, cares about me.
[31:20]Ya Allah, you have mercy on me.
[31:24]Make this dua.
[31:24]Allah is merciful and he'll forgive you.
[31:31]Oh Allah, every day I'm becoming older and older.
[31:38]Oh Allah, look at my bones.
[31:42]They've become frail.
[31:42]Oh Allah, my skin is becoming more and more weak and tender.
[31:51]Oh Allah, my time has become near.
[31:57]Ya Allah, my days are numbered.
[32:01]Oh Allah, all my haram temptations, the sins, they're gone.
[32:06]10 years ago, I had fun in haram.
[32:08]What did it do for me now?
[32:09]It's all gone.
[32:13]But the consequences are there if I don't repent.
[32:17]It's the salah that gives you that beautiful remembrance of Allah.
[32:23]And my dear brothers and sisters, it's the N of IM Hussein,
[32:26]the light of Imam Hussein that we truly hope for.
[32:30]We thank Allah for giving us the gift of Abi Abdah Hussein.
[32:33]The Imam made the ultimate sacrifice.
[32:36]Allah gave him the universe.
[32:38]That's why we honor Imam al Hussein.
[32:44]But now let's go to a heavy moment now.
[32:45]When the companions of Imam Hussein had fallen on the ground one
[32:54]by one, the first one from the family of Imam Hussein to
[32:58]come forward was Ali Akbar.
[33:00]His son Ali Akbar.
[33:04]Im Hussein deeply loved Ali Akbar.
[33:07]He was very attached to Ali Akbar.
[33:09]Ali Akbar goes to the tents of the woman.
[33:14]He farewells them one by one.
[33:14]Then he comes to his father Hussein and he farewells him.
[33:21]He goes out to the battlefield.
[33:22]Im Hussein makes a heartbreaking dua.
[33:27]The Imam says, "Allah, oh Allah, you be the witness.
[33:45]Oh Allah, look at these evil people.
[33:51]Oh Allah, a young man has come to them.
[33:54]He resembles the prophet most in his in his speech in his
[33:58]character and now they want to kill him.
[34:01]Then you know what's imam Hussein says?
[34:03]You want to know the value of Akbar?
[34:06]The Imam says, "And whenever we would missool Allah, we would look
[34:13]at the face of Ali Akbar would remind his father Hussein of
[34:17]Allah." How great must you be to remind the imam of your
[34:23]time of Yes.
[34:26]Oh believers, Ali Akbar is now fighting in the battlefield.
[34:32]Ali Akbar is very courageous.
[34:37]Yes, Imam Hussein is concerned.
[34:41]An enemy comes forward to Ali.
[34:43]He was so courageous.
[34:51]I will strike you.
[34:54]I'll defend my father Hussein.
[34:55]Imam Hussein is looking concerned at Ali.
[34:58]You know what he says according to one report to his wife
[35:01]Leila?
[35:02]Leila is the mother of Ali Akbar.
[35:04]And the imam tells her go and do dua.
[35:08]Allah answers the dua of a mother.
[35:12]We want to see Ali one more time.
[35:16]I fear this man might hurt him.
[35:19]Please go and do dua.
[35:19]So we see Ali one more time.
[35:21]Leila goes into her tent.
[35:24]She humbles herself before Allah.
[35:29]She raises her sand her hand and she says Hussein, "Oh Allah,
[35:39]I ask you by the thirst of Hussein.
[35:46]Oh Allah, I ask you by the loneliness of Hussein.
[35:51]And then you know what she says?
[35:56][Applause] [Music] Oh Allah who united you with unite me one more
[36:06]time with Ali.
[36:26]your minimal [Applause] Oh Allah, please let let me see the face
[36:44]of Ali one more time.
[36:48]She's about to faint now.
[36:50]She's exhausted when suddenly she sees someone is carrying her head.
[36:55]She opens her her eyes.
[36:57]She sees Allah subhana wa ta'ala has answered her dua.
[37:03]Came to see his parents one more time.
[37:07]Imagine Leila seeing her son for the last time.
[37:12]Ali, please get up.
[37:15]Let me see you.
[37:15]Walk around the tent.
[37:18]Let me see you one more time.
[37:20]Alien Akbar farewells.
[37:22]Leila.
[37:23]He goes and he farewells Imam Hussein.
[37:25]He had told his father, "My father, I can't take this anymore.
[37:29]Thirst is killing me." Imam Hussein told him, "Be patient.
[37:31]Just be patient.
[37:34]Soon your grandfather is going to give you a cup from paradise.
[37:37]You shall never go thirsty after that.
[37:41]This is the farewell is now farewelling his parents.
[37:46]Allahbar.
[37:47]What a difficult moment this is for Im Hussein.
[37:53]Oh believers.
[37:56]Now Ali Akbar goes out to the battlefield.
[37:59]He is fighting with so much courage.
[38:04]But those enemies, they surround him from every direction.
[38:11]They strike him from every direction.
[38:13]Oh believers, some of them with rocks, some of them with arrows.
[38:17]But then one of the enemies comes.
[38:20]He takes out his sword and he strikes Ali on his head.
[38:30]The blood is now gushing from Ali.
[38:33]He hugs his horse.
[38:36]But you know what happens?
[38:37]Because the blood was gushing.
[38:38]It covers the eyes of his horse.
[38:42]Instead of taking him back to the tents of Imam Hussein, you
[38:44]know what happens?
[38:47]Oh believers, the horse goes to the other side to the camp
[38:51]of the enemies.
[38:51]They begin to strike him.
[38:54]They dismember him.
[38:57]They cut him into so many pieces.
[39:02]He falls to the ground.
[39:04][Applause] My father Hussein.
[39:15]This is my final salah.
[39:19]Father Hussein, I see Allah now he's giving me that cup that
[39:22]you promised me.
[39:24]These were his final words.
[39:26]Imam Hussein rushes to the scene to the battlefield.
[39:30]Oh believers, he sees his son Ali cut into so many pieces.
[39:49]My son Ali, life is not worth living after you.
[40:09]My son Ali, you're now relieved.
[40:17]Now you've passed your test.
[40:18]Ya Allah.
[40:18][Applause] But your father, your father has to still deal with this
[40:30]tragedy.
[40:29]Then Imam Hussein, he's trying to pick up the pieces of his
[40:34]body to take him to the tents.
[40:35]He lifts one side, the other side falls.
[40:38]Finally, Imm Hussein gives up.
[40:40]He calls on Bani Hashim.
[40:43]He calls on Abbas.
[40:43]Oh youth of Bani Hashim, please help me carry my body.
[40:49]the body of my of my son Ali to the tent.
[40:53]I swear I cannot take him anymore.
[41:11][Music] Hana Hussea Husse everyone.
[41:36]Hussea Husse [Music] is Ali.
[41:48]Just like Muhamad is Ali.
[41:54]When they see him, they say, "Is that?" When they see him,
[42:04]they say, "Is that the soul of the Ali saw all the
[42:18]pain?
[42:23]Ali Hussein.
[42:28]Ali Hussein.
[42:40][Music] The son of Hussein is the fear of the enemy.
[43:00]The son of Hussein stood like his father to be free.
[43:07]The son of Hussein is just like his grandfather Ali.
[43:14]They hated [Laughter] because of his name.
[43:21]They hated because of his name.
[43:29]Grudges from Ali [Laughter] always stayed the same.
[43:37]Ali Hussein.
[43:43]Ali Hussein.
[43:48]Ali Akbar.
[43:49]Yi Hussein.
[43:53]Ali Hussein.
[43:57]Ali.
[44:02]His face is filled with Prophet Muhammad's light.
[44:12]His face is filled with Prophet Muhamad's light.
[44:17]Just like Abbas, he is not scared to fight.
[44:24]When he died, that is when Imam Hussein died too.
[44:32]When he fell, his body fell apart into his father's hands.
[44:36]His body had split in two.
[44:49]Ali, Ali, Ali, Ali, Ali, Ali, Ali Aquar, Ali Aquar, Ali Aquar,
[45:16]Ali Aquar, Ali Aquar, Ali Aquar, Ali Aquar.
[45:19]Ali, today's the day.
