[0:09][Music] min yesterday it was mentioned that the prophet Muhammad sallallahu alai
[0:50]once asked his companions what is the meaning of the most reliable
[0:54]handhold and that he had given them the answer he had listened
[0:59]to their resp responses but then given them the answer saying that
[1:02]it is to love for the sake of God and also loath
[1:07]or dislike for the sake of God and we mention the categories
[1:13]a few of the categories of Those whom Allah loves but then
[1:17]what does it actually look like to love for the sake of
[1:24]God see when we come across people we may find things within
[1:28]them that naturally we like natur natur it creates an affinity sometimes
[1:33]you sit by someone for those of you who travel often you
[1:37]might sit by someone on the airplane and you strike a conversation
[1:42]and you realize that you both have an affinity for the same
[1:45]things you might like the same sports team you might watch the
[1:48]same Sports and so you can talk for hours on end with
[1:54]this person right but the only real thread that keeps you connected
[1:58]or together is this common activity growing up you might have friends
[2:04]that you gathered through certain activities but what happens when that activity
[2:10]is no longer an interest of both parties that line of friendship
[2:20]that bond of friendship gets cut it gets severed and naturally the
[2:25]relationship sort of ends there or it Fizzles out there so to
[2:28]love for someone for the sake of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala what
[2:32]does that mean that means that to love and to align with
[2:39]people not just in shared interests not just in shared backgrounds but
[2:46]it's about something deeper than that a deeper connection Allah subhah wa
[2:51]tala says in the Holy Quran he says God often in the
[3:14]Quran he tells us the purpose of our creation and what he
[3:17]wants us to do with our life it's not like we just
[3:22]fell out of a sky like some aliens and we have to
[3:27]figure oursel out and we have to figure out things from scratch
[3:30]no even Allah when he first created Adam what did he Inspire
[3:37]with him he gave him knowledge he taught Adam the names now
[3:44]some commentators they say that this word refers to the nature of
[3:52]all things that God taught Adam about the natural world and the
[3:56]nature of all things but yet the word is particular here as
[4:03]names there were specific names that Adam was taught also Allah says
[4:07]to him there is enough in it that you will not go
[4:17]hungry you will not go thirsty there's enough shelter and enough clothing
[4:20]that you will be protected from the elements so Allah is preparing
[4:26]this first human being Adam telling him where your source of food
[4:31]where your source of protection what my plan is for you that
[4:34]you know if I want you to procreate and I want you
[4:38]to live beyond your own life and your own then I must
[4:43]provide for you a spouse hence he provided for him ha so
[4:45]Allah is telling us as human beings I have provided things for
[4:50]you so that you can fulfill a certain purpose and what is
[4:54]that purpose first he says I have given you enough food and
[4:58]drink if if you look at the world today alhamdulillah here in
[5:02]the western world we are very wellfed we are spoiled for choice
[5:07]in fact when I go to the grocery market and it seems
[5:13]like you know in the especially in the section of you know
[5:16]chocolates and sweets it it seems like here in Canada you've you've
[5:20]got more than us back in the US so it's very tempting
[5:21]for me to want to take everything but you see that there's
[5:27]a variety there's an abundance you have fruits and vegetables that are
[5:31]brought in from parts of the world like avocados and bananas that
[5:34]are not grown here you cannot grow them here but yet we
[5:39]take them not just from other parts of the world but from
[5:42]other populations sometimes and we enjoy them here you can leave and
[5:45]go to a 24-hour market and get basically whatever you want this
[5:50]is a privilege this is an honor this is not how it
[5:53]is across the world you know I was watching a documentary once
[5:57]very interesting the documentary was about chocolate how is chocolate produced well
[6:03]first of all you need a cocoa plant and if you've seen
[6:05]the cocoa plant it's like a pod and they have to crack
[6:09]it open and there's you know they have to take out whatever
[6:11]is inside they have to process it it's very bitter you know
[6:15]chocolate is very bitter so they have to add sugar to it
[6:17]and all of this and you know until they process it and
[6:21]it becomes a Kit Kat bar that you and I can enjoy
[6:24]at any time of the year well where does it come from
[6:28]do you know where this Coco comes from they trade it all
[6:31]the way back to the farms and there was a certain Farm
[6:37]in Africa ran by a family the whole family works there they
[6:41]cannot afford to hire employees so only the family can work there
[6:45]and they're living below the poverty line just on a few dollars
[6:51]a day and they sell their cocoa pod which goes to the
[6:55]company the company does whatever they want they make it into chocolate
[6:58]this farmer this particular farmer that they had followed around in this
[7:03]documentary had reached an old age you know so old that he
[7:09]was ailed you know he didn't even have all of his teeth
[7:12]yet finally at the end of the documentary they came to him
[7:14]and they gave him a chocolate bar which he had never tasted
[7:16]before the product of his own product which he had never tasted
[7:22]before and he took a bite out of it and you can
[7:24]imagine the look on his face he said is this really this
[7:28]comes from my product my plant that I give give you he
[7:32]could not even believe it yet here we are enjoying it in
[7:35]an abundance and we have nothing to do with the process that
[7:38]comes before all we do is go to the store we take
[7:42]our money we buy and that's it and we enjoy it and
[7:45]how many examples of this are there where the food that we
[7:50]consume the water that we drink all of it we should not
[7:52]take for granted there's enough for us here in the western world
[7:57]but who says there's enough for others and they were saying in
[7:59]this report report that there is enough food produced in the world
[8:02]to provide every single human being with 2700 calories a day which
[8:10]is more than enough for us more than enough 2700 okay then
[8:12]why are some people starving why are some people dying and they
[8:16]don't have food we must look to one another God did not
[8:21]create this problem God tells us in the Quran the corruption the
[8:33]hardships the struggles that you see even some of the natural disasters
[8:37]are caused by who is it all caused by God can we
[8:42]only point the finger and say oh Allah you are the you
[8:46]are the you are the one to blame not at all he
[8:48]says look to your own hands look to how you extract resources
[8:55]from the earth is there a single place on Earth that we
[8:58]have not extracted resources from we take the oil from deep under
[9:04]we take the minerals and the gold and all of this and
[9:06]all these precious materials that we use to make the battery in
[9:13]our iPhone and in our Tesla and all of these and somebody
[9:14]is paying a price for it and yet here we are enjoying
[9:19]it this is why you and I can worry about different things
[9:21]you know they say first world problems have you heard this term
[9:27]first world problems we in the first world these are our problems
[9:28]that we think about in the third world they don't have first
[9:31]world problems why because they have to they have to go after
[9:36]their food and their drink on a daily basis they have to
[9:38]avoid death and disease on a daily basis we don't have to
[9:42]avoid any of that on a daily basis how privileged are we
[9:45]so Allah tells Adam I put you on this Earth but I
[9:49]also gave you a purpose what is your purpose oh mankind one
[9:53]of them one of your purposes is to get to know one
[9:56]another what's so special about getting to know one another yeah Allah
[10:10]says oh mankind I have created you from male and female and
[10:16]I have created you into Nations and tribes so that you may
[10:19]get to know one another the most honored of you are the
[10:26]ones who have the most ta the the most God Consciousness not
[10:32]the ones who perform the Haj the most amount of times the
[10:34]one who gives the most s the the one who feeds the
[10:38]most these are all secondary these are all things that we do
[10:41]for our own benefits right doesn't the Quran say in didn't we
[10:48]mention theith of IM where he says I haven't done good for
[10:55]anyone except for myself because the most God conscious the one who
[11:07]is aware see when you are aware of God you become beloved
[11:09]it's said that the prophet y why is it that he singled
[11:16]out his son yfam with so much love one report tells us
[11:18]that when they were younger the brothers all of them were younger
[11:24]the father gave them a task he said I want you to
[11:26]go take a small animal like a chicken or a bird and
[11:30]find a place where you are alone and Slaughter that bird and
[11:37]bring it back so all of them went They carried out the
[11:40]task except for YF he came back and he still had the
[11:45]animal with him and when his father asked him he said why
[11:46]didn't you follow suit you did everything that your your brothers did
[11:50]he said my father you gave me Specific Instructions you said go
[11:55]to a place where no one can see you he says everywhere
[11:58]that I went and I sought privacy I realized Allah subhanahu wa
[12:01]ta'ala was watching he was looking so there was really no place
[12:07]that I can do to fulfill this task this is why he
[12:09]loved him the most God conscious the most God-fearing and sometimes God
[12:18]Consciousness does not look and sound the way that we think it
[12:25]looks and sounds we think tawa again when you say one person
[12:29]is a oh well this person again he he does this and
[12:32]he does it's not about what you do it's about your heart
[12:36]and who you are this is what counts one story tells us
[12:38]that the prophet mam he was walking by and he found a
[12:44]man who was sitting on his own and the man was speaking
[12:49]to God and what was he saying he was saying oh God
[12:50]I love you so much I love you so much that if
[12:54]you were to come to me I would take care of you
[12:57]I would feed you I would comb your hair I would I
[13:02]would change your clothes M looked he said what kind of speech
[13:05]is this changing his clothes and take you know his brushing his
[13:08]hair and feeding him God doesn't need any of this Allah sends
[13:14]a message to M Alam he says M stop right there this
[13:16]man is loving me and he is addressing me in the language
[13:21]which he knows how he doesn't know any better don't judge him
[13:24]just because you have a different standard this is all he knows
[13:26]about me this is how how I have revealed myself to him
[13:31]who are you to judge him who are you to judge how
[13:36]do we know what God Consciousness is one day the prophet ibraim
[13:39]who had vowed he had vowed that he would Never Eat Alone
[13:44]that he would always be a host he would always have a
[13:48]guest with him one day a man comes to him and he
[13:52]invites him in for the meal he prepares for him a meal
[13:54]and as he sits down he begins and uh the man just
[13:59]you know he just starts eating right away he doesn't say bah
[14:01]no no remembrance of God nothing like that so ibraim asks him
[14:07]he says you know are you forgetting something you know are you
[14:10]forgetting to say something are you forgetting to give thanks he says
[14:14]no you know you put this food in front of me and
[14:17]I'm going to eat he says did you you've forgotten to mention
[14:21]the name of God he says what are you talking about God
[14:25]he says you know God Allah the Creator the sustainer the one
[14:30]that gave you life the one that he says I have no
[14:31]idea what you're talking about I've never heard this concept before God
[14:35]so you know this is the first time ibraim has encountered anyone
[14:43]anyone like this so the guest he realizes that maybe the host
[14:46]is not very comfortable so he excuses himself when he excuses himself
[14:53]Allah sends a message to ibraim Alam he says yah ibraim I
[14:57]fed this man and I gave him sustenance and I gave him
[15:03]his risk and I looked after him his entire life and not
[15:06]one time did I interrogate him and question him about my existence
[15:11]who are you to interrogate him you're just a servant like him
[15:15]who are you to interrogate so and God Consciousness when we say
[15:22]what is that look like we have a certain assumption that tawa
[15:27]looks like something but what if we're totally wrong in that overcoming
[15:34]process there is growth and there is benefit this is why Allah
[15:37]wants us to engage this is why he created us in different
[15:41]colors and different languages and different preferences he says if I wanted
[15:46]to I could have created you all the same one gender one
[15:52]language one food preference one height one color I could have done
[15:57]all of this but I intentionally created you different Rich poor black
[16:02]white male female tall short fat skinny know one person likes has
[16:06]this preference another person has another preference he says because in that
[16:13]process of getting to know one another there is growth for you
[16:21]imagine imagine and maybe now that many of us have been in
[16:23]a western country for years for decades it's become second nature for
[16:27]us to be naturally inquisitive and maybe open to to others because
[16:33]we realize that not everybody is Like Us in fact most people
[16:35]are not like us but if you're in a country or a
[16:39]village where everyone is the same there's really no overcoming process there
[16:43]that that barrier is not there to overcome that barrier Allah says
[16:47]I want you to overcome that barrier this is how I want
[16:50]you to excel in society not by your Deeds your Deeds are
[16:56]one thing but your NFS because you can still give charity but
[17:02]be a racist and have Prejudice and just give charity you can
[17:07]pray but still have an extreme bias towards someone because of their
[17:11]language or their background or they're not the same color as you
[17:17]Allah wants you to purify your soul from within not just the
[17:20]external things the internal what's going on inside there was a a
[17:30]professor his name is Steven cvy and he wrote a book some
[17:32]of you may be fam familiar with the Seven Habits of Highly
[17:34]Effective People great book on leadership personal leadership the seven habits of
[17:40]highly effective people so you know a bestseller sold millions of copies
[17:45]a book that I've read you know back front to cover a
[17:50]number of times and what Steven cvy what he would do with
[17:53]his he was a university Professor so what he would do with
[17:58]his students to teach them that listen no matter what you think
[18:04]the truth is there's always going to be someone who's going to
[18:07]see things differently than you so what he would he do he
[18:10]would he would give them all of his students a picture that
[18:15]they would have to look at now this picture you can look
[18:18]it up if you just look in uh Steven cvy it's called
[18:22]the uh I believe the paradigm shift or something like that it's
[18:26]a picture a drawing of what could look like either the face
[18:31]of an old woman or the face of a young woman depending
[18:33]on the angle that you look at it very tricky you know
[18:37]if you remember a few years ago there was that argument there
[18:39]was a picture on the internet of a dress some people were
[18:43]saying blue dress versus yellow you remember that do you remember the
[18:46]arguments that took place between people because some people saw it as
[18:49]blue and some people saw it as yellow and until today if
[18:53]you pull it out you'll see you're you're automatically your your eyes
[18:57]are going to see a certain color imagine it's the same dress
[19:00]but look at how two people can argue over it because of
[19:05]a matter of perception a matter of perspective what they see and
[19:09]how they interpret what they see they could be looking at the
[19:12]same thing but have two completely different interpretations and when finally he
[19:18]showed them okay well if you look at this you know instead
[19:23]of a chin this is actually a nose and instead of eyes
[19:27]and you start to see oh yes I can see now what
[19:29]you see once you explain it to me but most of the
[19:32]time we have our own picture in our mind and we don't
[19:36]want anyone to interpret it in any other way we've already made
[19:39]up our mind and this is why we have confirmation bias and
[19:43]how many other biases you know if you go to the list
[19:47]of how many biases exist they are in the dozens one of
[19:51]them is confirmation bias I've already accepted that this means something and
[19:54]I'm not going to accept anything else that it means anything else
[19:59]so he would do this to his University students to show them
[20:03]that look throughout this semester we are going to disagree we're going
[20:06]to look at the same thing but we are going to have
[20:11]major disagreements between ourselves but it's okay because one person may be
[20:14]wearing a certain lens while another is wearing another lens and I
[20:18]mentioned the other day the example of people who are colorblind and
[20:22]now they have the colorblind corrective lenses and as soon as they
[20:26]put on those lenses you know you watch these videos online as
[20:31]soon as they put on the lenses what happens they they have
[20:33]to take them off they're weeping they're weeping like a child because
[20:37]they realize oh I can finally see purple people told me what
[20:42]purple was but I couldn't see it before now I can see
[20:43]purple now I can see red now I can see orange it's
[20:47]a very very very emotional thing for for for people to realize
[20:53]this is why when you have that paradigm shift that that perspective
[20:56]change it's so powerful it's transformational Allah says I want you to
[21:02]experience this I want every human being to get out of their
[21:05]comfort zone and experiencing what is it like for someone who doesn't
[21:10]look like me who doesn't talk like me who doesn't have the
[21:13]same preferences as me this is why he says in because God
[21:19]knows what kind of process that we have to go through as
[21:22]human beings in order to actually accept the other individual in the
[21:31]way that they are Muhammad Muhammad so going back to the Hadith
[21:39]of the Prophet peace be upon him when he says to love
[21:41]for the sake of God and to Lo loath for the sake
[21:44]of God what does that look like well one manifestation of that
[21:47]is when we share not just our personal preferences actually it doesn't
[21:54]have to do anything with that at all that's not true love
[21:57]loving the same football team or soccer team is not true love
[22:02]is not loving for the sake of God loving for the sake
[22:04]of God is when you share the same Everlasting principles and values
[22:09]you see what brings everyone together here what brings everyone together here
[22:14]yes we are of the same religion we are of the same
[22:20]school of thought but more than that we love the same things
[22:23]we love the truth we love knowledge we love honesty we love
[22:28]integrity we love charity these are all principles that we share with
[22:34]one another even if we don't have the same personal preferences this
[22:37]is why there's a natural Affinity amongst the brothers and sisters here
[22:41]even though there is a variation in our ethnicities also to loathe
[22:48]someone for the sake of God is the same I don't loathe
[22:50]them I don't dislike them I dislike their action I dislike that
[22:56]their actions go against the teachings of Allah subahu wa taala this
[23:00]is what it means to love and to loathe for that sake
[23:06]another manifestation of love that we learn from the Quran and from
[23:10]the duas and from the Zas and from the life of the
[23:14]IMs is when you love someone you you wish for them to
[23:20]witness what you are witnessing it's the idea that I wish this
[23:23]person was here to witness what we were witnessing what I am
[23:28]witnessing this is to love for the sake of of God you
[23:31]know we say we say when we read the Zar of IM
[23:35]Hussein we say or or or recite the mjal we say if
[23:41]only we could be with you that is a sign of love
[23:46]to love someone sometimes you you might go to have an experience
[23:49]you might go to a restaurant you eat something so delicious that
[23:52]you think I wish this person was here to enjoy it with
[23:57]me one day during the Battle of Jamal IMI after the victory
[24:03]one of the companions he came to him and he said I
[24:09]wish my brother were alive to witness this day with us so
[24:14]the Imam asked him he says why why do you wish you
[24:15]were here does he share the same loyalty and love for God
[24:21]that we share he said yes he said then indeed this is
[24:23]a good prayer this is a good Dua and not only that
[24:29]because he loves what we love even though he did not participate
[24:31]with us God will count him amongst us God will count you
[24:38]and resurrect you with the people that you love even if you
[24:44]are not there to witness the events I'll give you an example
[24:47]this Hadith it's a narration that comes from which is a compilation
[24:56]of the narrations of whom am one day one day the IM
[25:03]is with his companions and he asks them the question just like
[25:07]the prophet would ask the question he asked the question what does
[25:09]it mean when Allah says in the Quran in the story of
[25:19]whom ibim and is that when it came time for him to
[25:22]sacrifice his son first ibraim sees a dream that he is slaughtering
[25:32]his son I'm seeing that I slaughtering you what do you say
[25:40]think about it first of all ibraim had reached such an old
[25:44]age before God granted him any children he reached such an old
[25:51]age him and his wife Sarah that they had forgotten about children
[25:56]completely that's why even when the Angels Came to him to bless
[26:00]him to give him Glad Tidings and and good news what did
[26:03]he say he said are you here to tell me that I'm
[26:07]an old man are you here to tell me that my wife
[26:09]is an old woman and that we can't have children you know
[26:12]sort of being humorous about it and they said no do not
[26:16]lose hope Allah has promised something for you don't lose hope it
[26:19]doesn't matter so he has the child he has both children one
[26:22]he has is and is is from ha and ishak from s
[26:27]is is first born though and he leaves and he takes him
[26:31]to Mecca he takes them to a Barren land imagine he prays
[26:38]his whole life for a progyny and finally Allah shows him in
[26:42]the dream that you have to kill your son with your own
[26:44]hands so he turns to his son his son says do what
[26:54]you are commanded I will be patient and how difficult was was
[27:00]it for him how difficult was it for him carrying his son
[27:04]the Shan tried to stop him he pelted him with stones he
[27:08]continued he blindfolded his son his son said blindfold me cover my
[27:14]face so that you don't see my facial expression I'm afraid that
[27:17]if you see my expression while you are slaughtering me that that
[27:20]will prevent you from carrying out your command and I don't want
[27:25]anything to stand in the way of you carrying out your command
[27:28]oh Allah full submission full tasim finally when he brings him and
[27:34]he places the knife imagine he's actually moving the knife on the
[27:38]neck and it's not doing the job and he flips it over
[27:39]and it's not doing the job and he throws it and it
[27:43]hits a rock and the rock breaks imagine what ibraim is thinking
[27:46]at this time this was the ultimate passing of the test this
[27:51]is why he said finally this was his Islam he says that
[28:02]we spared him we spared him with a great sacrifice now typically
[28:09]what would you think is that sacrifice you would think it's the
[28:13]Sheep correct no not according to do you know what he says
[28:23]he says the following he says that after this ordeal after this
[28:29]Oreal ibraim turned to Allah this is in the Hadith he said
[28:37]oh Allah he said that I wish you would have had me
[28:40]carry out this command and had not spared my son I wish
[28:49]you have had me carry out that command why why should I
[28:52]carry out that command because he said I want to stand in
[28:56]front of you on the day of judgment with the hearts of
[29:02]a bereaved father a father who has lost his son and not
[29:08]only lost his son lost his son following your command and I
[29:11]want to be rewarded the reward of that Father Who had who
[29:16]has given his son for the sake of God so when Allah
[29:20]noticed this in ibraim he said to him yah ibraim tell me
[29:24]tell me who is your most beloved creation who is your most
[29:31]beloved of my creation whom do you love the most and in
[29:36]the in the in thei ibraim responds he says muh Muhammad Muhammad
[29:51]you have created no one who is more beloved to me than
[29:56]Muhammad sallahu alaihi wasallam now this is before the the birth of
[29:59]the Prophet peace be upon Him many years before they were taught
[30:06]the names they were taught the names of the even though the
[30:09]were not they were not born their lives were not part of
[30:16]this dun however they existed we say in that Allah first created
[30:27]your light and he kept your light bes IDE him until finally
[30:30]he blessed us with your Earthly presence so God asked Ibrahim do
[30:38]you love him more or do you love yourself more he says
[30:40]no I love him more he says do you love his progeny
[30:43]and his sons and his children more or your own he says
[30:48]no I love his sons his progeny his children more than my
[30:50]own he says then what is more difficult for you his sons
[30:55]meaning the prophet Muhammad's sons being killed and slaughtered against his will
[30:58]or you slaughtering your own son and you doing the whole thing
[31:03]nobody else doing it he says no Ya Allah it is definitely
[31:05]more difficult for me and on my heart to bear that his
[31:09]sons because I love him more and I love his family more
[31:13]than I love my own family for them to be slaughtered and
[31:16]killed he says then if that is the case yah ibraim you
[31:20]asked me you requested of me that you wanted to stand in
[31:22]front of me on the day of judgment with the heart of
[31:26]a bereaved father instead of that I have have given you something
[31:29]else that you can weep for something else that will break your
[31:32]heart something else that you can stand on the day of judgment
[31:36]and say oh Allah give me the reward of a broken man
[31:40]give me the reward of a bereaved man and that is the
[31:42]death of Hussein which will come and then what does he say
[31:46]he says not only have I given you this gift every single
[31:48]person from now till the day of judgment who remembers Hussein Who
[31:54]Weeps for Hussein I will also give him that reward even if
[31:57]they're not there on the day of fighting but because they love
[32:01]in the way that they love I will give them the reward
[32:06]that I will give others as well so so see when you
[32:11]love for the sake of God and when you dislike and you
[32:13]Lo loathe for the sake of God this is how Allah says
[32:17]I will join you with the people that you love I will
[32:21]join you with the people of that you love I will join
[32:25]you with the people that you imitate I will join you with
[32:27]the people that you asp to be like that you aspire to
[32:32]be with so how blessed are we how blessed are we truly
[32:34]to have the in our lives this is really the biggest gift
[32:40]of love that God has given us when we talk about God
[32:44]loving us this is the biggest gift and again what does he
[32:49]say now before we end I just want to give a brief
[32:55]commentary on the verse I mentioned in the beginning of this talk
[33:11]among the categories and we mentioned yesterday those that God loves that
[33:18]he has mentioned in the Quran God loves those who put their
[33:21]full trust in him they put their full trust in him and
[33:24]this verse tells us the story of people who when they were
[33:30]told that the enemies are gathering against you that people are plotting
[33:34]against you it did nothing except increase their trust and their love
[33:38]for Allah subhanahu wa taala and in the past year and a
[33:54]half we have seen nothing like this type of spirit from anyone
[33:57]like we we have from our brothers and sisters in Philistine in
[34:01]Gaza I remember about a year ago brothers and sisters you know
[34:07]I was scrolling and there are thousands of stories now of people
[34:12]who have suffered there in the worst of ways and there was
[34:14]a gentleman an elder gentleman immediately I thought of this verse an
[34:18]elder gentleman who in Gazza you know during the onslaught he had
[34:24]gone to go get bread a story all too familiar went to
[34:26]go get bread for his family family as he left the house
[34:30]what happened air strike on his house he came back everyone in
[34:36]the family is dead everyone in the family he just went to
[34:39]go get bread he came back and every and do you know
[34:43]what he said when they interviewed him he wasn't wailing he wasn't
[34:48]crying he said allahul that's it that's all he said he said
[34:57]Allah has decided what he has decided he has determined what he
[35:02]has determined and all praise due to God that's it he didn't
[35:05]say I miss my family are they coming back what did I
[35:10]do to deserve this I only went to go do a good
[35:11]deed he said Allah has willed something Allah has decided something alhamdulillah
[35:17]that's it losing your entire family in an instant in an instance
[35:23]this is the meaning of those that Allah has given them something
[35:30]a gift in their hearts that nobody can take anything away from
[35:34]them nobody can take anything away from them this is the heart
[35:36]of the person that loves Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala when you fill
[35:41]your heart with his love no one can take anything away from
[35:44]you we ask Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala to fill our hearts with
[35:49]his love his sincere love we ask Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala to
[35:52]make us conduit and Messengers for his love and his mercy and
[35:58]his compassion we ask Allah subhah wa taala to accept from us
[36:01]oural in this holy month especially these final few days brothers and
[36:05]sisters let us exert as much effort as we can in earning
[36:10]the blessings and mercy from Allah subhanahu wa'ta'ala and we ask him
[36:13]to send his mercy and blessings to all of those worldwide who
[36:17]are suffering and are in need m [Music]
