[13:46]the divergence of communication methods leads to desperation and increases the risk

[13:49]of breach 4- Rely on direct contact, the classic method that is

[13:55]unbreachable 5- maintain a group of learners spread over the country to

[13:58]relay the news and information to the people Still it's on the

[14:01]people to contact and receive the information from those certified media.
